Comment: They do a great job inspecting your vehicle. They send pictures and are very thorough, and the price is good. The guys you deal with at the desk are not the friendliest, but they are helpful, just seem a bit annoyed if you ask them too many questions. The time it takes to do the work is not bad but could be better too. I brought my vehicle in the morning when they open, and they didnt get done till close just for inspection, alignment and to change tie rods. I called the day before to schedule. Seems like they prioritized some other people, maybe because they found me annoying lol. But 4 stars because they do good work and i dont think they are dishonest people.

When my vehicles arrived from the transport company there were all types issues that popped up. AAA driver recommended this place.They have now fixed two vehicles of mine and I will be going back for normal service!Fair pricing, quick turnaround - the most honest info ever received from any mechanic, the loaner vehicle was an absolute lifesaver so my mom didn’t have to take the bus to work.I can’t recommend this place enough!Made me feel very welcomed to my new home state!!

Comment: I highly recommend Real Pro Auto. They serviced two of our broken vehicles recently. (alternator and battery issues, engine oil leak, harmonic balancer, etc.) They got us in and running again pretty quickly. Competitive prices, friendly, they explain everything and give you options. (Some repairs maybe not worth doing due to age of vehicle, suggested temporary work-arounds and potential consequences etc.) Dave was super patient with my endless questions. They noted other issues during inspection but they weren’t pushy to fix them all. Loaner cars available, quality work that’s guaranteed, will definitely return.

Comment: Very easy to set up an appointment and very convenient as its not just a parking lot of peoples cars and nowhere to park. Kinda gives them the heads up youre coming so they can either accept it or if theyre busy can reach out for a better time.Sean kept me updated through the day with the evaluation of my car and they sent me a list of all the good, bad, and ugly. I turned down doing my back brakes as my front were the ones grinding. They got me in and out the same day, no pushy salesman tactics about guilt tripping on the back brakes, even let me borrow a loaner when I heard it might be longer than expected. I thought Id sit and wait but they had a dependable vehicle for me to get home and back (about 25 minutes away)

Comment: I had alot of issues with a car I purchased about 4,000 dollars worth of issues and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in working order I had a hose clamp break releasing all of my coolant and they arranged a tow for my car to be brought back in and had a loaner vehicle waiting when I arrived with my car they immediately addressed the problem and fixed it even though it was just a worn out hose clamp they are very honest (my sunroof isnt aligned properly and instead of them taking my money like most shops would do they were upfront said they dont know enough about them to fix it and referred me to an autoglass shop which i really appreciated them being straightforward and honest about). They treat you like a friend not a dollar sign. Super friendly very fast and efficient I cant say enough good things about the service I received from them. The owner reached out making sure everything was fixed to my expectations and that to me just shows how much he values the clientele he has I would definitely recommend Real Pro Auto Service to anyone if you need work done to your vehicle they are absolutely amazing!!!! I wont go anywhere else they have a lifelong customer

I found Real Pro Auto and I am VERY happy with the service that I received. My car’s serpentine belt was squealing when it was cold and the Real Pro Guys fixed it up in LESS than a day! Bob at the front desk was so nice to me and I actually felt like I was being listening to and not talked down to (this has been a BIG problem for me in the past at other places I’ve tried). Comment: I have a Jeep Renegade and about a month ago I heard some bumping noise when my tires would hit a pot hole or turn into driveways so I looked up repair shops. I found Real Pro Auto had the best reviews so I made an appointment which turned out to be a great decision. They gave it an inspection and sent a link to me showing the quality of life my Jeep had which is always great to know. This was one of my best experiences because they were very honest about what I needed done and didn’t push me into getting anything I didn’t need right now. Found out what it was and told me it’s not a safety issue and that it wouldn’t be a problem driving it for a while if I wanted to wait. Very honest and friendly. I’m relieved that I found Real Pro Auto and it will definitely be my repair shop for the future!

