The Service Manager is awesome, the guys here know their stuff, and they can fix a wide variety of issues. If your car is having problems, they can diagnose what is going on and they will give you an honest assessment. Always great to work with, never been an issue getting anything done here! Comment: Welcome to my damsel in distress story. After picking my dog up from the emergency vet I was panicked to see air quickly escaping from one of my tires. I was able to make it to the local gas station where of course both of their air pumps were out of order. Already in tears I went into the gas station and the lovely woman behind the counter suggested I take it back down the street to tuffys. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that was quickly confirmed upon my arrival to tuffys. The staff were so kind and invited me to pull my car around to help me out air in my tire, only, we feared it wouldn’t be enough. The wonderful Brian not only filled up my tire but quickly found the cause of the problem. A nasty little nail that we could hear the air quickly escaping from. Out of worry for my safety he suggested a patch but the nail was in the worst possible spot and the patch would likely fail. So after all that he even helped me and put the spare tire on! We found a little abandoned mouse nest on top of the spare and he helped me get rid of that as well. Defined going far above and beyond helping a stranger and his kindness is something I will never forget. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this shop! There are still wonderful people in the world and Brian is one of the BEST!

Comment: I’m very appreciative of the gentleman behind the counter! I hopped in my truck this afternoon and noticed my driver rear tire suddenly 10psi low. I gave the tire a quick inspection and observed a nail sticking out of the tread. Having had a good experience with some previous work here, I gave Tuffy a call to see if they could patch a tire on short notice. Without hesitation they quoted me a very reasonable price and told me they could fix the tire right away. They finished the job within 30min of me arriving and when I went to check out, the gentleman behind the counter waived the repair fee and told me I was all set! I’ve been very happy with the several experiences I’ve had here at this Tuffy so will definitely be back in the future.

Comment: I would highly recommend this auto shop for any mechanical needs. I heard an audible air leak coming from one of my tires as I was about to walk into my gym, so I immediately routed to the nearest tire repair store. They were able to take me as a walk-in to fix my tire, without so much as a call-ahead or appointment. All the employees were friendly and helpful and prioritized my concerns as soon as I walked into the office. Most other body shops would ask for extended wait times for such an incidental request but that was not the case here. This was a very pleasant and relieving experience and I would advise anyone with a similar issue to stop in.

And since Im 18 and dont know cars very well he went out of his way to explain it all for me and even drew out a diagram, the woman who worked at the desk was also very friendly she accidentally overcharged me but they fixed it and gave me a refund! In just the latest example of the type of place this shop is, I took my wifes car in as it was leaking coolant. Not only did the tech find the leak (turned out to be a loose house) they fixed it too. Totally cost , NOTHING. They even put air into one of her tires as it was a bit low. Thanks once again Brian and crew!

Comment: I won’t go anywhere else for my automotive needs. What Belle Tire quoted me almost 1,400 for they did for 400 dollars less. They showed me picture proof of what was wrong, explained to me the issues in detail with my car, and fixed parts that could be fixed rather than replaced. This is the most honest mechanic around. Also, the front desk staff is incredible! 5/5 and will be recommending this place to everybody I know!!

They spent 2 solid hours and even tightened a clamp or 2 on my power steering line that was leaking! Im bringing my car in for tires this week too!Brian is one upstanding citizen! As I sat in the waiting room other customers told me stories of Brians good will to them!! He also works closely with Community Sharing...helping others in need of repairs! After a short period of time the lady brought me my keys and said I was ready to go.A fender liner had came loose and was rubbing against one of wheels making the noise. I came in as soon as they opened and they had the tires off the wheels in under 45min for a reasonable price. During that 45min I got to watch Brian (Bryan?) interact with many other customers and was amazed at the level of respect and the integrity he had with each customer. This is the kind of auto repair shop that I wouldnt hesitate to send my grandmother to.
