Comment: I had purchased my 2019 VW Golf Alltrack from station 45 about a month ago. My sales rep Parker did a fantastic job in helping me with the entire process, even though there were a couple hiccups along the way Parker was on top of it and kept me updated every step of the way, he was even on top of a issue I had after the delivery of my car and it was entirely taken care of. If I’m in the market it for a new vehicle (hopefully not anytime soon!) I would definitely purchase from them again.

Comment: I wish I had gotten everyone’s name so I could give all the shout-outs! I had been driving around on a cracked rim for far too long. I took my car in to have them try and patch it to keep from inflating the tire every morning. It helped and got me through for about a month. Told me they worked with Tire Rack and that if I found new wheels I liked, to call up and let them know so they could quote the install. The job came in over $100 less than if I had ordered the wheels myself and taken them to another shop. The process was seamless and I could not be happier! They shared my excitement, which made the customer service that much better. My car is a 2011 Chrysler 300c and it looks brand new! The pictures speak for themselves 👍🏻

Comment: Parker at Station 45 restored my faith in salesman. This young man was very kind, patient and easy going. He reached out to me on a Tuesday evening when I sent a message about a car I was interested in. He waited two days and stayed after hours for me to come look at it with my sons. When it came time to close the deal he was willing to make sure I was happy before I signed the paperwork. In the last week l have looked at a lot of cars and dealt with some salesmen that give salesmen a bad name and Parker was a fresh breath of air. While he closed the vehicle he chatted with my boys and I and was very personable. I would definitely go back to Station 45. If you want a great experience ask for Parker. You won’t be sorry.

Comment: I’m writing this review prior to picking my car up. as I was driving home today I started to overheat and realized I was leaking coolant it was 3:30 and no other place was open I gave them a call and was greeted very politely and explained the issue they told me if I brought it in they would take a look at it immediately I brought it in and not even 30 minutes later they let me know my overheating was caused because my housing was leaking causing all the coolant to drain! They were very receptive and very kind, as a college student I don’t have very much money but they gave me a fair price of 400 dollars total and helped explained the cost of everything, overall a great experience so far I’m very excited to pick my car up soon and I’ll update once I pick it back up!

Comment: 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We had to miss Christmas Eve with our family due to the weather and we rescheduled to the Monday after. We ran into car trouble and had a flat Monday morning when we were finally supposed to see our family. The only place open in Allendale, we called in a panic. They were SO helpful and so kind and took care of our issue within the hour. The receptionist sat and chatted with us in between her work to make the hour go by so much quicker. I still am absolutely shocked that we were still able to make the drive to the east side of the state to see our family after a flat tire. I’ve waited for multiple hours or even days at other places before for a flat tire and they were able to get us back on the road so quickly - on a holiday weekend. I will never go anywhere else for our car troubles - and lord knows we have a lot of them!

Comment: We just moved back to Allendale after 16 years in Muskegon. Station 45 came highly recommended for both vehicle purchases and service. They serviced my wifes 2015 Lexus is250 better than the dealer and at a much more affordable price. So we bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from them. After 51 years on this earth and likely purchasing over 100 vehicles, I have never had a more pleasant experience, new or used. They truly are one of the last businesses operating with old fashioned hard work, unwavering customer service, integrity, and honesty. If there were ten stars on here, theyd still deserve 12. You owe it to yourself to go see Parker and his team.

Comment: First off I’d like to say I was a little worried shopping here after reading some of the lower star reviews. Come to found out with my experience here has been nothing but amazing. The lower star reviews must be from people expecting a brand new car from a used lot. Parker and his team are absolutely amazing. Easy to work with and very transparent about what has happen to the vehicle I was interested in. Even told me it has been in a crash and showed me the pictures from the crash prior to the repairs. With a small amount of money down he let me take the focus st I was looking at home to see how the family fit. Decided I was going to purchase the vehicle and came back to sign papers, with a very nice suprise! He got my interest rate down from a 11 percent to a 4! Signed all the papers and took the car home. The day I got it home I realized the car was leaking a lot of oil. Was soaking into the undersheild so during test drives and initial inspection it went unnoticed. Sent him a message and within seconds no questions asked I was told to bring it back and they would replace the oil pan that had a crack in it. Small local business that I would have no trouble recommending to anyone. Prices are very fair. He was even answering randome questions for me at 10pm on some occasions. Highly recommend this place.

