Im fairly certain the guy who helped was Tyler (sorry Im bad with names), but he was amazing. He did everything possible to ensure we would be able to make the appointment through other means. We unfortunately couldnt make it, but it wasnt from a lack of effort.They did good work on my car to ensure Id be safe to make my 2 1/2 hour trip back home. I hope never to have that issue again out there lol but if I did this is the place Id go.

Comment: I highly recommend this shop as they are very professional. I brought my truck in for an alignment and an electrical issue. The shop sent me very informative notes. I was not able to complete the repairs unfortunately. I can say i had to pick my truck up after 5 and the shop owner personally stayed there to receive my payment as they can not take payment over the phone due to high fraud. They are the best shop in the area!

Comment: My wife, grandson, and I had the truck loaded up and ready to return home from a vacation in Spring Lake/Grand Rapids area when a tire warning message came on my dash. Unfortunately I had 11 pounds of air pressure in one of my tires due to a faulty valve stem. I got on line and found that Tri City was only a couple of miles down the road. I was able to drive there on the almost flat tire and spoke to Carl at the front desk. I explained I was out of town, trying to get back home in Indiana. Carl was very personable, wanted to get me back on the road and juggled the work schedule around to do so. The tire was taken off the vehicle, valve stem replaced, and I was back on the road in less than an hour!!! Awesome service from a shop that would not get repeat service since I am 5 hours away in Indiana. Nor did they try to gouge me on price even thought they knew i was a One-Timer. Since they were so nice to an out of towner, I can only imagine how well they treat their local and regular Customers. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend Tri City for all your auto repair needs. Thank you, Carl and the Tri City group!!

Try City technician found the nest, cleaned things out and repaired the wires. Did a great job and its back to normal. Comment: This is a 4 star rating, but think of it as 4.9 stars. Tri City was able to diagnose and fix a rather difficult problem for me. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. The thorough description of the process by the mechanic was unexpected and well appreciated. The shop is clean and organized. They were a couple of communication breakdowns that did not materially impact the performance of the repair, but could perhaps be tightened up a little. Sound petty? Maybe, but you need something to strive after. All in all - good job Tri City.

Btw, when you get pics of your bald tires in your service inspection, it really drives home the fact that they are, in fact, BALD 😁 Got 4 new tires and they actually found that my issue wasnt a wheel bearing at all, but a faulty break hose causing binding. For the same price as my local quick lube I received a full synthetic oil change plus a full inspection! I am always hesitant to bring my vehicle somewhere thinking that everything will be an emergency on the vehicle however tri-city just prioritized the repairs that could be done for me and gave me quotes for all. Their people really know their stuff and operate with integrity (which is always my worry when looking to get repairs done). Tri-City was able to take a look at my wifes Escape, gave me a quote on what needed to be repaired, and let me pick which items I wanted to tackle in that visit. They also gave me some general recommendations to extend the life of my vehicle (not selling me extra stuff, just advice). My actual cost ended up cheaper then what they initially quoted as some of the work didnt take as long as estimated. Im not sure if other places are slightly cheaper, but I value the piece of mind knowing the work was done right, and they are honest people. They also seem to be active in the GH/SL community and always represent and promote local businesses in their office. Absolutely would recommend Tri-City to anyone.

Comment: I bought a vehicle from Tri-City. We knew there was a non issue with the vehicle beforehand. Jim took the vehicle and immediately fixed the issue. No questions asked. I do not know about the other people posting here, but I will tell you that Jim and staff @ Tri-Cities are knowledgeable, I think fair priced and more importantly; honest. It matters not to me where you take your vehicle for repairs. I think I owe this post to Jim and Tri-Cities for their straight forwardness and honesty. Comment: I have gone here for everything for my car after many more than 20 years of my parents going here exclusively. With the exception of oil changes and easy fixed I have done personally, since this is a 40 minute drive from my home.I always leave with 100% certainty that the vehicle will perform as it should. They are family oriented since the two capable daughters of the owner work at the front desks. They operate with the utmost integrity and respect, and will never stear you wrong.

Comment: I have been a customer of Tri City Auto for almost 18 years. I recently had a very big problem with my VW and got 3 estimates (including TC AUTO) - because I was out-of-town when the problem occurred- all were within dollars of one another. Decided on Jim for many reasons, and the actual cost came in $250 UNDER all the estimates and was done more quickly than promised elsewhere.I have always felt the quality of the parts and the work were excellent and have always felt well-cared-for by Jim and his staff.
