Comment: Called to see if they had an opening for an oil change and tire rotation, they said come on in. They showed me my tires and that they didn’t need a rotation, that it would actually be worse for the car if I rotated them (I have done it as frequently as I should be) and they were done very quickly. They were very nice informative. Pricing was awesome, way better than any other place I’ve gone to! Will be back for sure!!

Comment: Best Place You Can Take Your Car Here My little story but this place has saved me in so many situations and all the trouble Ive had the last 2 years with lemon cars with nothing but problemsI had a 2010 Toyota Prius hybrid that I paid $3500 for had a year. it had a major battery problem after a year is why I traded it in to this small Auto place called a&m premier auto in eastpointe. I was having issues with that car with no money no credit nothing, and I thought the guy was helping me out, and then I got my 2014 Chevy traverse from him which seem to be a mistake trading my car in at all to him. because after that I had my brakes go in the back then the power steering pump went and you guys help me fix that and I financed it with my moms help, the power steering pump I didnt have the money so I had to finance and then after that the transmission went and I was told it needs suspension and alternator replaced and other stuff well anyways alot of other stuff. since I had so many problems with that traverse he was supposed to fix it the trans a&m premier auto only had the car a few months everything started going wrong with everytime id fix one thing another would go right away... and I havent seen my car in months fell behind due to how much I owed and paid into the car a week later with almost being homeless with no food behind on rent the guy ignored me barely did anything for me with fixing the cars I contacted him everytime something started going bad nothing I was given a 2010 Honda Odyssey that had a alternator problem that was too much to fix which Im sure he abandoned I had it looked at which was somewhere else because it was the closest go to where I broke down that car would barely drive on the freeway and then I got this edge which runs great but i have to replace the wheel hub assembly and Im in the same situation took him days to call me back at a&m premier auto and said he would have his son look at it but has done nothing like usual I spent so much time and money wasted to just sit and have nothing taken care of when id call he knows Im struggling I just asked if he knew someone I can take to get the brakes done instead of paying so much to have it fix at a regular car place cuz I couldnt afford it never got back to me the whole front drivers side wheel hub assembly just needs to be put on i got the parts just need tools and fluid for the brakes and transmission I dont really know much never replace it just know what people have told me but I still cant bleed or do alot of this work on my own but Im close to not being able to pay my rent again like the last time with the van that I had I was almost homeless and I had help with someone paying my rent but now Im still in the same position with the car Waterford Auto is definitely a place that you want to go to they have nothing but helped me when I needed it the most picked me up when I needed it on multiple occasions on different cars that Ive had loaner cars and my cars Ive been through a bunch of cars in the last few months that have just have not been the best luck but thank you so much Waterford Auto for taking the time to read my story it seems a little bit more complicated but this is the shortest version I can give

They gave me an estimate of three days max to fix a large string of problems with my car, and had it done the next day. Comment: The customer service here is amazing, I was truly surprised that Abe the owner went out of his way to rent me a car when they were fixing my car after a complaint I had, and showed me that he and his team really care about their customers. I went to 4 different locations for car repairs but this the one that I’ve ever seen that went the extra miles to fix my issues. I’ll give an update on my car once a week or so passes. I would highly recommend people to go here.
