The cost to get my car fixed was very reasonable and they were able to finish my car in under 8 hours so I could have it at the end of my work day. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Marco walked me through the best steps and even suggested I call my insurance provider to cover the tow - which worked! Comment: The experience I had a Westside with my 2004 Chevrolet Suburban was that it had dropped it off Monday night after inspection by Thursday found that the Transfer case needed to be replaced, they were able to get a remanufactured unit ordered and replaced by closing time Friday. The shop manager was quick and easy to deal with and the mechanics Tom well I cant say enough excellent service all around thank you Westside Service.

The reports they give with an oil change include photos and are great for a quick overview of issues that may need attention.My mother-in-law was skeptical of work my wife and I did on our car (not entirely unjustifiably) and wanted us to get it checked out before driving back home to Colorado. West side ran a quick diagnostic, gave it a thumbs up and charged a very reasonable amount for their work. Everyone happy.

You said bring it in (once I got it started again) and a mechanic ran a diagnostic in minutes. Work was done in less than 48 hours. While the episode wasnt painless ( had to leave the car & get a rental to return to Chicago & then drive back), Marco helped get us the rental (drove us to 2 rental outlets) & was a 10 out of 10 on customer service. Highly recommend this business- turned a nightmare into a minor irritation.

Comment: The guys at west side service were absolutely amazing I brought my 2nd gen Cummins in there to get a brake line fixed they ended fixing 5 brake lines and 4 brake hoses but before they did that, they sent me a link that had all notes on my truck with pictures which was very nice and they asked for my approval over phone before proceeding, I also had a hard time finding a oil dipstick they were able to get one the very next day and did my oil change they had my truck done within 3 days, I would highly recommend them to anyone Steve and Marco were amazing at the front desk , I will definitely be bringing my truck here again for work needed in the future

Luckily, because of Westside Auto, that will be the only place I see it. I have brought all three of my vehicles in at different points and every time I do I am amazed by their professionalism, technical know-how, and communication. This absolutely is NOT some underhanded establishment that will do the bare minimum to get the vehicle back to you, they diagnose and repair everything that they deem unacceptable and keep you informed during the whole process.
