Excellent in customer service care. No surprises they will give you a breakdown on the problems your vehicle is having. Comment: We pulled up and they were ready to get the work started. A little while later they had an answer on what was wrong and said theyll be calling again shortly. Sure enough a little while later the car was done and ready to be picked up. Very great prices. Although my warranty paid for it, I still was like wow thats a fantastic price with fantastic quick work.

I then needed to get a new tire and they told me it would take a day and when I let them know I needed to go out of town the following day they sent someone out that night to get the parts I needed and got me in the very next morning. Took care of everything and the car is driving like a dream. So fast, friendly and professional. They worked around my schedule and Made my vacation plans possible.

Comment: Very honest and friendly people Im working here in Niles I live 2 hours away so I stay here during the week didnt know who I could trust with a car repair these people are awesome they actually gave me a ride to work after I drop my car off and offered to come get me, made me feel like I could put my trust in people I didnt know theyre very awesome and very reasonably priced they could have replaced my O2 sensor but he found a vacuum leak a hose that came loose he could have easily charged me for the O2 sensor but he did not very honest you must definitely try them

Service prices are equal to or a little above market, but Id rather pay a little more to a local shop and know Im not getting screwed over. Great people. Theyve worked on literally all my vehicles. Comment: I would leave them five stars but I have been in there two times the first time was awesome service very polite, The second time though I provided him the information of what it needed and sat there for two and half just to have the service tech come out and tell me that they do not work on diesels there which would not of been a big deal if they didn’t already know from previous experiences and repairs that I had a diesel..... So that was kind of upsetting but the owner Larry was cool enough to call round local shops to see who would work on diesel trucks, Also Carrie is cool as Hell!! That being said I would recommend them for any auto repairs as long as you don’t need diesel motor repairs lol

Comment: Trussell’s Auto repair was enthusiastically recommended to us when we were ‘stranded ‘ in Niles Michigan in our ‘dead’ vehicle. Knowing Trussell’s was closed I phoned anyway to leave a message that the tow truck would be dropping my vehicle there. However, a man answered the phone. He said he was working catching up on paper work. He took all my information and said they’d get right on the repair on Monday. Thirty minutes later this man shows up where I was waiting for the tow truck. He said he just wanted to ‘make sure I was alright ‘. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner with several phone calls during the repair period to give me detailed updates on progress. Great people. Great service.

There have been several times that I was quoted a price but turns out he should have quoted more because the price of the part was actually more than originally quoted. Regardless, Larry gave me the quoted price. Although it cost him a couple hundred, I am certain he has earned it back in my personal advertisement and refusal to go anywhere else for any car issues.We have been using Larry as our main mechanic for as long as I can remember. Highly recommend going to Trussells first!

Comment: Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and courteous. They did their best to accommodate me quickly after I had an unexpected breakdown and had my vehicle towed there. I arrived after business hours and was still greeted in the parking lot and allowed to come inside to fill out my paperwork. I felt the labor charges were very reasonable. They even went above and beyond to replace a defective part that was still under warranty from the store I purchased it from originally, at no additional cost. I was treated very well and made to feel as though I had been coming there for years for my automotive needs. Thanks to the wonderful service I received, I will absolutely return to Trussels for my future automotive needs!
