Comment: Go here and stop thinking about going anywhere else. Took my 250,000 Honda in thinking I had a drive belt problem. Ended up not being the problem but a leaking hose which was causing the problem. They could have easily done what I said, but didnt. Van runs like a champ and would not trust my Honda to anyone else. Also, most places wont call you until the end of the day, even if the work is done since they like to do all the paperwork in the end. Not here... done at 2:30pm and was on my way home shortly after that!

When visiting Troy auto Hale, the front desk manager has always greeted me with smiles always professional and super fast in getting me in and out. The owners are the best in unique situations they went above and beyond for me. All of the repair technicians are amazing at problem solving. The faculty inside and out is amazing. Comment: Went with prior appointment, and didnt take much time to get the overall vehicle inspection and oil change done. Cant comment on their larger technical know how, but was satisfied with services I paid for. If youre an enthusiast or DIY inclined, who likes discussing your vehicle with the technician, you will be disappointed because they dont allow talking to the technician who worked on your vehicle. I understand that theyre busy working on other cars, but I personally wouldnt mind paying by the minute (say, $60/hr) to discuss on my cars condition. Will visit them again before I decide if this should be my go-to place (and also folks in my social circle who value my opinion).P.S. I felt the vehicle inspection fee is a tad high, but nothing earth shattering.

Comment: I picked up a nail in my tire on Saturday evening. I drove in right when Troy Auto Care opened and they started working on the tire right away. They have a great customer lobby with tons of places to charge up electronics and a cappuccino machine. I wouldn’t have minded staying there for a few hours but they had my tire patched and ready to go in 20 minutes. So lucky to have them so close to home. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Instead, they were able to repair the issue the same day for exactly the quoted amount. Comment: Wow! This place was awesome! My car was reading an error of low brake fluid so I decided to set up an appointment with Troy Auto Care for the next day. Made my appointment online, everything was all set this morning, I went in and Katelyn at the front desk got all my information down - I also had a concern about my transmission so I asked to get that looked at as well. I left for work and received an email about 30 mins later telling me they were looking at my car and even sent me a picture of my car in the garage. It was like I took my care to daycare it was awesome- I loved it! A bit later i received a phone call from one of the workers, I think his name was Chris but I cant remember I could be way off, the brake pads really did need to be replaced ( I figured) and he also looked into the transmission and told me everything i needed to get it fixed by the dealer ( because it should still be under warranty) I was floored that he took the time to reach out to the dealership for me and check to see if I could get something done for free instead of just charging me for the work. The car was done very fast, i got a call back from katelyn to come pick it back up and she even threw in a free air fresher.That is awesome customer service - and ive worked in the service industry for a long time, great place to go get your car worked on, they wont give you the run around and now i can confidently go here next time knowing that i will be paying for great services and not getting duped into something i dont need .Thanks Troy Auto Care you made a very painless experience for me and i will be recommending you to everyone i know :)

Comment: I am working out of town and my work van needed some work done it was riding rough. Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics especially when your out of town. The Troy team was amazing from beginning to end . Customer service was A+. Josh my mechanic did a full inspection on my vechile took pictures and explained everything that needed to be fixed and the things i could hold off on. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel while they worked on my van. It was fixed within the day and i had on the road that evening. Troy Auto Care thank you. And thank you to Josh . I will be coming back if i need more work done.

Comment: Troy Auto took over for Jake’s and I decided to just keep coming here for auto services. Troy Auto has been great to me! I feel like they give fair and honest opinions about work that needs to be done and their prices are great!! Easy to get an appointment. Nice waiting area and they gave my kids some activities to do while we waited for an oil change. They send out a text while they are working on your car with updates (including pictures!!) and service suggestions. Highly recommend this place!

Comment: Troy Auto Care gave me an honest estimate for a ruptured oil cooler hose. Along with the discount rate for their towing service, the nightmare of engine room smoke and oil puddle in my garage turned out to more tolerable experience. And their tow truck driver was polite.
