Comment: Ended up stopping by this shop due to the stellar reviews Ive seen on multiple sites + its a mile away from home. I needed my brake lines to be replaced since they were leaking, dropped off the vehicle in the morning and heard back the following morning. They recommend to replace all lines since it was just going to be time until the other ones started to leak, I agreed.Unfortunately, they ended up not working on the vehicle. I ended up replacing all my brake lines with OEM over the course of a few weeks since I wasnt in a rush.My second visit, with another vehicle, I was able to get serviced (wheel alignment). Dropped it off at 8 AM and was done around 5 or so (I wasnt in a rush, so call ahead if you know what you need done to see if theyre busy or they can book you an appointment or something).Overall, I can agree with the good reviews and I cant beat the convenience of it from home. Ill be a returning customer for sure.

After the mechanic looked at the vehicle, I received a detailed estimate for repair of the issues we were experiencing. Upon approval of the quote, the repairs were completed, and I am completely satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this shop as fair, honest, and high quality of repairs. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs.

I appreciate their pricing, the ability to fit me into their schedule in a reasonable timeframe, and the quality of their work. I also appreciate that they’ll use parts that I provide myself - I normally bring them my own oil and filter for oil changes; they’ve always accommodated me in this request. They also have - on multiple occasions - advised me against services that weren’t needed, which has helped save me money. That’s how you can tell they’re trustworthy.

Comment: My car wouldn’t start and I had it towed to Pride Auto. I thought it was the starter but it turned into loose wires and incorrect placement of grounds on the battery. Fixed my CEL as well. Also fixed my left turning signal at no charge. Very knowledgeable,friendly,and honest work. Have gained a life long customer in me and wife for routine maintenance or major car repairs as we only live 3 streets down from them. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Very good local buisness in Warren.

Comment: Iv had work done here a couple of times and I will say they are honest. Greg told me it was not worth repairing my 2002 Alero. It needed brake lines and a lot of other work that would cost about $3,000 dollars. He didnt evencharge me the inspection fee. I will use them again with my next vehicle.

They got me.in and looked it over and found out all I needed was brakes and a front alignment, they definitely saved me a ton of money and were honest , I will definitely be coming back !

I advised them of the year make and model prior and they said no problem. Get there and its now too old to work on. The owner did reach out personally to apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. He offered to to the service request but I have since found another shop after the rejection. The owner is a stand up person. I hope his techs learn from this experience.

I don’t know much about cars so I’m very apprehensive about the whole experience of taking my vehicle somewhere to be repaired. They’ve EARNED my trust. I know when I take a car to them I’m getting what I pay for and only getting what I need! I drop a vehicle off with a blank check and ask that they do what’s needed and that’s exactly what they do with a very clear explanation and a fair price.
