Comment: I want to say how impressed and excellent the service at Ultimate Auto Repair is. Firstly, I’m an RN from Canada, I was working at the local hospital in Jackson. My car suddenly stopped working the morning after a 12 hour shift and I towed my car to Ultimate Auto Repair. While at first they attempted to repair my vehicle, it turned out the auto part was improper or malfunctioned but nevertheless, the owner Carl made up for it by contacting me and setting me up with a local repair shop in Canada! Can’t be more of an excellent auto repair shop than that. I want to thank Karli and Carl for their amazing service. If you are ever in Jackson, number 1 place to have your car repaired.

First of all when I took my 2002 Toyota Celica in for a diagnostic related to my concerns the mechanic showed me on my vehicle and explained the work he saw needed to be done. Since I was limited financially he took the time to let me know what repairs should be my first priority and why. Setting up an appointment convenient for my schedule and getting my drive belt and front brakes done I was very satisfied with the results. Michael at the desk was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. My mechanic, Trent, was personable, professional, thorough and went over everything in terms I could understand. About 8 months ago I had my entire exhaust done from the down pipe back, tie rod ends and wheel bearings. Overall pricing isnt cheap, but competitive, you get what you pay for. With Ultimate Auto I would say the price is cheap for quality of workmanship, parts and service you are getting. Comment: Great mechanic! They got work done on my truck that two previous mechanics couldnt do. They were very friendly too :) They walked me through and showed me each problem I had with the truck and fixed it in a timely manner. They even gave me a free loaner while I was waiting for my truck to be repaired. Love that their work was guaranteed as well. Definitely gonna bring my truck back if it has any issues in the future, and I will be recommending my family and friends to go here as well.

Comment: I came from out of state and had an axle replaced. They worked fast and diligent to get me back on the road and kept the customer service up even after I returned to Colorado. I would use them again. If you want an honest repair facility that cares about the customer more than the bottom dollar, Karl and his shop are the place to go.

I did not realize my carwas running so rough until I got itback from Ultimate Auto, and drove it downthe road the first time. Comment: Good service, quick service, shuttle service, loaner cars.They always examine the car for preventative maintenance beyond what you drove in to fix, they always call if unexpected problems are found, making appointments has always been same or next day, theyll drive you back after you drop off your car and pick you up when its done, if the repairs take longer than expected they offer to provide loaner cars.

Comment: Karl and his staff are excellent. Whether you have a beater or a heavy duty Diesel truck, they know how to diagnose and repair them. Another mechanics shop (I wont mention their name), after realizing they were incompetent, recommended I take my diesel to Ultimate since even other mechanics know Ultimate is the best. And, yes, they are far better than the wanna-be mechanics at the Ford, Dodge and Chevy dealerships.Plus, Karl is completely honest. They caused a small ding on my vehicle and were going to have a body shop fix it and give me a rental car free of charge. The ding was so small I told them not to worry about it, but Karl still gave me $300 off without me even asking. We now call it the Ding Discount.There is no other place in Jackson County that holds a candle to Ultimate and Karl, its owner. They are the best. Period.
