Comment: I first found Reys when I had a company car and they were the only shop in the area that participated with my employers fleet program. What a blessing to find them! Now they do all the work on all of my familys vehicles. They are a family owned and operated business. That is important to me and it means they have to be better than the other shops just to survive in this marketplace. I work in Sales which means I basically drive for a living. Reys is the place I trust - even when work transferred me to Fort Wayne, Indiana, only Reys worked on my vehicle when I returned home to visit. Reys has honesty, integrity and top quality work. I had some issues with some tires I bought from Jerry and he understood that I was somewhat of a sensitive driver. There was a vibration he went above and beyond to fix my problem I am incredibly grateful and happy, and I feel like I have friends there now! REYS TIRE AND AUTO IN STERLING HEIGHTS MI went through extensive and thorough work to try to solve my problem and they did!! Now my truck drives excellent like it’s brand new! I’m going to Jerry for my next new tires and I feel very confident, giving them further maintenance and work from my vehicle for now on. Comment: Im going to be blunt and to the point. If your vehicle requires a repair covered under the manufacturers warranty, obviously you take that to the dealership. For anything else, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! This is not a franchise facility were your a number. Reys is family owned and practices the old school way of conducting business from the initial phone conversation to when you walk in the front door. You receive excellent individual attention from every employee and their knowledge in automobile repair is evident as they discuss your specific repair. In my case, I have a 98 Corvette that requires performance tires. Jerry spent time on the phone discussing my options, once selected he located the tires and had them in a couple of days. In stead of just throwing 4 tires on it, they inspected my suspension to make sure my investment was not going to be compromised by a worn part, and completed the process in a timely manner. And they are competitively priced in every repair capacity. So dont waste your time driving all over the place looking for a top notch repair facility; I have found one in Reys and I STRONLY suggest you give them a try. One stop and youll be convinced that this IS your automotive repair destination.

Ive been a permanent client to Reys my entire residence in Sterling Heights and this since 2002 after a move from Iowa. I have never encounter a descent and professional auto repair business my entire life. The professional work, the detailed explanations, the importance of the work scheduled, as well as pricing, are exemplary. They are beyond what is required. I trust the advice of Mike and Jerry without questions, because they are professional who only want the best service to their clients without gimmick or pressure to go along with their recommendations. I called that human factor required in any business. I greatly appreciate Scotts straightforward approach for scheduling the tasks which sometimes is associated with un-predicted car problems that need speedy solutions. Scotts outstanding managerial skills have become even more important to me given the sad fact regarding the shortage of skilled labor that automobile repair industry has experienced lately. Even with this problem, Scotts was very accommodating and helpful. I have recommended Reys services to many colleagues, and will resume doing so, whenever I hear them wondering about their car issues. It is the best car service I have encountered. Comment: I was referred to Reys by my father as he had service done there on his travel trailer. I called ahead to verify they could work on mine for tire replacement and packing the wheel bearings. They stated no problem at all and they carry the tires in stock Ill need, furthermore no apt needed and theyll have everything completed that day. I dropped my truck and unit off early morning and got a phone call by 12:30 saying everything was set and complete. Upon arriving to sign off and make payment the cost was slightly cheaper than what was quoted initially. On top of that, the prompt service and genuine staff it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Reys for anyones automotive or in my case travel trailer maintenance needs.

Comment: It was our first time replacing all 4 tires at Reys Auto, the place is very clean and has a nice and cozy waiting area with complementary coffee and TV, plus you can even peek through the door window to see which technician is performing the work and how he is progressing. Although they broke a lock bolt, BUT it was not their fault at all, the tech did the torque according to the vehicles spec. So GMs engineers need to fix this common quality issue. I have it on my TO DO LIST after the Holidays, which is making phones calls or write letters to GM Quality Control Engineering Dept. to have them possibly revise/lower the specs on Cruzs torque requirement, so the same issue will be resolved. Good luck to myself!!! please patronize THIS shop, they are local and family owned for 31 yrs. Comment: I had just spent $600 at another shop to have my brakes done. Paid in desperation, it was outrageous enough in and of itself. The quote they handed me afterwards was for front end work, totaling $1400. I knew it needed to be done. It was shaking, swaying on the highway, etc. However, my truck was hardly worth that much.I went to Reys to get a second opinion and a quote on services. They saw me immediately after I made the phone call and were friendly from the very beginning.Within 10 minutes of getting my truck off the ground, the technician (sorry Im bad with names), asked me to come to garage and look. I immediately knew it was bad news. He said the bolts holding the frame to my trust were rusted badly and it was basically hanging on by a thread. Not to mention there was a slight fuel leak. He said it was irreparable and unsafe to drive, stating that any true mechanic would have immediately known that, especially if they had serviced it at all.I was furious, but at the same time so relieved that Reys wasnt as dishonest as the place I had just been. The $99 inspection, was nothing in comparison and a price that was beyond worth paying. I have a 6 year old daughter who is often in the car with me...ensuring that shes not riding around in some sort of death trap (because apparently, thats exactly what it was), is worth every penny Ill ever own.Id trust Reys again and again. Their honesty is insurmountable and a true rarity in the automotive repair industry. The experience here, is the first thing youll recognize. Its absolutely undeniable.Thank you guys. In all honesty as a customer you have to be concerned that a repair shop will gauge you with unnecessary repairs and costs. After dropping the vehicle off at the late night drop-off I received a call that the brakes were fine and in good working condition. They did state that a substantial leak from the intake manifold was becoming a problem or would be in the near future. My neighbor was aware of the problem and Reys replaced the leaking part including ordering a part on 20 year old vehicle and had it repaired in less than a 24 hour turnaround. Reys provided professional and quality repairs at a price range comparable with other auto repair shops. They were personable and trustworthy and those qualities will have me referring them to friends, family, and work associates in the future. Comment: I have been looking for tires for my 17 Ford Fusion And I heard about Rey’s auto and tire, so I called them. The gentleman I spoke to was well educated and knew what he was talking about and helped me through the process. So about an hour ago I arrived walked in and spoke to the gentleman at the counter and the guy I spoke to on the phone was there and said oh yeah I remember talking to you are you ready for those tires? Long story short, Hands-down the best service I have ever had regarding my vehicle. I recommend this place to everyone, extremely friendly, extremely unheard of fantastic prices etc. 5/5 stars. Comment: Had all four tires done here. Everyone was straight forward and professional, both over the phone and in person. They got me in quickly and the turnaround time was very short. The tires were in stock already. I believe I also talked with one of the owners both times I was in, which is nice to see. They gave me a good deal on the tires and install. It was very nice to not worry about anyone doing something incorrectly. Ill be back for service in the future.

