Both repairs started with a thorough discussion of the problem and their opinion to correct it. We dealt with Mike who was helpful and understanding. He was patient and took into consideration the age and our use of the vehicles. Both repairs were well priced.Mike really shined with his follow up calls when a part was delayed and he needed more time to investigate. He apologized and was genuine in his efforts and assistance. He also was able to repair work that another mechanic improperly installed.Ryan who worked the desk and handled calls, was so helpful and personable. She was aware of our vehicle status and was able to facilitate information to the mechanics.A quality, honest and well priced location for auto repair and tires.

I do have to say they are very professional and what really got me coming back was the fact they dont use cheap parts on their repairs and was honest on what I could have done and what needed to be done. I have been to many shops and have to say this place is well worth the drive if you are not close.

Comment: Angelo took my information and promptly replied to me with a quote on the tire size I requested and gave me three separate options.I made a selection and the tires were there the next day the following day they replaced 2 of my tires.Not only did they mountain balance on but he actually took the time to sandblast the rims and get the oxidation off there so I will not suffer from the annoying rim leaks.I did not request this and that is why I took the time to give them five stars.Good customer service is impossible to find these days but there still may be a few this is one of them

Went another time for an oil change and tire check, had to get another tire plugged, this time a screw driver bit, Yes, lots of debris on the road and I pick it up. I also found their prices to be very reasonable compared to the dealers and other shops in the area. They are friendly helpful and quick, I would recommend them to family and friends.Came Back another time and got tires and a front end alignment. Surprising how much of a difference good tires make on the handle and feel of a car. Mine is driving really nice and handles great. Thanks again Guys.

Comment: Clean, well maintained service shop. Angelo was the salesman I dealt with on the ordering and installation of my new tires. I provided one new oem wheel to be installed to replaced a damged one on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.Ordered the tires early morning at open of business and lucky enough the product arrived to the shop just after 3pm. They did well with transferring the existing TPSM (Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor) to the new wheel without hurting it. Mounted, high speed balanced, reinstalled 2 new Goodyear Forteras, adjusted tire pressure on all wheels as requested and remounted the wheels without incident to my satisfaction.I would definitely use them for tire purchases in the near future. In addition, I would entrust them with a chance at more in depth mechanical auto repairs as the owners seem to be very competent and capable individuals.

Comment: Best auto shop Ive been to. Fair prices. Tire Pressure Alert Light would not go off. Ive had this Nissan Xtera since 2006. Dealership insisted the problem could not be fixed. It would require a new master computer to resolve the problem. Mike found the problem quickly. It took about 45 minutes to correct. Ive had other repairs in the past. Tires, bearings, electrical, exhaust, and heating. Always quality service, fairly priced. Excellent staff. Polite, efficient and always detailed explanation of what is needed or what has been done.My daughter turned me on to this place a couple years ago. She also is very satisfied and pleased with her experience.. I highly recommend this for any auto service needed. Thanks Mike.

Comment: I go here to see my mechanic, Tony, every time I need anything big or small thing done to my car. My family has been going to Warren Auto for years because we have trusted Tony wont overcharge us or say we need to change out transmission fluid when its actually fine and he hasnt all the years we have been going to him. He is on the more pricey, but that is because he only uses OEM parts (original factory part). The only time he doesnt use OEM parts is when the factory doesnt make the parts anymore. He then goes to aftermarket parts, but he tells you he has to for a reason and if you say ok, he will get or order the part, but will not go get a cheap part. Just had him put an aftermarket part in my car since Ford doesnt make the part I needed any longer.If you have a Grand Victoria or a Grand Marquis, he will take extra care of your car. He loves those cars and owns at least a Grand Marquis, probably the same year and features as mine.

This last time, they kept my van for almost a week, bit it was because they were diligently trying to find the source of a leak. Whenever they thought they fixed it, they put it in the lot, only to find it leaking again later. I had a ton of work done on it, so it was expensive, but we thought the prices were fair, and they didnt charge me extra for the additional labor in finding that leak. Very kind of them. They come off as fair and reputable.

Comment: I have only been here once. I stopped by to see if they could add air to my tires. They added the air and didnt charge me anything for it (in -10 degree weather). When I asked for change for a 20 so I could leave a tip they refused to take any of my money. This was such a nice gesture especially in the temperature! I would highly recommend coming here, its refreshing to see that there are still businesses out here that care about customers. Please give them your business, they will do their best to help you out!
