They had to replace my entire braking system, and since I start a new job on Tuesday (the day after Xmas), they only had two days to do it.Yall, they hooked me /up/. Not only did I get my car back on Friday afternoon (today!), they charged me many thousands less than I would have paid elsewhere. This garage saved my job, and very possibly my life, and treated me like a friend and honored client while they were doing it. I am pretty much theirs for life now.THANK YOU!!! And happy holidays. 💜

They got my car in right away on Wednesday morning (I called on Tuesday) and they had it done by noon on Thursday! No one likes getting their car fixed but they were very transparent along the way about costs and timeline and it made getting my car fixed less stressful than usual knowing it was being done by someone knowledgeable and trustworthy!!

Comment: Mike is the man of his words! He is professional, fast and does not waste any time! He gets the work done! Mike and his crew are honest people. Every time my husband and I take our car to Mike, he takes the time out his busy day and explains what we need to get done for our car to run smooth. He shows us the parts and lets us know what needs to be done. Our car once didnt start at all and out of kindness, he came to our home to look at it! you cant find a mechanic who takes the time to come to you when you cant take your car him. Comment: My husband and I had a hard time taking the caps off our tires for air. Couldnt understand why. Decided to stop by in the morning to check out what we were doing wrong. Mike explained why we werent able to take them of as the tire had galvanized metal which would have started melting the cap onto it. He fixed it within 15 minutes. Very thankful for them for being available on such short notice and helped me in a timely manner. Thanks Mike!!

Comment: Had my truck here for the first time they matched a previous estimate I was given and were even helpful enough to set me up with a discounted rental car since my repairs were going to take a few days to complete. My truck rides great again and they were very good about keeping me up to date through the process. Fair and up front didnt try to sell me anything more than what I already needed I would definitely reccomend these and use them again!

Comment: My car broke while I was in town on buisness. I called this shop because it was the closest to me. I told the shop I was on a time crunch and needed the car repaired same day. They squeezed me in even though they were understaffed, told me up front probable time line and cost estimate, with a professional attitude, and got the car fixed without trying to take advantage of the situation. That is customer service in my book.

For a few years I have not needed any repairs, however this year I have had several repairs needed on my car with weeks and sometimes months in between. I was referred to Westborn Auto by a friend and I have been pleased with the service I have received every time I have gone into the shop. They try to give me the best deal and keep the cost down. The mechanics and owner are always pleasant to me and have even waited at the shop for me to pick up my car even though they were technically closed.