I thought I scheduled an oil change appointment but the guy said no problem, we will get you in. He did just that. I received a call asking if I wanted other work that was due and I thanked him because I was suppose to mention it when I dropped the car off. He texted me when it was ready. Comment: My 2014 Ford Fusion needed a simple headlight bulb replacement but some fusion models require the whole bumper to be taken off for what should be this simple fix. I called around 6 different places and Real Pro was the least expensive and got me in right away, had professional customer service and were efficient. I would definitely return in the future.

Comment: I knew I had a slow leak in the A/C in my Chevy Tahoe so I took it into another place. They had it for a few days, said they tried to fix it but couldnt find the leak and gave it back. After that I called Real Pro and talked to Dave over the phone, after I described the issue he actually guessed what he thought the problem was and sure enough he was exactly right! They got me in that afternoon and had it repaired in about a day. He walked me through exactly what was wrong and gave me a few options that I could take as well as the prices and pros/cons with each option. They even texted me a few days later to see how it was holding up. This place is amazing and I will not go anywhere else for any future car problems.

Comment: So this whole scenario of how I learned of these guys is through my work, I drive a company vehicle around and we always take our vehicles here. Now I used to be a diy guy since I was a diesel mechanic but with work and 2 kids I don’t have the time to do it anymore so I figured why not try them there is a reason for my company trusting their handiwork. I had an 04 Taurus I took in for a power steering issue they quoted me for an inspection price ok cool I thought, but then they called me up 2 hours later saying my vehicle is done and recommended a replacement they showed me why and without a doubt it was. (The cradle was rusted out and about to break), so naturally I was going to pay but they didn’t take money because they didn’t fix anything. So I bought a replacement 06 Nissan Sentra I took there as well for a rumble at highway speeds and they gave me a full list of maintenance to be done in the near future and fixed the rumble I was noticing. These guys are honest and up front with their work, and the owner John reaches out to you afterwards to make sure the issues got resolved. I hear nightmare stories all the time about shady mechanics and I will always recommend these guys, they are up front about their pricing they charge a decent price for quality parts. It’s not some cheap part that will break in a week

I went in, practically in tears after a really dumb “accident” on my part. Not only did they not make me feel bad for it, but they were sympathetic and curteous. I only ever had extremely professional interactions with staff. Additionally, they gave me a loaner car from the shop for FREE (just had to replace the gas I used). I don’t know much about cars and these guys take the time to explain things without losing me completely in the process. These guys are really redefining customer service AND my final total was LESS than they initially quoted me for! I’m going to need to have some work done in the future, and this is the only place I’m going to go. They’ve got a customer for life out of me! I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

It is a rare occurrence to find a repair shop that has good customer service, but this is definitely one of them. Though my car had severe motor damage and was not reparable, they allowed me to arrange a tow at my convenience and were not rushing me off. Comment: A friend recommended me here and I came because of all the 5 star reviews on google. Unfortunately, I did not have a 5 star experience. I called on Monday this week and set an appointment for Tuesday to have 4 new tires and an alignment done. I was told if I dropped of my vehicle before 9am, then it would be done by noon. I dropped it off at 8:15am and I came back at 2:30pm to find they hadnt even started working on it yet. They were very apologetic and told me theyll get it done, but it will be a couple of hours yet. He told me hed work on giving me a discount in order to make things right. I came back at 4:45pm and the new tires were on, but the alignment wasnt done. They said I need new ball joints and so the alignment couldnt be done because of the bad ball joints. I asked about the discount they were going to give me and he said they were going to do a 4 wheel alignment for the price of a 2 wheel alignment. But because they couldnt do the alignment, then no discount. Overall, Im not very pleased with my experience and probably wont be going back again.***UPDATE - I raised my review from 2 star to 4 star. After, I wrote my initial review the owner reached out to me and helped to resolve my complaint. I am always appreciative of businesses who go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

They repaired that problem (free of charge) and then filled my tank to make sure it was fixed. Both times I brought it in they let me use a rental car for free and didnt pressure me to fix anything that didnt need to be fixed. Very nice, honest service. Cant go wrong be taking your car here.

