There was a picture included if an issue was found that needed attention. I had originally scheduled an oil change but purchased a new tire during this visit do to the report. Come to find out my alternator bearings went bad. I would have been lucky to make it home. With my trunk full of hoops, tent, speaker & fuel for tonights gig, I went to the closest place, being TMT. Comment: Had my front brakes replaced there. They were completely honest with me by telling me that I could have gone much longer without replacing my brakes. I wanted them changed anyway because I didnt like the existing set (I am OCD about my car). The new brakes were immediately noticeable. A huge improvement!!!Thank you for the honesty and the great work! I highly recommend this place!------------------------------------Edit- After a couple months my brakes started to squeal. It wasnt anything too terrible. It mostly seamed like brake dust squeal. But the hotter my brakes got the more consistent it was which was annoying.I asked TMT if this was normal for these brakes and they said no. They asked for me to bring it back. After they looked at it, they replaced the rotors and pads completely free to me, under warranty.Brakes are like new again.Thank you again for your honesty and now for the awesome warranty.Im very appreciative and will be back for more work. :)

Took it in, told me it’d be ready in a couple hours, got it back and completed everything I asked of them. Comment: Word to ya mother, i will not be taking my car anywhere else BUT TMT in Granger. labor and parts can be pricey. you’re going to find that anywhere you go though. you can go back and forth all day about prices, labor, parts, and all the annoying things about getting your car fixed but the thing that’s most important to me is the timing. car stuff happens when you don’t expect it and i don’t have a week to wait for my car back without a loaner, i don’t have 3 hours to sit in here while you wait to get back to me. TMT literally made it so fast, so simple, and so helpful plus they fixed my car. i didn’t even stand in the shop for 10 minutes before i was in my loaner and on my way. thank you guys. loved it. xoxo

Took it to a place to get an estimate and informed me that it was my lug nuts, studs, wheel bearing and left knuckle which was way more than what the first people told. I took it to TMT because my mechanic was not answering and they gave me a third estimate and informed me all of that wasn’t needed. Got it fixed in two days. While they working on it they seen something leaking and diagnostic it for me for no charge since they were already under my car. This gave me vibes that they care and great customer service

Comment: My tire was low so I stopped at TMT to get air. They found out the stem was leaking. Got that fixed. Then found out with AWD all tires have to be the same, but my car had twodifferent tires in front than the two in the back. TMT cares about you and your car. The reason I will continue with TMT is because I have stopped elsewhere to get air in the tire and no one ever mentioned a word about looking for a leak, fixing that leak or the wrong tires. I am a senior citizen and I like TMT for the professionalism, honesty and caring.

Comment: The team at TMT Automotive in Granger will make sure your needs are met and then some. I have had multiple vehicles serviced with them. Most recently, I had my brakes on my SUV serviced and was impressed by the professionalism by every staff member I encountered. They are very thorough with the vehicle inspection, providing an extensive report with photos and descriptions for each point they inspect. The loaner car was greatly appreciated each time I requested it. The prices are pretty standard to dealer pricing, in my opinion. I will also say that the experiences I have had with TMT exceed the experiences I have had at the dealership. The service writers Walter and Jeff are outstanding; they instill the trust between customer and their shop, thank you guys.

I would have given 5 stars but did not due to the fact that I originally was scheduled to have one of their loaner vehicles and showed up to drop off my car but was told there was not a loaner vehicle available that day. So I had to reschedule once again for a day when a loaner vehicle would be available that one again worked with my schedule.Even though it was inconvenient and a screw up on their part, I will use Tmt again as they were thorough with their work, prices were competitive (especially with a coupon), convenient location and the free loaner car is a huge deal for me when having work done on my primary vehicle.

Expect quality.I brought my older Toyota Tacoma to the boys at TMT; told them that even though it’s older I’m aiming to keep the thing running for decades to come—it’s my fishing and camping rig. The diagnostic test they ran and the pictures and videos they shared with me helped me to see what exactly needed to be done, and Adam very nicely explained to me the repairs that I didn’t understand quite as well as others. We had a good discussion not only about the maintenance that needed to happen immediately but also about those things he diagnosed that could wait and be done in time as I could afford them. I never felt pushed to spend more, or fix every small thing immediately. It’s clear that Adam and his crew understood not only what my Tacoma needed in order to run well, but also what I needed to know in order to make informed choices about the health of my truck now and “down the road” (pun intended).This was my first experience with the crew at TMT-Granger—my wife and I will most definitely return for regular maintenance on all our vehicles.
