Comment: I stopped here by chance one day last year on my way home from work to get an oil change. They were helpful, friendly, and the prices were good. I find that they’ve continuously offered me great advice, and an absence of pushy upselling sometimes found in drive-thru oil change establishments.I now drive past many other places that could provide maintenance for my car in order to return to the Top Lube Center. They have changed out my serpentine belt, installed a new radiator, replaced a wheel bearing, and obviously changed the oil on my car. The staff is fast and always have me in and out quickly. They also have been very accommodating to my personal restrictions, which are a bit annoying to deal with I’m sure.Definitely Recommend.

Comment: The guys over at Top Lube are great. I stopped in for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my car cause it felt like it was trying to stall out. The test drove and hooked it up to the computer and helped me diagnose it was a misfire due to a bad starter coil. Turns out it was still the original starter coil from when it was manufactured 12 years ago! They got the part and swapped everything out for me and was back on the road. Now the car drives like new and I don’t have to worry. Loved all the help they gave me! They treat you like family over there, highly recommend this place!

Ive been having problems with my brakes since I purchased my car from the dealership and they blamed it on lot rot and were supposed to have replaced pads and rotors. When the guys took my wheels off to show me what my brake situation looked like, everything looked original to the car and clearly hadnt ever been changed. I had them replace all my pads, rotors, and my muffler issue on my vehicle and they had everything done in one day. My check engine light was on and my dealership could not give me a diagnosis, as they were busy. I went to Top Lube and Sam let me know it would be a $45 diagnostic. They were able to read my vehicles code and confirm that it was a transmission issue that should be covered under warranty. He referred me to Avis Ford on Telegraph and 12 Mile, as he has connections and even set up my appointment to drop off my vehicle, as this was the only day I had off. Being a woman I have always had a fear of quick oil change places and the auto service industry in general since I started driving. Every time I went to a place I was always upsold on the oil, told I needed an air filter and even one time was told my wiper blades were streaking when I had just replaced them myself not even one hour prior to my visit to the facility. He then introduced his service manager and lube manager the ones that primarily run the store and they would take great care of me. the informed me the kind of oil my car recommended and what I should use based on how I drive. they didnt just sell me the most expensive oil they could and guess what they actually showed me the services that were not do on my car not just what needed maintenance. Ive never had any service place do this before all I ever heard was the bad stuff and what had to be done RIGHT NOW!!!!1 not here. the gave me a sheet that explained in greater detail of what services were needed why they were needed and in what order they should be done in. They didnt even try to sell me them now I did make a decision to buy a cabin filter since no one ever checked it in my Chrysler 300 s before nor did I know I have one. They have my business for life and even more so my trust. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Not only do they inform you of whats going on with your vehicle they show you so you know theses guys are honest and not just trying to make commission something that I was concerned with plus they show me the things that are good on my car and I didnt feel robbed or pressured into anything. Sam and his crew are professional and they back in their work. They arent always the cheapest, but they use top quality parts. Most people dont realize that there are grades of quality in replacement parts. They have had to redo work that I had done elsewhere 1 1/2 yrs earlier (for a cheaper price) because the (suspension) part had failed yet again. They fixed a nightmare electrical issue with one of my cars, having to diagnose and replace some of my deteriorating wire harness. Comment: I went to Top Lube Center today because my car was 1,000 miles overdue for an oil change. The guys there (Mike especially!) were courteous and very hospitable -- they gave me a water bottle and applied Rain-X (with permission) to my windshield free-of-charge. I also invited my co-worker along to get services done to her vehicle, and she texted me later saying thank you, this was a very positive experience -- previous oil change experiences were not as good for her. Plus, they use static clings instead of stickers to remind me of when my next change is -- and it definitely will be with them. :)

Comment: I, recently had major work done on my 2003 Chevrolet Impala along with oil changes at Top Lube Center. I was very impressed how clean the shop is and the courteous, professional technicians who work there. My car runs great. Highly recommended.

Comment: GREAT SERVICE!! My 2012 Expedition only has 31,000 miles on it and during my oil change a technician found my serpentine belt was cracked and split, a very, very unusual thing to occur. I was leaving the next morning to go out of town. So glad they found that and I had it replaced before it split completely and I would have been stranded out of town!! I have filed a claim with Ford Motor to get reimbursed since the belt is still under warranty.THANKS FOR SAVING MY TRIP TOP LUBE!!

Comment: Friendly team ! Can do more than just oil changes. Had Brakes done and other maintenance work. We had to take the car back in for some additional work and they gave us no hassles. We have actually referred a friend to get their brakes done here as well and they are also happy with the work performed.

