Comment: Had 2 shops diagnose an issue with my F150 that would cost about $3000 to repair. I just didn’t agree with the diagnosis from the first 2 shops, so took the pickup to Van’s, explained the issues. They drove the pickup with me and confirmed my concerns. Within hours, Van’s delivered a different diagnosis at half the cost to repair, which is what I suspected the whole time. Repair was completed the next day and my issue was completely resolved. Great service, will use them on any future automotive repairs should they arise.

Comment: Their body shop repaired some severe front end damage after hitting a deer. They were timely in their repair after the insurance adjuster was there. The repairs were done well enough that its not really noticeable that i ever hit the deer.They repaired 2 tires for me, a wheelbarrow and riding lawn mower tire that I had no luck with myself. The put tubes inside of them and had them ready the next day. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stats was that they seem a bit high for tire repairs. It was $40 for both small tires to be repaired.

Got the tire off and it was a 15 inch tire, Vans gave her the tire for the 1st quote. So I decided to go there when I had a low tire code on my truck, ended up being the last customer because they were so busy. The guy called me a trooper for waiting and gave me the repair for free! I am now gonna be a repetitive customer from now on, thanks again for your help and hospitality.

I asked for a fog light that I brought along to be replaced but wasn’t told it would cost $45 to do so. I was disappointed by the lack of disclosure…it took less than 15 minutes to change it and I feel that is a steep charge.UPDATE: Van’s reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. They kindly refunded me some of the cost for replacing the light.

Comment: My change oil light came on, took it in to get it changed. Mike informed me that i should not need one according to my miles. I told him meh change it anyways since Im here. Mike than said please let me just check your oil make sure its not low or anything else is wrong I dont wanna have you pay for a oil change if its not necessary. I agreed He checked I was still more than half full. He reassured me that its fine, that its likey my dash didnt rest to 100% last time I had it done so thats why it was telling me I was due for an oil change. I cant express how grateful iam he was HONEST and didnt give me a run for my money while given the opportunity. I just bought a used car and I had back struts done and they told me they do the sway bar links at the same time, when they started the work they decided not to do this sway bar links because they were brand new. Most places would have done them anyway to get the extra money so I went in to pick my car up and it was cheaper than my quote because they removed the price for the links and told me there was no need for changing them. I strongly recommend going there for auto repairs!

I came in to get the oil changed after going to several other places where they told me they wouldnt change the oil on my truck as the drain plug has stripped out in the past and has a rubber plug they were unfamiliar with. They also didnt know if they could fit in an alignment on the same day but they ended up being able to and overall it was a positive experience. Got there around 1 and left around 2:30 after they replaced all 4 tires and aligned my car.

He even explained what were the best tires for snow and which ones arent the greatest for winter and the price difference was only 10$ a tire.
