From the moment I went in they were incredibly helpful and patient with me.Worst part is I damaged my rental they loaned me and I don’t know the guys name behind the desk but his first question was “are you okay”. I had such bad anxiety, I panicked because I felt bad. He was so nice to me and calmed me down.I will send any referral to them as I was pleased will the whole service i received.Thank you all so much for getting my car back to me in good time, it’s looks great and especially to the young gentleman behind the desk when you walk in.Thank you for detailing the inside as well. Greg, the owner, PAID for diagnosis -- bug on sensor, 1 in a million problem -- and OFFERED a loaner. This was far beyond anything claim would cover. These guys arent just an auto body shop -- they will treat you like FAMILY. Greg went above and beyond anything expected. Val, Alex and the rest of the crew are professional, courteous and actually CARE about your vehicle. Greg could have told me tough luck but didnt. Quality workmanship but even better people. Dont waste your time on other shops -- go straight to Professional.

Comment: I took my 2016 BMW X3 to Greg after someone hit the passenger side. The damage started just behind the front passenger wheel well and continued through about 70% of the passenger door. There were scratches, dents and even some weird dimpling in one area. I truly thought it would never look the same. Greg reassured me from the beginning that I would not see any signs of damage and that my car would look the same way it did when I purchased it. The repair was flawless! He even took care of any additional insurance dealings. Obviously the quality of the repair is the number one priority for anyone with a wrecked car, but their above and beyond amazing customer service helps put you at ease and is just not something you see to often anymore. When I was sitting waiting for my car to be finished LITERALLY every employee who passed checked to make sure that I was being helped. Then if they saw me again would go and check to make sure they were still working on getting my car finished up. I had a pricey deductible to pay for my car and the wonderful people at Professional Auto Collision were able to wave my deductible. On top of that, they did a flawless job fixing the extensive damage. I seriously cried tears of happiness on my way home. Comment: I have dealt with Professional Collision for 10+ years. My experiences with them have been awesome! Greg Bundy, the owner, is a very hands on owner that cares about the people walking through his door. The effort they make to make sure you are completely satisfied makes a person feel more secure in knowing the job will be done right. My father-in-law was in a very serious accident about 6 years ago. The care they took to make sure he was ok along with the care they took repairing his truck is unsurpassed. He was fighting cancer at the time, so it meant a lot to the whole family that they took the time to actually care about him, not just his truck. I will NEVER take my vehicles to any other collision shop. Professional is their name, and exactly who they are in one word! Thank you to all of the guys that work so hard for us. Friday Root

Comment: I have had nothing but great experiences at Professional Auto both personally and professionally. The owner Greg is a stand up guy and runs a top notch business. As a local insurance agent I have had many customers choose Professional after a claim, I have never received one complaint, and when we conduct our follow up call, they were pleased with their experience.

Comment: I have been a customer here for more than a decade. They have done accident repairs to restorations for me. They are just amazing. Skill wise, there is no one better. Their work is excellent-really it is outstanding.More importantly is the way in which they treat their customers. If you are old enough to remember what real customer service was, this is what you get. They take care of you. I have seen show cars in enclosed trailers come down from Canada to be worked on here. I would not take any of my cars anywhere else but here period. I am a customer for life.

Comment: Shanda BushI went into Professional Auto Collision because the vicious MICHIGAN winter wind, last year, whipped my door off the henges. I braved the air flowing through the door all winter because I did not have the $500.00 dollar deductable to get the car repaired. I seen an incredible commercial on TV that exclaimed that the DEDUCTABLE WILL BE PAID!!! I went into the warm, friendly auto collision facility VERY SKEPITICAL that I WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE NO DEDUCTABLE, BUT IT WAS TRUE, there was NO DEDUCTABLE!!! The owner and the staff were GREAT, the work on my car was GREAT, I LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!! The owner explained to me the actual car repairs that was needed on my vehicle, and how he was actually able to allow me to have no deductable, I would recommend this facility to EVERYONE!!!

Comment: I took my car there for minor repairs. My bumper had to be replaced along with a head light. When I got my car back it looked great. My car was cleaned on the inside and they even fixed a tale light that was out for no charge. I’m a single mother and its wonderful knowing that there are places you can trust that wont up charge because you’re a women that doesnt know anything about cars. The rental they gave me to use while mine was being repaired ran wonderfully. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend them to everyone. GOOD JOB GUYS !!!
