Comment: My brand new car had an unfortunate brief battle with the garage door that left some disfigurement of vehicle. They were able to repair it and make it look brand new. They were able to fit me in the same day I brought it there and got it done within the time frame they told me (2-3 days). They even gave me a ride home on the day I dropped off my car! I’m hoping I won’t have to use them again, but if I do, I will definitely come back.

I just did and so did the person who got their car just ahead of me:) My car had a little damage; I wasnt sure how bad it was, but Lance and Malik assessed it. In less than 10 minutes it was cleaned up, repaired, and is as good as new! They didnt charge me anything, but did asked me to write a review...and I was quite happy to do just that. Unfortunately, we had some complications with my insurance company, but he worked after hours sometimes to make sure everything was progressing. Considering my car is 2023 model, some parts were on back order, but Lance did the best he could to get my car back to me in a timely manner, not to mention my car looks brand new again. Comment: I had my 2015 Lexus NX200T serviced here recently - 10/4-7 - and everything was excellent.The customer service was great, the shop explained everything clear and concise, did excellent work on the actual repairs (cracked windshield, muffler, bumper, and another plastic piece all were replaced - and look flawless).They also were able to pick me up from my house (local, within 1.5 miles from the shop), and transport me to the shop to pick up my car.Very great shop, great service - would recommend to family and friends.

Comment: These guys are great! Lance ordered some specific parts for my VW in May 2022. I put down a deposit and went about my business. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I wasnt able to get my car back to them until mid-October. I went in, fully expecting to have to reorder the parts - but the guys found my records and parts within ten minutes and had my headlights and bumper fixed up in under an hour. He worked with our insurance company to open a claim and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though the part was delayed and on back order, Lance made sure our car was taped up in case of rain so we didnt have to worry in the meantime. When the part arrived, he took care of it as soon as humanly possible and with urgency. I had to get a foglight replaced on a 2019 Honda Civic, which required the bumper to get taken off in order to properly complete the repair. Called the day prior, brought it in, and they got it replaced no problem. After being bounced around auto-repair shops and a Honda dealership, it was good to come in and get a quick repair. Price was reasonable and significantly less than a dealership order/repair. Will recommend this place all day and understand where the good reviews come from.

Comment: I really can’t say enough good about this body shop. My husband had a fender bender a few months ago in my SUV and these guys fixed the damage and made it look brand new. There is a reason their parking lot is always full and they’re always busy. It’s because they know what they’re doing and they do stellar work. Even as busy as they are - they have always made me feel like a priority. Lance is the best. He’s always cheerful and will call around to get you the best price on parts, fast! They have worked on my BMW X5 and my Lexus GS 350 -in both cars they have charged only a fraction of what the dealer would charge. The latest work on my BMW they did last week was for a bad module on the parking light and daytime running lamp - yet the dealer told me the entire parking light housing was bad and wanted to charge me $5,000 for it!!!!!! The car ain’t even worth $5000!!! But these guys replaced the module and a bad gasket that was causing condensation to get into the light and it’s working good as new! Don’t even give it a second thought. These are the folks you want working on your ride. They are honest, knowledgeable and just all around nice people.

Comment: Any collision shop you go to will be crazy busy. However the Collision Repair Shop in Ferndale was very well organized and could give me a definite appointment date and time. This was not the case with other collision shops in Ferndale. The volume and types of repairs that they did made me feel confident in their ability. They had several foreign and domestic brands there for repair. The technicians there do metal work body finishing which is becoming a lost art, highly skilled technicians. Well my repair was fairly small I was able to see other vehicles there for total Reconstruction from accidents. I would highly recommend this place due to their organization and ability to keep their appointments as well as delivering high quality workmanship for the repairs.

