They get all they can out your Warrenty if you have one to make sure your vehicle is running and performing it’s best. Comment: The owner was very friendly and helpful. I did some serious electrical damage to my truck and had it towed to his shop by recommendation of a tow driver with GET TOAD towing service. They took a small fee up front to diagnose the issue, called me back the next morning and explained the issue, and by 4 pm that day I was driving home. The owner took 100 dollars off the cost of the repairs, I think he could tell Im not a rich man because we really needed that. The cost of repairs was absolutely beyond fair and I cant stress that enough. He really helped me out. Will be coming back to get some maintenance done very soon! Jazakallah habibi!

Comment: I went to an unnamed repair shop on Telegraph off of Chicago and they told me i need new electrical in my car because it kept cutting-off and i had to keep getting it jumped (just got new battery), so went to Roadway Auto and Kass wiped the debris off my battery and car started automatically, after i cut it off & on several times. He solved my problem for free. I have been a customer for the last 5 years, they do all my oil changes and any needed repairs on my Tahoe and him and his wonderful staff, treat me like a woman should be treated. I went to to Roadway Oil Exchange. Kass and his staff gave me the BEST service. The heater core was blocked and they flushed it out. The heat is blowing hot now! Kass told me that replacing a heater core could be very expensive. I truly appreciate that he didnt take advantage of me by saying that it needed to be replaced. This was the second time that I took a car to these guys and received excellent service. Roadway Oil Exchange is the only repair facility Ill ever use for my familys cars!!

Kass and Z are down to earth AND amazing! Kass told me that I only needed a couple of small parts, and not a new radiator! They repaired the car right away and its driving great! Im a new customer and the best part is that the guys treated me as if I had been going there for many years. I will happily take my car back to them for regular maintenance visits!

The owner of the store I was at called Kass from roadway and him and another mechanic drove over to us to check out our issue. We followed them back to the shop where they figured out our issue. They didnt have the part at the time to fix it but gave us an estimate and filled our car with water to get us home. They didnt charge us anything for coming over to us and spending a half hour of their time looking at our car. We tried to tip but they wouldnt even accept anything. Everyone there was very helpful and their customer service is great. Definitely recommend this shop if youre in the area!
