As a woman Ive never felt uncomfortable or ripped off, theyre happy to explain whats going on in detail and theres no judgement or pressure if you choose not to do certain repairs or services. Comment: After my first experience with this shop, I feel confident I’ve found my go-to mechanic from this point forward. They spent an hour inspecting my Jeep and diagnosing my reported issues, outlined my options, which included recommending a different mechanic that might offer a cheaper solution, and then attempted to waive their due fee. They tried to get me to leave, without giving them any money, after giving me at least an hour of their time. Since we live in a society, I of course refused, and they begrudgingly agreed to charge me … 25 whole dollars. TWENY-FIVE DOLLARS! They test drove it. Lifted it, lowered it, lifted it again! You make no sense VIP auto repair!

They were very busy but still stopped to explain time and cost of repairs to her and eased her nerves. I dont ever trust mechanics with my cars but Mark, the owner, has proven time and time again that he is here to fix my car and provide safety at the best rate possible. Comment: My car broke down half way across the country and I am so thankful that my local friend was a patron of this business and referred me to them. I ended up needing a new transmission which is a nightmare. The employee who dealt with me was very sympathetic and eager to help with my circumstances from helping me find a rental car to adjusting the price and getting everything installed within a very small time frame. I verified the legitimacy of the charges through my local shop that I use back home and found that the price was more than reasonable (before the mechanic added adjustments). He also prepared my vehicle by doing a couple of extra things to ensure that I wouldn’t have any trouble on the trip back home, without ever being asked. Really couldn’t recommend this business enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Comment: Amazing! Hours away from home with three kids under three, our passenger caliper locks up, he got us in immediately, replaced our brakes, rotors, and bad caliper in an hour (everywhere else said 2-3 hours min) and at a great price! Very happy, would deff recommend to anyone!

Im always fearful of going to car repair places by myself because I am a woman in my early 20s and I believe we typically are the easiest to take advantage of in this regard. The people here are friendly, helpful and informative! And their prices are reasonable. They are willing to tell you what can wait to be repaired on your car, and what needs to be fixed now.