Comment: These guys are really wonderful. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they addressed some concerns with me that have been putting my safety at risk. They never pressured me into additional services, but the issues that they brought up were things that I knew had to be fixed at some point. They helped me prioritize the most pressing concerns, and were very honest about what I could hold off on servicing. They began work on the car immediately, and completed the work the same day. They even took me to work and picked me up so that I could continue on with my normal day while they took care of my car. The vehicle runs so much smoother, and I was extremely happy with the time that they spent going over the scope of work with me. They went the extra mile, cleaning off the engine and replacing broken wiper blades. Im certain that they could have nickel and dimed me for all of the extra work that they put in, but they didnt. They performed an impressive amount of labor and gave me a very reasonable price. The crew is very polite and professional, and their facility is very clean. I felt very confident that my vehicle was in capable hands, and you can tell that they take a great deal of pride in the work that they do. Whether you need a quick oil change or a full service repair job, I would highly recommend Top Lube Center.

Comment: Very friendly crew and very clean place. I recommend all of you to return because I will sure be returning myself. There prices are well worth it and they just dont do oil changes they also do repairs such as brake jobs, suspention systen and much more and also if you low on your AC they will fill it with freeon for an excellent price. I love this place!!!!!

Comment: Ive been going to Top Lube since they opened in Commerce, MI. I have not gone anywhere else since. The owner and other people that work there are friendly, polite, and go out of their way to make sure youre well taken care of. They also had repaired my car one time and did a great job and kept me well informed while my car was being worked on so there werent any surprises. The shop is clean, well cared for, very organized, and the same employees are still there which is a good sign of great management. The prices are right too compared to other places I have tried before.Thanks Guys!Keep up the great job!

Comment: The Top Lube Center is the best auto shop Ive taken my car to. I tried it because the location was convenient but soon realized I had found the shop I will continue to take my car to. The staff couldnt be more friendly and knowledgeable. I had been taking my car there to get oil changes but they are a full service shop so I brought my car back for some extra work. All the work Ive had done to my car has been done in a very timely manner with top skill. I appreciate that the staff always explains what theyll be doing and why its necessary. I have gotten my family to start bringing their cars to Top Lube and you should too, you wont be disappointed.

Comment: My first visit to Top Lube Center was today. Ronnie was my service specialist. Service was very professional and thorough. Ronnie noticed my air cleaner and cabin filter were way over due for replacement, and changed them out for new ones. Ronnie even RainXed my windshield at no additional charge. It took only ten minutes for everything to get done. I will be bringing my other car in this afternoon for an oil change. They also due auto repair, which is good to know...a notch above other oil service centers!

Comment: Sam and his team handled my auto needs with wonderful professionalism and they were all very friendly and courteous. I went in for an oil change as well as an auto repair and everything was done after fully explaining it to me and with good attention to detail. My five year old son was treated well, too, while the guys worked, they would talk to him and Sam even gave him some candy and offered us water. Comment: Top Lube Center is owner-operated and owner managed. Top Lube and Sam H. are exactly what people are looking for in an auto maintenance and oil change place. An honest assessment from someone who is highly knowledgeable and skilled at identifying your vehicles real issues. Honest advice on what to do and when to do it and a price that matches the value.Sam has taken such good care of my wife and I whenever we had a vehicle issue. He is my first stop before even thinking of going to the dealership. Sam will honestly let you know when the problem you have requires attention from the dealership or another expert. He and his employers are truly tops. Commerce is fortunate to have this business in the community. I had what looked like a serious electrical problem on my Grand Cherokee and I drove straight down M-5 to Pontiac Trail where Sam took care of my problem immediately. Going to the dealership would have cost me a day without my care and hundreds of dollars. Sams technician took care of it on the spot. They love cars and they love car maintenance. His passion for it shows in his business. Highly recommend this business to those who are in the area.

Comment: On my first visit to Top Lube was extremely impressed with the service they offered to pull my car in for me, gave me a cold water and allowed me to wait in my car. Also I was very impressed with the quick service they provided. The oil change took about 15 minutes, the car techs constantly gave me advice and options on what to purchase. Overall I was very impressed with the quick change, the employees make it a point to make sure your comfortable and understand what your buying.

Comment: I have been to this location two times since the center opened up. Both times I was greeted with a smile and the service was fantastic. I told them on the first visit that I didnt not want any high pressure treatment. I was told that I would never be pressured. Only suggestions. The guys are true to their word. Great job guys. Comment: Top Lube Center is as good as it gets! I drive all the way from Howell to take my car here. They provide by far the best customer service in the industry. I have never felt so valued as a customer at any oil change place before. Sam, the owner is very knowledgable about not only the products he sells, but also about my vehicle. He takes the time to explain to me the things to be cautious of with regards to my particular make, model and year. Each time I visit, they never cease to exceed my expectations.Their customer service is first class, they are honest and trustworthy and they are not the stereotypical pushy sales guy type that you often find at an oil change facility. Comment: I decided to try this place after receiving not so great service down the street at a competitor. I thought this place did a great job servicing my car. I worked directly with Sam & Chris and I felt that they both were VERY knowledgeable about the products & explained in great detail the difference between the products and what the benefits of each were, without ever feeling the pressure to upgrade or purchase anything additional. I couldn’t ask anything more out of an instant oil change! I will be back again & again!!
