Comment: My Cadillac truck was towed to Redford Auto. It wouldnt start. The fog light and signal light would not go off which kept draining my battery. I got to their shop to talk to the man in charge. He was very busy with other customers but he took the time to explain to me that once he find out whats going on with my car, he would call me. I was skeptical about leaving my Cadillac Escalade. He had it towed to one of their other shops so that they could figure out what the problem was. A couple days later he calls me and said the remotes needed to be program and that my car was ready for pick up. I havent had any problems with it since. He was very professional. They took good care of me. I would recommended Redford Auto . They are great!!

Comment: Great place to get your windows tinted. And next they install security and remote starters and both do a great job at a reasonable price. They have doing this for 30 plus years. So I would definitely trust them than those fly by night other shops whos tint peels or bubbles within two weeks. They are conveniently located in clinton township just one block south of 15 mile on gratiot. So call the and make an appointment and bring your vehicle in summer gonna be hot and the tint keeps it cooler, plus it makes difficult for people see hot ticket items you have in the car, its adds theft protection, it also keeps glass from shattering if it breaks. Some reasons for coming in. The attitude at this place is warm and friendly.

I realized something was draining the battery, I mean my headlight, dash light or interior light was never on - so what could be the issue. Ali and his mechanics stored my car until they found the issue and was able to repair it in remarkable time and even offered financing. Im moving from West Bloomfield to the Rochester Hills area but Im still going to take my car down to Ali and his guys to get ANY service done especially oil changes. After you spend $1,500 and the job was done right, on time and the shop worked with you, kept you up to date and showed they cared, that creates loyalty! S/O my mans Ali, the lady behind the counter and the mechanic who still looked at my car when I pulled up with my car overheating (probably 460 degrees, LOL) and he still looked at it for me and found the issue, appreciate the love. Going to use them for my grill install, cold air intake, exhaust system, etc. Keep up the great work.

Comment: I was moving to Las Vegas and I needed my air conditioning service,I took my van to Mike and his mechanics at Redford Auto repair they told me they had done the refrigeration but it was not working and I needed a fuse box then they said it was animals had chewed my wires. I got my van and decided after three days they did not know what was wrong and I had to have it ready for transport in two days. When my van got to Vegas I took it to the shop and it was fixed in 30 minutes, come to find out there it a front and back air conditioning system and you must fill the one that says both.They did not change the fuses and no animal had chewed my wires. Just a rip off. They now have my sons car for over two weeks, trying to replace a transmission they put in around March 19th and it only was good for three weeks. Dont use them if they dont know what wrong they will lie.