Lance kept us informed with part availability and repair progress. The vehicle was returned looking like new with a great paint job and detailing. This is the second vehicle they have repaired. A few years ago, my yellow VW Beetle was hit by a deer. The deer caused a significant amount of damage. Lance and his crew repaired it and worked to perfectly match the paint. Great job!! Comment: If I can give them 10 stars, I will do it. My Siena car was in the accident, and I sent our car to their shop based on all good reviews on google. They checked our car very carefully and could point out more damages than what the insurance estimated, and take care the whole process with the insurance for us. They are very friendly and professional. Turn out that our car was total loss, which is good for us as it is not safe to drive on the car with frame damage. If I take my car to the another bodyshop, maybe the outcome will not the same. I feel so happy that i found and work with them, especially Lance. Thank you very much for your great service, Lance. I called spoke with Tony in the a.m. I came in to show him my car a few hours later, My car is a brand NEW 2022 KIA SOUL, and someone had bumped my bumper and took off! Ive only had it 5 days at that time!!! I was so hurt. He looked up the part I needed, gave me a quote and said it could be ordered, and can be repaired in a few hours once it arrives! You can wait here no loaner would be needed. I was so excited!!! But, unfortunately, I didnt have the monies right then, it would take at least a few weeks just to get the deposit. Mind you, I just put a healthy down payment and had to purchase car insurance 6 days ago on this KIA. So, I asked Tony could he please try to bump it out(bumper) he did just that! He pulled out this thingy, applied heat and those magical hands performed a MIRACLE!!! RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES!!! I dont need a new bumper at ALL. I offered him a tip, he refused, just said and I quote. I came in to get my carpets replaced and my hood latch fixed and instead of charging me a bunch of money, they told me that the carpets really just needed to be shampooed, and they fixed my hood in a couple minutes for free! Also Lance spent a lot of time helping me clean and wash my carpets which had a ton of dog hair left from the previous owner and didnt charge me anything. Even if he had, it would be worth it, because never once did I feel uncomfortable, pressured, or like I would be cheated here. I would definitely recommend this place, they are great!

Comment: So a few weeks ago we got into an accident and messed up our car to the point that it wouldnt start. We live at 15 & Gratiot so considered a couple places nearby but after going to google, we decided on this place. I realize how hard it is for a business to maintain a high rating, and especially with over 60 reviews, so the fact that they took the time to take care of their customers and even went so far as to post before and after pictures, that really sealed the deal for us. The guys we talked to were all professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the day we dropped off our Vue, the power was out on the corner, so we had to wait till the next day for an estimate. Originally the quote, when we got the call the next day, was $3500. We had to take a breath because that was a good chunk of change. Its safe to say that we only had plpd and the wreck was our fault, so we could either get it repaired or get a new car. After some time looking at our options, we decided on the repair. When we talked to the guys to let them know to go ahead, they were able to take the price down for us, which definitely sweetened our interest. It did wind up taking about a week and a half to get it finished up but when we went to get it today, we found out they also provided a new battery and fixed a problem with an electric window controller that had nothing to do with the wreck. They really went above and beyond for us! The inside was cleaned and washed too. So happy we made the trek!

Comment: This is hands down the best body shop in the Metro-Detroit area. I brought my BMW here after it got hit in the airport parking lot. The entire back door of the drivers seat was bashed in and scratched. This was the first time my car ever got damaged, so I was really pissed off and worried it would never look perfect again. I talked to the guys at the Collision Repair Shop and they assured me they would be able to make my car look brand new and I wouldnt be able to notice any difference from before. The guys called up BMW to get the exact paint used on my car. They also charged me half as much as the other repair shops I checked out in the area. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and was surprised to get a call Thursday telling me my car was ready for pickup. I knew it would look good, but I definitely thought I would be able to notice where the new paint was applied. As soon as I saw my car I was shocked. It was absolutely perfect! The new paint matched up perfectly with the old and it was impossible to tell it was repainted. Also, the dents were completely gone and the door was smoothed out back to its original form. I was so happy that my car looked practically brand new. Not to mention it was perfectly cleaned inside and out. Collision work can be vey expensive. These guy really work with you on the prices.

Comment: I took my 2010 Jetta to the Collision Repair Shop and could not have been happier with the service. Ive only been to one other repair shop and that repair shop took forever, never called me back, and at the end of the day put a different style rim on my car. It never drove the same again.I then took it to the Collision Repair Shop and they fixed everything! Guys were great. They walked me through the whole insurance process. I never knew the whole process so I was happy they explained it to me. Needless to say I was very impressed and have since referred one of my coworkers to this shop.Lance and the rest of the guys were great. I would definitely bring my car here again. Lets just hope I dont have to.

