Comment: I’ve been to Sara’s Auto Repair a few years ago to have my front brakes replaced. The price they provided was extremely less than any other estimate from other auto repair shops or Belle Tire. I went to Belle Tire for an oil change this year and they advised me that I needed about $2,700.00 in repairs. I took my car to Sara’s Auto Repair for a second opinion and it turns out the repairs Belle Tire estimated weren’t even the issue with my car. Sara’s Auto Repair fixed the repairs on my car for $550.00, which is extremely less than Belle Tire. Additionally, my car was making a really loud noise when I drove, practically sounded like you were sitting in the inside of an airplane. After Sara’s Auto Repair fixed my car, it was silent when I drove it. Furthermore, they fixed a sensor on my car for free. About a month later I went through an alley downtown and my car was making a loud scraping metal noise while the car was driving. I took my car to Sara’s Auto Repair and they found the culprit, a piece of metal stuck in the muffler. They removed it for free. I will say this is probably the only Auto Repair Shop that I trust and I will be taking my car to Sara’s Auto Repair for any future issues with my car.

I spoke with Andy and he had my car towed to his shop and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I never have any problems with my car when I go there. I go there for everything. Oil change,tires, just regular maintance and they always do a great job. Andy,Ali and everybody there are always so kind. And they will let you know the truth about your car. They are very honest. Comment: I just bought a car that had been sitting for 2 years. I took it to another auto repair shop on Telegraph near joy rd. The employees stole the centerpiece off of my rim on my car . They tried to take them all but I guess they were rusted! When I confronted them they blamed it on thieves. I knew they were lying. I was so hurt seeing that I knew women get misused when trying to get service their cars. I then found Sara’s auto. They were kind and worked in a timely manner. They didn’t try to break my pockets either. I feel comfortable going to them as a woman! They are the only place I’ll be taking my business!

Comment: Excellent customer service and they make you feel like family instead of a price tag. If you have to wait for your car, it’s because they’re busy or waiting on parts. These men work fast and efficiently, and will address every issue you voice. Lastly, they do not charge you an arm and a leg for the work. I came in for a simple issue with my belt and was shown that there were issues from the last mechanic that severely messed up my car so they fixed it in a timely fashion. I only paid a little over $500 for a belt replacement, 3 hub bearings, brakes and rotors.Once you come to them, you will never have to any mechanic ever again!

All the guys are great. Billy is amazing. I drove all the way there on time jus to have them change the license plate on my Acura because I couldn’t get the screws off lol. They are flexible one time he stayed open a extra hour jus to wait on me to get my car towed. I never worry about my car if something happens I know they will take care of me.
