Comment: Satisfied with service. Oil change and changed an oxygen sensor. The oil change was about $68 and the rest was diagnostic, part and replacement cost for sensor. Seems like they could discount the diagnostic/replace since I paid them to replace it. My impression was it was pretty straightforward find and fix.

I have never experienced that level of transparency before, definitely will go back!Edit: went back a couple more times for a rear main seal replacement, alignment, tensioner pulley replacement, suspension work, complete driver seat motor and track replacement, transmission flush and more I’m forgetting….all went great in a timely manner with updates along the way! Glad to have found a shop that’s trustworthy and n close to my house to boot! A+++

Comment: They replaced my transmission lines had a small leak still after they replaced them had to have the new lines replaceed again because the first set the connection to the radiator on the new line was bad and the warranty they give you on the service covered the issue. I had tried to change the brake fluid myself over the weekend and had let air into the brake lines. They replaced the fluid and got them performing 100%. All for less than $70!

Comment: My experience was first class and I have nothing but praise for this company. I went in for an oil change and I had a question about a steering problem. As I sat in the waiting area, Justina came over to show me my air filters. They were both filthy, especially the cabin filter which I didn’t know existed. I was given the option to replace one, both or neither. Shortly after, I was taken to the garage to see the damage in my suspension that was causing my steering problem. I was also informed that one set of breaks was nearing replacement measurements. Justina and the mechanic provided all of the information I needed to make a decision.My wait time had unexpectedly become much longer, so they offered me a ride home. A very kind young man that was working with Justina was available to take me home.I would recommend this business to everybody, but especially to those who need to get more more reliable information in order to make decisions regarding their vehicle.

Justina is a wizard on the phone and dealing with customers in person. Also, there was an elderly gentleman there at the same time as I in the waiting area who had things he knew were going wrong on his vehicle and asked to speak to the technician 1-1 about them. Despite being overwhelmingly busy, the technician took the time to listen to what the man had questions about and explained everything thoroughly. That element of service really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be going back to this shop.

Comment: I went in for a quick oil change. I didnt realize how much cheaper than the other oil change places they were! About thirty dollars cheaper for a full synthetic oil change than the dedicated oil change places. Plus, they have real mechanics checking over your car in case there is anything that needs attention. They told me my battery was going bad. It probably would have stranded me during the first snow fall of winter. But, I went and got a new one and I will be set for the winter. Thanks Righters!

Comment: Fantastic service! The guys that helped me were very professional! Battery light came on and multiple lights on dash when driving. Van died after I pulled in. Needed new alternator, belt and battery. When inspecting the engine they found I was leaking coolant and had a crack in the radiator. So thankful they took the time to look everything over for me. My van is a 2008 with only 72,500 miles on it. First time I’ve had any repairs to van. They didn’t overcharge. I will bring my vehicle back to them if I ever have anymore issues! Highly recommend!!!

They gave me a quote and then had time to do the repairs right then, including finding and getting the parts. And then the repair ended up costing $300 less than I thought it would!!!In the 1.5 hours I was there, I met and chatted with two other extremely satisfied customers. I had tie rod ends replaced, transmission flushed, coolant replaced, transfer case fluid replaced, and rear-end fluid replaced. My Explorer has 229,000 miles on it and he probably could have told me that it needed more than it did. I felt Scott was fair - and more importantly, honest.
