Comment: A brake line busted on my 86 Ranger down the street from the shop and they let me drop it off and got to it the very next morning and had it ready for me that afternoon. So many other shops I called in the area were put off and reluctant to work on a vehicle as old as mine but these guys took it in and did a great job. I really appreciate their help!

Comment: This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. The service was top notch. I was serviced in May 2023, but am just now writing a review because I have been so busy. I came in because my car was making loud noises. Turned out that the exhaust pipe assembly, gaskets and muffler needing fixing. I also got my brakes and disc rotor done. Some time ago I went to Pep Boys for some tires. While there they also ran a diagnosis on my car. Pep Boys said that I needed my rear shocks done and the CV left side axle.They were charging me so much to get that done so I held off on it. Since I was already getting work done with the Redford Auto Repair shop, I decided to ask about the prices to get the rear shocks and the CV left side axle done. The prices Redford Auto Repair gave me were so much better. Service was fast and I had my car back in the blink of an eye. Al was very patient and answered all my questions and gave me great deals. I highly recommend this place.

Alot of auto repair companies dont do that. We were going to buy a different truck last year but after they checked it out free of charge and found it had $3000 worth of work needing to be dont to it, that helped us to continuing pursuing other options.

Comment: Redford Auto went above and beyond with exceeding my expectations.On the 22nd of October I had heard an obscure grinding noise coming from the front end of my vehicle and with some deductive reasoning I concluded it may have been my braking system. Upon stopping in for a quick check, they were able to conclude that it was in fact my break and or rotor causing the noise.The following day I had brought my vehicle into them first thing in the morning as instructed and they were very prompt with the completion of the work I requested along with giving me an update on the other items they would recommend replacement of.The gentleman sitting behind the counter Nate is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and for any of my vehicle needs I would suggest going to them.Mike had completed the work on my vehicle and he did an excellent job

Comment: Had a bad rear brake problem. I called in told them they told me a price and hooked me up nice. Even when they thought theyd have to use an extra kit for another problem my vehicle had, they still asked me about it and told me dont worry about the extra charge. They ended up not needing it but they were awesome, friendly, and fair!!!! Ill definitely be coming back in the future.
