Comment: We always have used the service department at West Point auto, since moving to the area. They are always helpful, courteous and do great work. I’ve never been steered wrong. We recently bought a 2017 chevy Tahoe, the whole experience was great. We pretty much felt like family. We had our three young children with us and they guys really made an effort to keep them content. Highly recommend them for your car sales and service.

The A/C was not working on my car so they could have said it was anything and charged me but they diagnosed the A/C system and found out is was just s relay. They installed new relay - recharged entire system and A/C is blowing ice cold air now!!! Car was done in like 3 hours and super reasonable price!! I will be returning for any future service needs. Just wanted to update to say I have gone several times again and this truly is a great auto service center!!! New update as of 9/11/23. Brought my Sister-in- laws car in for a/c service and instead of taking advantage of her with an expensive a/c repair they said the system needed refilled and also found cabin air filter was plugged. The bill was less than $200 so she was so happy. The a/c blowing super cold Thanks

Comment: We had a van that would start but wouldnt go into gear. Then we wait awhile or disconnect battery and would work as normal until it happend again and again. We took it to a shop near by and they didnt know what was wrong, took it to the Nissan dealership, couldnt get it to replicate the problem and charged us. Then on a long shot we just happend to bring our van here where they not only found and fixed the problem but they did it fast and didnt charge an arm or a leg.turned out to be a neutral safety switch, yea I never heard of it either..lolThis year we brought back both our vehicles for some work, and couldnt be happier with the prices and the friendly service. One place had a 10 day wait which wouldnt work, even after explaining my situation. My sister in law suggested West Point Auto as they had helped her out of a jam. I called them, they said to bring it in tbey should be able to squeeze it in over a couple days. Dropped it that morning, they called a couple hours later with an estimate. I agreed to the cost and they started work. When they called the same day saying it was ready I was surprised. I was shocked when they told me that a hose tbey thought bad was not so they dropped the cost by about $150!!!The place was great to deal with, honest straight shooters. Body, Rust issues? interior?I got straight answers, No hype or BS.The owner (sorry, lost track of your name) emailed me additional pictures, actually highlighting areas of my concern.I drove up that Saturday. I met Ben the Shop Manager, and Jason. the Salesman. Jason also is the son of the owner. Neither one of these guys belong at a used car lot ! Theyre too laid back, easy going, extremely casual, yet still professional. Every question was answered, Not a single sales line Im accustomed to back in the big city.I test drove the SUV, without anyone from the dealership.Jason suggested a route, since I was unfamiliar with the area, but said your free to go anywhere and Ill see you when you get back.His suggested route, was about a twenty minute round trip.Needless to say, on my return, it was deal making time.I came away with an excellent vehicle, an excellent price, and truly an excellent buying experience.As for advise to others, looking for that used car or truck. Fair prices and quality work keep me and Kevin going back. We trust them with our daughters vehicles, which speaks volumes. Ive never heard anyone have a bad thing to say about Ben and his guys.

Comment: I recently purchased a used vehicle from West Point Auto Sales and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Both Jason and Eric worked very hard to make my new car, a 2010 Ford Fusion, affordable for me. They were both incredibly down to earth and very patient about all of my questions. When, about a week after driving my car off the lot, I had concerns about the health of my battery, Jason had me bring it in to be tested for free. They gave me a fair trade-in price for my old car, and a great price on Gap insurance. I really liked that this is a family business and that father and son can work together so diligently to ensure a great car buying experience. I would absolutely go through them again.

Comment: The family owned company of West Point Auto Sales treated me like I was part of the family. I consider myself a savvy shopper and when making a large purchase such as a vehicle you have to be. The guys at West Point not only had the best price for the vehicle I was looking for but treated me as if I was one of their own. When buying a used vehicle there most likely will be some issues. Any time I had an issue with my vehicle they would stop everything they were doing and get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I cant say enough about the amazing experience I had and continue to have with West Point Auto.
