Comment: A devil cut me off today on ecorse rd which in turn made me run into the median in front of ypsi-connected school. Blew my rim and tire 🛞. So I came to the first shop I seen and which was Quality Auto Repair. I asked him if he could change my demolished tire with the spare I had in the back he was more than happy to change it for me. When it was all done I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing but a good word. So I’m writing this review to tell everyone there’s not people like this anymore. That was a blessing from Allah. And may He bless his family and his hands to get all the best business that is available. I’m definitely coming here the next time I need a repair.Thanks 😊 good soul we need more like you in the earth.

Comment: This is the absolute BEST auto repair shop! In just the last year, I have visited Quality Auto Repair on two occasions. In each instance, I was having tire leak issues. The first time I visited Quality Auto Repair, they had me in-and-out in less than an hour for a tire replacement. The second visit only required a patch…and it only took HALF AN HOUR. What makes me even happier as a customer is that I was shown where the tear was located on each tire. This gave me peace of mind. I also found the prices for the services provided to be very reasonable.If you are looking for an independently owned and operated establishment in Ypsilanti that provides fast service and fair prices, you should consider Quality Auto Repair! Second time took tok check noise said tie rods bad. Tie rods wouldnt make the noise. When got car back noise now gone but they said nothing about tightening anything. Also bumper had scratch as Id had hit something.

Comment: These guys are great! Omar and crew are always kind, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to figure out the best, most affordable solution for your auto. I’ve been taking my cars to them for over a decade. Good people, good service. I trust them. Many times I have had my car there and the final cost was lower than I had expected. They always tell me what needs fixing urgently and what can wait. That tells me they aren’t just trying to upsell me. Last summer my heater core hoses cluster blew up and those particular parts are no longer available for my old car. Omar took his time, carefully rebuilding the whole cluster of hoses and it’s been running great ever since.

Comment: Friendly and honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I took my car in to get a second opinion after getting a quote by another shop that I had been going to for 9 years. I was told by my old shop that my compressor and many other parts the whole system needed replaced. My old shop told me it would cost a grand or more to fix my air conditioning. I took my car to Quality Auto to get a second opinion. Mohamed explained to me in terms I understood what he would do to find a solution to my A/C problem. I paid 79.99 and my air conditioning is working great! If it has a leak then i will be more than happy to come back to diagnose the problem. He explained to me that there is dye that will show where the leak is if there is a problem in the future. I am very happy with my service and look forward to future experiences, this will be my new auto shop of choice!

Comment: Went in with a Groupon for tire rotation and alignment. Everyone was very nice. I feel they are honest and I am comfortable with their opinion on my needed repairs. Even though its a bit far from home, Ill be going back for some suspension work, new tires and some body work next month.

Comment: My husband took his car here because the quote they gave us was much less than the dealership. They worked with us on the price and we were happy with the work. We had the brakes replaced, 2 new tires, an alignment, an oil change and a full detail. Overall, would definitely go back. (We have a 2013 Malibu)

Then this isnt the shop for you.They only fix what needs to be fixed!I myself found these mechanics/shop via Google reviews.I was looking for a mechanic in the area and I found these guys and Im happy I read the reviews on them.These guys are truthfully honest and they will not steer you in the wrong direction.Check it out for yourself.

From ball joints, to alignments, to intake manifold changes... Their prices have always been fair and I will continue to patronize with all of my auto service needs. Most of the time, they are able to work me in without an appointment and return my vehicle by the end of the same day. They were so helpful and hospitable and even gave us pizza! We got the groupon deal to so it was pretty affordable. however the alignment is a little off still and not 100% fixed.

We had emergency car issues thanks to a different shop that had fixed the transmission before and they were able to take our car in and fix our new issues very efficiently! They quoted theyd have to have people stay late to finish working on it but had it done way earlier then expected! There was a possible slight hiccup and they called to see what we wanted to be done instead of just doing whatever they wanted! Great place and will definitely go back for repairs!

Comment: Its never a good feeling when you have to get your car towed in to a repair shop, but everything about my experience with Quality Auto has been so positive that I was actually happy they were taking care of the problems on my car by the end. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and respectful of the fact that I could only consider getting immediate repairs done for now and didnt try to change my mind about that at any point. They looked at my car on a Saturday and told me theyd have to order a part for it to come in on Monday, which was perfectly acceptable for me, but then they called back to say they got the part themselves and finished the work in the same day!! They were honest about my cars condition (its not great) but given that they stuck to only fixing the most immediate issues now, I trust them, and I know for sure that I will bring my car back to them down the road when those other issues come to a head. Finding a place you can trust with car repairs can be intimidating and frustrating, but I am convinced these reviews are the real thing and Im so happy I chose Quality Auto to fix my car! Word-of-mouth reviews are usually what I rely on for things like this so Ive been telling everyone I know about my positive experience, but hopefully this review will convince you that this is a good choice too!
