Comment: Great experience. I had a flat today and urgently needed to get my flat tire inspected and fixed. From the moment Agroy picked up my phone call, he was very respectful and made me feel very confident in the repair service he was going to provide. During this process, he was also able to identify the root cause of a slow leak I have had for a long time for another tire, which many other shops/ dealerships have dismissed as a non-issue previously. Greatly appreciated and I will definitely come back and recommend friends and family to. Big Thanks.

They took my very flat tire (which had a huge bolt in it)...and in less than 15 minutes they fixed my tire!!!!! And, they made sure the psi was even on all my tires!!! Everyone is very nice and helpful, which means a lot being a woman walking into a shop. The first time, I went to them for a new set of tires, and most recently, I went to them to have my valve stems replaced after using the wrong type of cap (anodized, corroded to the stem). Both times were good experiences, and I recommend anyone who needs something to check these guys out!

The shop looked at it first thing the next morning and told me that it needed to be removed. They didn’t push replacing it and said most people don’t. They didn’t charge me for removing the cover and didn’t have to pay for anything. Highly recommend the tire shoppe.

Comment: I’m new to the Ferndale area and needed a new shop. This is easily the best repair shop I’ve worked with in my 36 years. They are really honest about what repairs you need to get done and why. They explain things to you simply and don’t make you feel dumb for asking questions. They are fairly priced and use the best parts possible so you don’t have to keep coming in for the same problem. They also get you in for service very quickly and have a loan service they use that you can use for major repair if you’re in a tight money spot. I highly recommend The Tire Shop. I will be coming here for all future repairs.

Comment: I went grocery shopping this morning and came out to a note on my windshield saying my tire was low. I called around to different shops on the way home that I had seen in my area and they were the only ones who answered. When I arrived the guy who greeted me was professional and brought my vehicle in shortly after. He explained what was going on and then told me that they wouldn’t charge me for the repair. I’ve had a rough couple of days (of which they had no way of knowing) I and was not expecting such a blessing. No matter how insignificant something may seem to others, this truly made my day better. I went to other shops repeatedly buying new tires ive probably bought atleast 3 new tires not knowing what the problem was thinking they were all deflated. Then i decided to go here 2 not only did they listen to my story they checked it out when i said i wanted a new tire instead they actually found the problem. As someone that knows little to nothing about cars, I have been taken advantaged of and spent thousands of dollars on repairs that did not need to be fixed.The people at this shop are HONEST and KIND!I took my car in a few months ago, because I felt something was going on with my car. They looked at it to find nothing was wrong and charged me nothing. So when my engine light came on the other day, I knew who I could trust. They looked at my car and let me know I needed a tune up. When I expressed concern about the price, they were honest with me about the cost of repairs and helped me keep the price down so that I could afford it.As I was waiting, multiple people came into the shop. I stopped at The Tire Shoppe because it was on my way home and I needed to get a steady leak in my trucks left front tire repaired before work tomorrow. It was getting late in the day, about 5:45 p.m., and I pulled into the lot to ask if they could do it. Within five minutes, Ivan had my truck up on the hoist, the wheel off and the repair made. Obviously they want the business, but the way the guy up front (I think it was Lance) talked to me about what condition they were in, told me what my options were, without sugar-coating anything or pushing me, was so down to earth that I ended up doing more than I had planned, but was glad I did so, and the price was good.I came back today, and got brakes done. I called while I was out and they said they could take me for brakes immediately if I could get there within the half hour. Comment: Got into an accident down the street. The tow truck driver recommended this place. The staff was pretty friendly and knowledgeable. After having the insurance company come out and inspect the car, they were quick to repair and I haven’t had any problems with the my car. They made it as good as when I got the car. They even waived some of my deductible for me. Would recommend.

Comment: I highly recommend The Tire Shoppe in Ferndale. They have amazing customer service, do an excellent job, and have fair prices. I am always skeptical going to a new auto shop to get anything done on my car, but I am very happy with the whole process. Comment: I came in to have a rattling noise checked out. When Lorenzo and his crew took me under the car and showed me all the problems I had going on it was only by the grace of God I had not been in a wreck on the freeway yet or overheated and blown my head gasket! All my shocks struts rack and pinion were shot! My radiator was pushing out of its rack leaking everywhere. My car drives great now and I feel safe. The price was right and they had all the work completed by the time I had to go to work the next afternoon! I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again for good honest work!

Comment: Dealt with Chuchu the owner himself highly recommend to ask for him. My mother’s Gmc Yukon got a nail stuck in one of the tires and needed to have it fixed fast. It was not an easy job but The Tire Shoppe helped us at a reasonable price and got our problem fixed in a very timely manner.

Comment: Everyone here is awesome! I brought my car in last week due to an engine problem and they were able to fix it quickly with a great price. While I waited for my car to finish, I met Lorenzo and Jesse, who are super nice and were great to talk to while I waited. The next day my engine light came on again, and I brought it back in. They were very prompt with diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Though it took longer than the last time (no fault of their own, the part delivery took forever) I felt it was time well spent since Lorenzo and Jesse were so accommodating. I would recommend The Tire Shoppe to anyone!
