The manager accommodated me right away, walked me through exactly what he thought was promising about the car, and explained what might give him pause. Comment: My pick up began having grinding issues out of nowhere so I suspected my brakes needed replacing. I called John at Brothers the next day to make an appointment and he said just to take my pick up in. They got me in immediately and it turned out that I not only needed new brake pads but also new rotors. John gave me a price that was better than their competitors, but still a bit more than I had hoped for. He was willing and able to help to a price that was both good for me and Brothers. As John put it, I am here for a purpose. To help people when I can, however I can. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the overall service that John and the rest of the staff at Brothers provided. My family and I will be going here for any auto services we may need in the future. Highly recommend!

I’d also like to salute the rest of the crew, who were much the same. I have a rare truck which needed a new/used rear-end. To my despair, I was ready to sell it for parts. He was honest, concerned and even went as far as taking my vehicle to another shop his close friend owns to make sure his diagnosis was 100% accurate as my engine is failing. Comment: I bought a vehicle (2005 CLK500) that had oil leaks. I didnt want to take the vehicle to the Benz dealership as the dealership wouldve charged me more than the purchase price of the vehicle itself to fix the oil leaks. So I took the vehicle to multiple auto repair centers in my area but they couldnt fix all the leaks for me. My brother recommended I take the vehicle to The Brothers Auto Center as he had multiple vehicles fixed by them. Long story short, The Brothers Auto Center (John and his crew) fixed all the oil leaks for me at a reasonable price. I will definitely have all my vehicles serviced/repaired by John and his crew in the future. Thanks again!

Comment: Update: this place always takes great care of me. I have both a new car and an old car and they go out of thier way to treat me like as important no matter what the repair is. They make you feel loyal because they are so good to you!Excellent friendly local mechanic shop. Autozone tested for my check engine light and found that I needed a new VVT Solenoid. The part only cost $67. Most auto shops will give you a hard time if you dont buy the part from them due to warranty. Brothers Auto Center were happy to work with me and completed the work in under an hour while I waited. They even gave me a discount on the work as a first time customer! Please try these guys out they deserve your business. They were honest and very friendly, and I am happy to recommend this place!

Comment: I took my Chevy Trax to them yesterday late afternoon.They were so friendly and talked to me throughout the process. I had a coolant leak we found I needed a new water pump. They said to be patient and give them time because they had a full garage of vehicles to work on so I was expecting to not have my car until next week at the earliest. They finished it this morning and called me. Since the water pump replacement is an expensive fix I expected to pay anywhere from 6 to 900. My total was $502 including tax. I had only $480 on me and they worked with me and accepted what I had.I highly recommend them. Theyre fast, friendly, and affordable AND trustworthy. I will be going to them for any other repairs in the future.

Everything was on the up and up. Leo/Mil friendly. My car was finished on time and there were no additional charges. I have another vehicle that needs work. God sent me to this place after trying about 6 other auto repair places that all told me ridiculous prices for a brake job for my 2001 Alero. I was about to salvage the car or donate it but a friend referred me to this gentleman John at brothers auto, sterling heights, and John gave me an amazing deal and went above and beyond my expectations of customer service to find a used engine at 1/3 of the price quoted by the other companies. He took it a step further and replaced my damaged bumper and repaired my key fob that was damaged as a courtesy. I am beyond grateful and thankful to have found this gentleman.
