It has been many decades since I have needed such work and I was apprehensive of what shop to entrust with my brand new car. When the work was completed I was still a little apprehensive. When I picked up the car I did an immediate mouth drop and was flabbergasted. My car looked as if I had just bought it from the dealer. It looked showroom new. And not only did they repair the car to perfection they cleaned it inside and out so well I thought they had waxed it. Please dont have any doubts or hesitate to visit Waterford Collision. The staff is great and they keep you informed all the time your car is in the shop so there is never a need for worry.I hope I dont need them soon 😁 but when I do they will be my first call!

They do a fantastic job at keeping you up to date with whats going on with your car. When I got the car back, they cleaned it very well. Ive been to places that didnt even seem like they put anything down to protect my car from their work clothes and didnt even try to clean up after themselves and thats definitely not the case here. Dont have rental coverage or enough coverage? They even have free courtesy cars for you to use in the meantime. 10/10 would recommend!

Fred was friendly, informative and called me personally every step of the way in addition to their emailed update service. My contact person was Fred and he had the jeep ready for pick-up when he said it would be ready, even after a slight delay getting parts. Comment: We came out to our truck and found a broken mirror at our local grocery store on my Ford F-150. Insurance company recommended Waterford collision. Fred assessed the broken mirror, found the right one, and ordered it immediately and had the appt to get it fixed within a day. They fixed it within a half hour and I was on my way! Comment: I had 3 vehicles in the shop at the same time. One with you guys, one at carstar, and one at the Land Rover dealership. Your company is the ONLY company that took the time to call and update us and you guys understood our situation and got us a loaner car. The jeep was the last vehicle to go in for repairs and it had the MOST damage. We have the jeep back and the other 2 cars are STILL out of commission. One has been in the shop for 6 months! These guys were upfront and honest about what needs to be done and the maybes of the process (like what they cant see that might need to be fixed without taking the car apart during the estimate). Comment: I was rear ended and this shop was the only one that was both certified by Chrysler and my insurance in Waterford. They helped with the insurance by informing them the care and work I put into the car so it wouldnt be totaled out. They also called me weekly to inform me of updates and the end repair was perfect. I was in the shop for three months due to part shortages issues and a last minute delay because of an employee have to self isolate (covid). Neither are in their control.The only down sides were I had to realign the rear deck carpet (they missed a metal clip that rattled with the radio.) which took me maybe 30 minutes to fix and I am sure they would of done it themselves if I took it back. and the courtesy vehicle might be the most hated car I ever drove. Its a chevy spark and is very small, slow, and doesnt do snow well.With that said, I can tell they take pride in the work they do.

So my dad told me to drop it off here to Tom to get it done.Tom called me the next morning and said theyd take care of it and no worries which I appreciated.I can happily say they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle, and it looks good as new. They did an awesome job matching the paint and you wouldnt know anything happened. Comment: I hope that I wont ever have to use them again, however, if I ever do have another auto accident, theres only ONE PLACE I would even consider. And thats Waterford Collision. These guys (ALL OF THEM) are beyond professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fred. What can I say?I received a daily text to update me on the status. The promised date was only 1 day off but it was a 3 week job. They provided me a free loaner. And when I went to pick up my car, I thought it wasnt my car. It looked as good as the day I bought it 10 years ago. Not only the repair ($4000) from the accident but also a couple of little detail items that werent part of the accident that they fixed, just because it made their work look even better. Then theres the interior. When I dropped it off, it was loaded with dog hair, nicotine stained windows and simply put, FILTHY. When Fred gave me my keys back, the interior was immaculately spotless. Again, this had nothing to do with the accident, just that little extra that they do to prove that they are a FIRST CLASS operation.Again, I hope that I never have to use them again but if I am in need of collision work, I WONT need to shop around or get estimates. Comment: The service was excellent! There is a State Farm Vehicle Inspection Site on the premises. I had an appointment with Andrew from State Farm on Saturday morning. I was greeted at my car by Aaron, manager of Waterford Collision, and he told me exactly where to go and that Andrew would meet me inside in a few minutes. While they pulled my car into a heated bay which seems to have one purpose: inspect vehicles, I waited in the immaculate waiting room. Check their website for pictures.Andrew from State Farm was amazing and quick. I liked my initial experience with Waterford Collision staff that I decided to have them complete the repair work.Monday, they ordered the bumper, Tuesday I called to check the status, Wednesday the bumper arrived, Thursday Waterford Collision painted it, I dropped my car off Thursday night and picked it up on Friday by 5:00 pm.Fred was in charge of my repair and when I called him Tuesday which was our first contact, he knew my name, year, make and model of me car immediately after I said I was calling to see if my bumper had been ordered. What! I didnt say anything else as way of introduction.When I picked up my car, it was beautiful and clean, and waiting at the entrance (front of the car facing out, too!).If you read this far and dont decide to take your car to Waterford Collision, then I will be shocked!
