Comment: Prices are very reasonable. Staff had good communication and phones were answered right away. Service was much faster than I expected.I needed an oil change and a repair to my exhaust. I called in and was told they were booked pretty solid, but they could try to work it into the schedule if I could drop it off. I was told it could be up to $250 for the exhaust repair, depending on how many pipes needed to be replace, which is right in line with other estimates. Got a call that day with a more accurate cost and had my car back to me with in 24 hours. Paid $170 total for the oil change and exhaust repair.Only caveat I noticed is that their lot is kind of small, so there is a sign on the door about an additional charge for leaving you car for more than a couple of days after it has been repaired. They seem like a pretty reasonable shop, so I would just make sure you let them know before hand if you cant pick your vehicle up right away.I look forward to bring my vehicle back here in the future. Thanks for making my car run quietly again!

Comment: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These guys are absolutely great!! They do not nickel and dime you, and they are very honest with their work and recommendations. Had some exhaust work done, and I thought it would take them 3-4 days, judging by how many cars were in the parking lot...nope...done the next day in the afternoon. I was very impressed...price was as quoted with no additional surprises in the repair...I found my forever repair place...Thanks to all at Thomsons!!!

Comment: I had a nail in my trailer tire and couldnt find anyone willing to fix it. Every other place I tried said I needed to replace the tire. I called Thomsons and the guy said to bring it in.I showed up on their lunch hour, and they still took care of it in less than 10 minutes.No wonder they had so many cars in their lot for repair.They are very customer oriented and a very well run repair shop. Ill be going back.

They are honest and reasonable and Ive always heard wonderful things about this business. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Thomsons for anyones auto needs.
