Comment: I took my car to the dealership twice because it was still under warranty. They gave me the run around and didn’t fix my problem. Vision Auto knew I was frustrated and listened to me. They got me in for an appointment two days later and diagnosed the problem within a couple hours! They had it fixed by the following day. My car runs great now and the price was very reasonable

Comment: What impresses me the most about this place is the fact that they offer you a loaner if your car needs to be worked on, or if you simply need a ride home, they drop you off and pick you up. That is a wonderful service, and very few businesses offer it. They have done work on my car several times, and Im very happy with them! Theyre honest, very kind, and accommodating. Comment: This was my first experience with Vision Tire & Auto. I was referred by another happy customer when my Equinox stalled out today. I met Darren, Jeff and Mary. Brad was my technician. My car stalled out at 12:30pm. They got me right in and it was fixed by 5pm. Mary picked me up, took me to back to work and picked me back up again when my Equinox was done. She was good company. Darren and Jeff were welcoming and put me at ease. Jeff explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. The price was more than fair. They are worth every penny and even more. I’ll be back to see them when it is time for tune ups and oil changes. Thank you all! You guys made a typically very stressful situation much better🌻

Contacted Pat and He got my car in right away and it ended up being the timing chain cover. Very professional very quick and their prices are unbeatable. An excellent place to take your car for any major or minor repairs. They even gave me a free loaner car while my timing chain cover was being repaired. Well recommended. Thanks Pat!

They figured out what was throwing the.code and rebuilt a chafed connection at the transmission in the time promised. I also had other work done while the truck was there. They not only changed my oil but they did an inspection on my truck and found a few issues while they were looking it over. They called the dealer to see if the repairs would be covered under warranty and they were! I would have gladly paid for the repairs through them but Pat said that it was covered under my factory warranty and I should take it to the dealer to get my vehicle repaired for free. They’re honesty and attention to detail has made me a life long customer.

The cost of the oil change was less than Ive had to pay in years, and they told me my brakes were at 70% and good to go rather than pushing a brake change, something Ive experienced in the past at other places.They also made recommendations for other maintenance on my vehicle but didnt force anything at all. In fact, the technician on the phone with me went out to my car, looked at it, and told me how I could replace the part myself if I didnt want it done right away.I really appreciated how hassle-free the process was and the personal attention they gave me. Comment: A friend recommended this place to me. I called and the man on the phone was so friendly and kind. They are very accommodating with delivery and pick up of vehicle! I couldn’t get my car aligned but they quoted me the repairs and are VERY affordable! Definitely will be going back for repair.

Comment: I had used their Lansing location in the past so when looking for a shop closer to home I decided to try this location. They picked my car up and dropped it back off so that I didn’t have to take the day off work and all of that with the repair was a little less than the other quote I received. The owner scheduled my appointment and was very friendly and up front. Thank you!

Comment: Vision has been awesome to work with. I use them for my personal vehicle and my company uses them to maintain our fleet of vehicles. One of their Best services they offer is that they will come pick up the vehicle from our office and then change the oil or make necessary repairs. Vision is also very competitive with repair cost. I would recommend Vision to any company with a fleet of vehicles or if you just need a simple oil change... Thanks for the Great Service!