Comment: Had an oil change and bulb replacement done the other day, picked Reys because its close to my work.Everyone was very friendly, and they even offered to have someone drive me back to work so I didnt have to walk. Quoted me 2-2.5 hours and it was done in just over an hour. Great service!

Comment: I bought a new 2016 Jeep Patriot on August 26, 2017 and I came by the shop and showed Mike, Scott and Jerry and Jim and they thought it was nice. They even put a new set of locking lug nuts on my jeep that day I brought it. Everyone at Reys are like my second family. They are absolutely awesome. Reys Auto has been taking care of me for like the last 15 years or so. They are awesome. My car has always ran good after I left them. I have gotten tires, oil changes, belts, batteries, transmission fluid flushes, etc on my cars. What is so nice too is, that I got stuck on the 696 freeway a few months ago, cause my battery died and my car shot up to hot and it was a work day and they closed at 6:00 and my Dad was on vacation. I needed to find a way to get home after the wrecker came and got me and took me and my car to Reys auto. They were nice enough to stick around after closing time to give me a ride home from their since the wrecker guy could not do it. They really did me a huge huge favor. A while back I even gave them some of my home made spaghetti sauce which is my family recipe. This was a thank you for taking care of me all these years. Thank you Scott, Mike and Jerry for everything. Do not ever close.

Comment: Went there today and it was a really good experience.... staf is so friendly and that have really good prices.....they was so fast on fixing my lights ..have to wait just couple minutes but they made the wait so short bc they was nice people ..... Comment: It was important for me to get the optimum tires for traction on my car for the upcoming winter season, so I first went to see the professionals at Reys Auto. Other joints have the tire of the week program, but I wanted Reys prudent judgement based on their years of experience on putting the absolute right tire on the right car. Comment: Reys was very helpful and patient as I worked with an aftermarket wheel supplier to get wheels that would fit my car. They test fit wheels a couple times and did a great job with the final installation. I also got two new front tires and an alignment. All this was done at a very reasonable price.

Comment: My Chevy dealer told me I need tires for my 2500 Avalanche so I went ahead as one had a slow leak, Afterwaardit was still leaky I found a valve stem to be bad. Took tire into Reys shop and within six steps in the door the mechanic at the counter ask why I had a car tire on a truck wheel let alone new tires and used valve stems. Went back to Moran Chevy and requested old tires. They were already gone. Reys have done all my work since.Last torn my 8.1 liter engine down to replace head gaskets on my request and did a great job replacing only hoses, water pump serpentine belt and idler as needed recommending a triple core radiator. First major work since new in 2004.

Comment: I ended up at Reys by recommendation from friends and visits to several other tire establishments. Reys recommendation for tires for my Corvette worked out perfectly. Their technicians knew the car and were careful working on my car. Comment: I decided to take my Ford Excursion to Reys and have my snow tires put on. The truck never rode like it used to after I started taking it to the other big names. When I got the truck back I was shocked at how smooth the drive was! Keep in mind excursions arent really known to ride like a Cadillac but after they took care of it the ride quality improved incredibly! I also brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a suspension lift and they did a fantastic job at installing it. Excellent family owned business and honest people! Comment: Not the cheapest place, but they do have competent service techs and the office staff is friendly. They will occasionally sell you things before you really need them, like most shops out there trying to make an extra buck, so ask to see the problem before committing. Overall theyre one of the better shops out there, and theyll stand behind their work.