Comment: I Highly recommend this shop, the brothers at the Collison shop repair, go above and beyond to make your car look the same day it came out of the dealership. I took my Bmw to the shop after being rear ended, I was nervous since it was my first time in a accident after 10 minutes of being in the shop you feel like family. the staff is very friendly and the office and work area very clean. Thank you for always taking care of me, my friends and family every time we bring our cars in.

Comment: Ive been to many repair shops, but this is by far the best one yet. They waived my deductible, and had reasonable prices. Loved the customer service, left me very pleased. Definitly coming back if something else goes wrong.

Comment: A deer ran into the side of my car one week after I purchased it and was really bummed out. It damaged the side panel of my car and blew out the window. I dont know how they did it but I got my car back just a few days later and they gave me a loner. Amazing customer service and great work. I highly recommend anyone and everyone for any type of work you need done to your vehicle.

Comment: I came to The Collision Repair Shop last month because I needed body work done on my rear bumper. I went to 4 different collision shops including the Suburban Collision of Troy, and the franchise The Collision Shop, and this was by far the most reasonable/fair priced shop. I was apprehensive about where to go for the repairs because I am a female and most car repair shops try to take advantage of females. This place unlike the other shops (especially Suburban Collision of Troy which tried to charge ~$700+ for the same job that The Collision Repair Shop did for ~$300) did not take advantage of me. They explained to me what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. When I asked why the other shops overcharged me by SO much, they were honest with me, told me that they were trying to make money off of me and then went ahead and showed me exactly how they calculated their costs, to reassure me that they would not try to scam me. They sell the parts market price and dont increase the costs for their own economic game.The staff here is very friendly! Lance and Lorenzo were extremely professional and reassured me that they would get the job done right and within an efficient/timely manner. When I arrived to the shop, Lance got on the ground to take a look at my bumper and tried to see if he could physically push back the indentation. All the other people from the other shops just looked at the indentation; he was the only one to physically get on the ground to really inspect the damages! Would definitely recommend and come here again if ever need be. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they waxed and detailed the exterior and interior of my car. Showed me the work before it was completely done to reassure me that the paint matched. The job came out great!!! Looked brand new.The second time I went (end of August) I had messed up my front bumper. Lance once again, got on the ground to look at the damage. He said he would try wiping off the scratches for free with compound and if I wasnt satisfied with that, then they could paint the bumper, no problem. Lance took the time to make sure he did the job right and he really did an awesome job rubbing off the scratches with compound. He even cleaned my car, all without charging me. It didnt even look like I had hit something. I would HIGHLY recommend this collision repair shop to friends and family. Im definitely going to come back for regular maintenance on my car and tinting for my windows. These guys know what they are doing and are FEMALE FRIENDLY!!!

Comment: I took my vehicle into the collision repair shop for some major repairs. The damages were all over both quarter panels. They had told me it would cost somewhere in between four and five thousand. They stated they wouldnt know until they commit a proper tear down. I dropped my car off and they did everything they said they were going to. I received my vehicle two weeks later. They were in the right ball park. The total cost of repairs were $4700.00 they also helped me with getting a rental and gave me a lifetime warranty. I will always recommend everyone to this place.

Comment: HIGHLY recommend this Collision Shop. Fast. Convenient. Honest. Lance, Jesse, and Tony fixed the front of my car in less than half an hour, no parts required. Did not have to make an insurance claim. They treat their customers like they want to be treated. They charged exactly what they quoted me. No bullshit. An incredibly upstanding business. I will not hesitate to return, or to send my friends and family to them. Very, very impressed by the customer service.

Comment: When my car broke down I called the collision repair shop towing service and I must say they were awesome! it was roughly 2 a.m and they still picked up. I called different tow truck companies and a lot of them gave me the run around our fleets out and cant be at your location for another few hours. this was not the case with these guys. they made it out to my location in less then half an hour. if I ever need these guys again I will definitely use them.