Comment: My husband and I drove from Valparaiso, Indiana (just over two hours) to look at a vehicle at the dealership across the street from this one. After arriving and being EXTREMELY disappointed at the state that particular vehicle was in, we headed across the street to Station 45. We felt bad because we showed up a little after 4 and we knew they closed at 5 but everyone greeted us with a smile & Parker walked the lot with us. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on his lot, what they were worth, etc & the fact that there was an on site (family owned!) mechanic helped us feel confident that the vehicle we found was solid. Within a little less than an hour we test drove, made a deal, & drove away in our new (to us!) vehicle. I have no doubt in my mind that this was one of those meant to be situations & were super thankful. After moving cross country & stressing over having only one vehicle for the last 3 months, we can now relax & I dont have to walk our kids to school in the snow - all thanks to Station 45! Thank you!

Comment: Ive been here a few times and have always had great service with honest and polite technicians that I feel comfortable asking all my nerdy car questions to. They always have quick service and a clean, relaxing environment inside. Prices are comparable to competitors, in this instance they were $7 cheaper than Muffler Man for the same Walker brand parts and they were able to get me in the day following my call, whereas MM (not to rag on them, I like them too) needed a few days in advance to order them.During my repair, an unexpected part shattered and they didnt have the replacement on hand. Unbeknownst to me, they ordered it, had it delivered and installed it - all while only going about 25-30 minutes over the estimated time of completion. The part that shattered only cost me an extra $15 and I walked out the door a happy little camper knowing my little Honda no longer sounded like a drunk mosquito going down M45.

Comment: I was totally impressed with the kindness we received. My Mom lives in Allendale and has always gone to A different repair shop but they couldn’t take her for 2 weeks. This was a place that she frequented with all her car care. I called Station 45 and they said they would go to her house., get her car and replace her battery yet that day. She had her car back the next day. They were very friendly and even took the car back to her house. She will be going there from now on. Thank you Brian for you great service!! Also the man whom picked up her car was very friendly. Mom is 95 and likes nice people. Glad there are still some left in our country.

Comment: I don’t really leave reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one after my experience with Station 45. I called several shops to repair my tire, but most of them couldn’t fit me in until the next few days and I needed my car for work. Thankfully, Station 45 was able to get me in and out the door in under 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent, the waiting area was comfortable, and they really helped me out in a pinch! I do not know much about their other services, but off of my experience I cannot recommend them enough!!

I explained I didnt have a lot of money right now to pay for a bunch of repairs. He worked it out so that the problem was fixed at a minimal cost. They didnt charge me for repairs I didnt need. I highly reccommend this garage for vehicle repairs.

Both times my car was fixed and given back to me in no time at all. They are so nice and professional. In the case of my fuel pump, it was done at a price almost two hundred dollars cheaper than a competitor. They do a wonderful job at an amazing price. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Comment: Brought our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a brake check and a few other things recently on a Friday. There was a mix up with my new vs old phone number so I never got the message about estimated costs that came in at 11am that day and I didnt think to call to check in until just after 3pm after not hearing anything all day. Talked to Andy and found out they still had my old cell number and even though it was late in the day and I had just then approved to have all the work done, they were still able to squeeze us in and complete everything by 5 that day so we could have the van for the weekend! They left the keys and the invoice in the car and we picked it up and paid first thing the next week. Great service and the work done included only what was absolutely necessary at a very fair price. Keep it up!
