Comment: I personally recommend this service centre because they provided very great service, I got an issue with my cars rear tyre blow got reduced and I thought that was punctured. I take my car to Tuffys service centre and they really helped a lot and they explained the reason very effectively because they checked it very carefully, then they provided their best service and I feel this is the best service centre in the town. But I thought Id take a chance and had the car towed to Tuffy and John took a look. Even though the shop didnt have all of the necessary supplies on hand, he was very accommodating and was open to let me bring in my own patch kit for him to try. John worked his magic and was successful! I was so relieved that I didnt have to buy a new tire.

Comment: I drive a 15+ year old car that Im inadvisably still really attached to, so it ends up in the shop pretty often. I bring it here because its the best shop in town Ive found; theyre quick, and usually not too busy. The manager Herbs a great guy, wont try to tack on or upsell you anything even when the opportunity is probably there, and usually knows and adds on whatever coupons and specials Tuffy/Mavis is running for the work you need. So far in the past couple years Ive needed full front/back brake pads and rotors, muffler and everything south of the catalytic converter in the exhaust system replaced, and front struts, plus my 150k once-over service and a diagnostic here and there for all the weird little noises and quirks an old car comes with. The major work so far has been finished within a day or two and run me maybe a thousand or less each time; the minor work has all been same-day and I suspect maybe a little underbilled for the amount of time and how thorough they are with their diagnostics and consultations.The last time I came by was with a super busy week coming up that I really could not afford for my car to die in the middle of, my engine had started making a slight high, whiny noise kinda like an old vacuum cleaner that had me worried. The shop was actually closed the morning I took it in; they were having some electrical issue which had knocked out the garage for the day, but I caught Herb in between putting out fires and the shop phone ringing off the hook, and he was kind enough to come out and take a listen to it, assured me it didnt sound like anything that would turn catastrophic anytime soon. Didnt cost me anything but the peace of mind was worth a lot to me.

They tried to inflate the tire but it had a substantial leak, so I had it towed to a tire dealer.They do not sell tires at this location. The were very kind and let me wait at ther facility for my tow. Great servise.

Because of this, I had my car towed to what my insurance company said was the nearest tire repair shop. Unfortunately, my insurance was wrong and this Tuffy does not do tire repairs/replacements. Nonetheless, Herb and his team helped me get my spire tire on, directed me to the nearest tire shop, and did an oil change since I was due. Herb said if I still had the converter. The previous place would not give it up. Said it was too hot to put in my car. That mistake cost me 80 bucks. Needless to say Ill be back. I had a friend diagnose my vehicle before taking it in preliminary in order to get an idea of what is going to have to be done to fix a brake pulsation. I was expecting it to cost anywhere from 150-500 dollars to fix. After taking it in Chris found that all it was was some rust on the inner side of the brake rotor and fixed it without charging me for brakes or rotors, which they easily could have done. Lord behold they excepted the payment I had and the owner Pat sorry didt get his last name blessed me that day and said that they had it not to worry. I am very thankful to him and the guys that work at this location. I have not had a problem with them at all and each time i have visited there location they have been perfect gentlemen and helped me with questions and concerns. Now I manage a local business and they service our fleet of company vehicles. Over the years Ive been to a couple other places in a pinch and half the time Ive had to take my car back here to have the work done correctly! The ONLY car repair shop Ive ever visited who has down-sold me and prioritized whats best for me and for my car, not just best for them! I cant say enough nice things about these guys. When they cant do something, they say so straight up & recommend someone else who can. When something isnt urgent, they dont push you to do the work. And when they fix something, it stays fixed. It has no leaks, but the midpipe would vibrate against the frame of the car.When I took my car to a nearby shop with a higher rating, the mechanic took a look and said there was nothing he could do because the exhaust wasnt made to fit my car (it was for a previous generation).Took my car to Tuffy and they were able to modify the piping to make everything fit correctly, for a very modest price. Would definitely return if I have any future issues with my vehicle.
