Comment: Redford Auto for the save!My car needed quite a few engine fixes toward the end of 2023, and although everything was fixed according to the engine light code, something was still off, and the engine light reappeared.But here’s why you can trust Redford Auto: their parts and service have a 1-year warranty, and rest assured, they live up to it.When my car broke down late January, they took full responsibility. Jackie herself called me shortly after I informed them the engine died, and she managed to set me up with a tow the day after. Just 3 days later, Joseph from the Redford location contacted me to let me know my car was fixed and I could come pick it up; and boy does it run perfectly :)Shout out to both Jackie and Joseph!You have my utmost appreciation 🙏🏻

Comment: These guys fixed multiple things for me, and did it pretty quickly. I thought I was going to have to show up super late to work to get my car fixed in the morning, but I ended up being only 10 minutes late. And I didn’t even bring my key for my wheels or whatever, and they still got me taken care of. Everything is working fine again a week or so later. Prices seemed reasonable. Definitely will go back.

Comment: I wanted to say Thank You All for a job well done. I went in to verify why my car was leaking oil. A different company told me it was something totally different than what I was told here and more than likely the other job would have been more expensive. Not only was the leak fixed (I needed a gasket) but they also caught another issue with the car through a diagnositics check. I wasnt fully understanding the second repair to my vehicle in relation to the pricing because the part needed to be a particular part aside from what was put on the car in the first time they repaied it.. Jay was patient and took the time to explain what was done to the car and the pricing changes no matter how many times I asked. He also threw in a few extras that the car needed and did not add it to the bill. There were also some return services that he offered for my patience and inconvenience! The mechanic is top notch and my car rides great! Thanks again!

A year later they called to get a check up on my car. Ive had other cars done there before, Never a problem but the speed and the quality they put into my car repair had my car back on the road quickly and that makes them Number One in my book!

Comment: I was referred by a home mechanic that has all his alignments done by Redford Auto Repair. He said they were quick and reasonably priced. I trusted his opinion and he was not wrong. I had an alignment done as well as a lyft inspection so that I could get back to the road. Not only were they quick (done within 2 hours) and reasonably priced but I found them to be more trust worthy than the you know who big chain that is recommended by Lyft for inspections. For anyone looking to get an alignment, miscellaneous repairs or Lyft inspections look no further. These guys will take care of you!

I got my car towed here and in less that 2 hrs I had an diagnosis and my car was ready for me when I got off work and it has been running great every since! Comment: As I was waiting for my car to be finished, I overheard Willie talking to a customer on the phone. Apparently the repairs were really needed for the car to be safe and the customer couldnt afford all of the work that needed to be done. Willie gave options for payment and still the customer couldnt do it, so the call ended. I then heard Willie tell the mechanic to go ahead and fix the problems and that they were not going to charge the lady any fees because they wanted the car to be safe. This blew my mind. They are amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Comment: I took my car in to have a noise and breaks checked after they had been done and my break lights were out. I was called and told nothing was wrong with the breaks. They said that it could be the differential and that could give me the feeling of shuttering when breaking. We went on a ride so I could show him the sound or feeling in breaks. Comment: Came in for an inspection on my vehicle after seeing a flyer in the mail and noticing it from driving by. Now my car had a few things to check out and the guy was cool and helped me an hour before closing and I said I would be fine leaving it over night. Got a text the next morning which was great and the price was hat unexpected from a shop. Mostly parts and labor wasnt too much. I just couldnt afford that at the moment. My only complaint is the advertisement of free inspections on the sign as well as the flyer. They have to make money I understand, but just put an asterisk stating pricing on your materials. As lots of people shop around for the best price this would help consumers make a more informed and budget conscious decision.

I was told to come get my car before the close of the day and he was very rude.. I picked my car up two days later it stopped running. They did not fix my car they got it to started so that they could take my money and get it off of their property. Please do not take your car to this shop they are a RIP OFF!!. The car seemed to have a lot of issues and we werent sure if it was even worth fixing. I took it to Joe and after going through the entire car, he gave an estimate of what was necessary to fix. When we went to pick up the car, the bill was actually below estimate. The car drives a lot better now and definitely feels a lot safer. Comment: Went over to these guys 11/12/15, after visiting a local Ford dealer. These guys are phenomenal!! Basically did a complete frontend job on my Ranger, upper control arms, all ball joints, sway bar bushings and end links, new front rotors and ceramic pads, and Timken bearings. $300 or so less than dealer, gave me a ride home, offered to pick me up. Also even offered to share their lunch with me!! Very friendly, real guys. Even took me back and showed me the problems, Im an olde gearhead, but didnt have any of my tools or garage available. All my resources are 200 miles away. They got me going again in a very short time.Id recommend these guys anytime!!! Only bad thing, if I spent too much time around these guys, my face would hurt!!! Its obvious these guys have worked with each other for quite a while. Good guys!!!!