Comment: Ive been on the lookout for a good service center since I moved to the south side of town and Ive seen the professional way everyone at Real Pro has worked with my girlfriend and her car. I just had work done on my 2005 Saab here and it is the first time Ive trusted a place to do work on it outside of the dealership since Saabs have so many odd quirks with their maintenance. They did a great job, knew about the special power steering fluid needed for Saabs so it was done correctly, and were done faster than I expected.Every time Ive been here, they are great to work with. They will inspect your car and give you a list of things they find and what they recommend you take care of now and what can wait until later. They have never tried to push something that wasnt needed and I have never felt like they tried to overcharge for something. It is refreshing to have a place that is honest and very competitive with their pricing.This is a great place to work with and I highly recommend them.

Comment: Ive only been here twice so far but have been very appreciative of their honesty. The first time I went in to get an oil change and my transmission fluid flushed. When the mechanics looked at my car, they suggested I NOT get the transmission fluid flush because I had tires that were about to wear out, and the funds for the trans fluid would be better used for tires. A few weeks later, lo and behold, the wire threads of my tires were beginning to show and I had to get new tires. I was so thankful for their honesty, they could have done the trans fluid change to get paid for whatever the trans fluid fee is but instead it seemed like they were looking out for me.Based on this experience, I would recommend them to others! One tip, make sure to check their coupons out on the website before you go.

Comment: I have been a customer of the Real Pro Auto Eastern St location for over 10 years. I tend to buy and maintain older high mileage vehicles. I have had many opportunities to utilize Real Pro Autos services. I have wondered if I would qualify for at a fleet customer. :-) These vehicles include domestic and imports, cars, minivans and full size vans. No matter what I have thrown at John and his crew, they have been able to handle.The biggest compliment I can give John and his team is, I trust them. The service reps (all of them throughout the years including the two current reps, Dave and Dave) take the time to listen to you (Im all about safety, preventing the bigger expense and avoiding vehicle breakdowns) and explain to me what my options are. They put me into the driver’s seat, so to speak, in terms of my vehicles maintenance.They stand behind their work. I had a situation where an oil pump that I had replaced failed within a few months. It was replaced, No questions asked.They are willing to work with you. I had a situation a few years ago when the transmissions on a 2000 Grand Marquis failed 2 months after I had purchased it. The labor they quoted was reasonable, but the prices from their standard sources for the rebuilt transmissions seemed high. I was able to find and online source, had it shipped to the shop and then installed the transmission for me with the originally quoted labor price. Worked out great!The service aspect of their business is great! From getting a loaner car when I have an overnight repair, getting rides to and from work, getting your car picked up and dropped off, getting simpler items done while I wait and using their customer Wi-Fi and drinking their coffee (John, still waiting to get a workstation installed of some type for us mobile workers).The prices I have found are competitive for certified shops. Im sure you can find cheaper out there, but they will be lacking many of the service items, as well as being able to stand behind their work. There are online coupons, so check out their web site for these additional discounts.I have purchased my last 4 sets of tires at Real Pro Auto. I will usually benchmark their prices against Discount Tire and they are able to stay very competitive. The benefit buying them from Real Pro Auto is that they will do the free balance and rotations at the same time as the oil changes, saving me from another appointment somewhere else.Scheduling normal maintenance and oil changes 2-3 days ahead are never an issue. I have had a couple of situations that required an urgent repair and they found room in their schedule and/or gave me a loaner car for a day or two. I often hear from others their problems scheduling work at other shops or from the dealer. This has never been an issue at Real Pro Auto.To conclude this review as I started it, I trust John and his crew to keep me and my family safe in our vehicles and to tell me the facts while allowing me to make the decisions without a high sales pitch.

Comment: Does the owner of your current shop follow up with you after you have work done? He will at Real Pro. They also provide a PDF of your inspection with photos of any areas of concern, what checked out okay, what might be needed 15k down the road. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and this team provides dealer (or better) level of service at a much reduced rate. My 2000 4Runner is going strong past 200k miles thanks to the team at Real Pro.
