Comment: Positive experience buying from Priced Right. Michael was our salesman and we would buy from him again. We found two vehicles online that fit our specific needs at both Marne & Nunica locations, but didnt care for either after driving. Michael suggested a 3rd option that just arrived and we ended up purchasing that one. He was very patient with us and had no qualms about driving back and forth from Marne to Nunica while we decided if we were going to make a purchase or not. He was very helpful and friendly during the buying process and got us a great financing rate from a local credit union. We felt he genuinely wanted to make the transaction go smoothly for us and make things right when we found a couple small issues on the vehicle. Weve had it 2 weeks and are very happy with our choice.

Comment: We just bought a Honda CRV from this dealership. We were waiting on our trusted mechanic to look it over after we purchased to form an opinion (I really liked the car from the jump). He gave us relief. We were not swindled! Our mechanic said a few things need to be done but later down the road & nothing major was showing up for him. They even took preventative measures with the car! The milage was recommending a timing chain replacement- which they took care of on their own and without us asking. Our mechanic was happily surprised and said many dealerships would not have done that. I truly appreciated this.We drove almost three hours to the dealership & essentially bought it sight unseen as we did the paperwork and other required documents beforehand. So this in mind & having a problematic Audi before this purchase, made us highly cautious. We made the right choice from what we can tell so far.Jeremiah was kind and super helpful with keeping me updated and scheduling our appointment. Thank you :)!Mike Lemmons took care of us for the rest of the purchase. He was kind and understanding & wasnt pushy like you would imagine a typical car salesmen- which I truly appreciated. He kept up with our calls and emails and made the process easier. Comment: 100% hands down best experience my wife & I ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Soon as we came in we knew what vehicle we wanted from prior research. Asked to test drive it we literally spent 3.5 hours between driving and going back and forth, between a vehicle my wife was stuck on vice versa. No pressure from sales or anybody they give you time and let you make the decision nothing is forced on you. Definitely will be buying all of our vehicles from here from now on. Comment: I don’t know how am I going to be able to shorten my review. I had been forced into looking for a vehicle(mice had other plans for my baby). I have a certain type I like-BIG. I have been actively looking for the type of SUV I wanted. Finally after 6 long weeks cargurus lead me to this lot. I read reviews, checked them out online and did some research. They had the vehicle that I have been envisioned in my mind for myself. I live far away and there was no way I could possibly get out there to test drive it. I was working, headed to a funeral out of state.I had had another vehicle sold out from under me- so I couldn’t lose this. I sent a request from CarGurus to Price Rite auto and Michael contacted me. I let Michael know what was going on but I definitely wanted the vehicle. “How can we make this work?” I asked. Michael kept communication open. Michael was kind, courteous, professional, and listened to my words. The vehicle was new to a lot, he worked record timing to get me in my Yukon. When I did come to test drive, I had said I didn’t plan on taking it on the freeway. I don’t know what I was thinking. Michael definitely encouraged me to take it -Please get it on the freeway. Feel this thing out. After I drove it for a while I realized I’m definitely taking this. I returned back to the dealership which-I would like to add has super cool Decor, and is extremely clean. While there I felt like family. Pat had stepped in while Michael was doing the final touches on my paperwork. He showed me the coffee, he was just talking to me making me comfortable. The time spent at the dealership was not even comparable to any time I’ve spent at any other dealership- that in itself was amazing. I want to give a shout out to Michael for being so professional and accommodating, and a shout out to Pat for also being professional and courteous.Kind Regards!

My van needed to pass New York inspection and my only hope was the Priced Right service department. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed it at a very fair price. Now I can return to New York and pass my inspection. Best service and the best selection of used cars and trucks. Well worth the drive from New York.

The decor evokes a bygone era with old antique toy cars and signage and so does the way they do business. Not sure what other issues people had in these reviews but Ive dealt with car places for decades and this has been the best experience Ive ever had.We paid under 7k sticker on an older van. We didnt make anyones month or probably even week when we walked out the door with a car. The old van we got started to have some malfunctioning of a door from an electrical panel getting wet about a week after we took it home. They fixed it at no charge to us and it wasnt because we complained or threw a tantrum. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase even though it wasnt a big sale.We will absolutely go back there for service and look there any time we look to purchase because of our experience. Side note: the waiting room is stocked with kids play table and loads of things to keep the kids busy.

Only issue was they tried to push back me picking up the car a few days, and when I said Id prefer to get it that day they said okay. When I went to pick it up it was still dirty while I was assured itd be detailed for me days prior. Ryder did have them clean it again after I showed him. Wouldnt have minded if they told me they needed more time to detail, but it felt rushed and I felt lied to. Other than that, not bad.

They even made it happen same day! We felt so taken care of and speaking with them was so comfortable, just like speaking with someone you’ve known for years. They were honest, dependable and efficient. The business itself has the coolest collection of old school cars, signs, and even pedal cars! We enjoyed looking around while we waited and they even pulled the Jeep up and had it washed for us before our test drive. Unfortunately after driving a couple days I heard a noise from the back brake, so I stopped up at the Nunica location (closer to home) and brought this to their attention and they were friendly and told me that they would take care of whatever it was. My truck was in the shop within a couple days and when I dropped it off I asked if the could test my battery because it was sounding kind of weak. Turns out the started was going bad and they replaced the starter while it was at the shop as well! Great place to do business! Would recommend 10/10.

They operate what seems like a decent garage and put lots of work into their vehicles before they are ready to sell.Their salesmen seem very trustworthy, they will run through everything that might be going on with the vehicle and explain everything in terms that make you feel comfortable. I got a loan secured within an hour and the whole process was made so easy, while being done with complete transparency. They want to get you secured with exactly what you want in a car.There are a couple things to know when doing business here though. Their prices are very rigid, I was told that theres virtually no wiggle room on any of the prices on the lot. I find it fair, since they do a lot of work in the garage, new tires included, but it is definitely something to keep in mind. They also run with a pretty small crew so expect your broker to be fielding calls and securing deals while working with you.All in all I think run a fine operation here. I would definitely feel comfortable going here again.

If only this vehicle I purchased elsewhere were as dependable as the experiences I have had with Priced Right Auto, I would have been much better off. At least they have helped me get back on the road in no time flat. Have had tie rod ends replace, serpentine belt replaced, ball joints replaced, 3 power steering lines replaced, muffler replaced, and a fouled coil and spark plug. This is quite an order, but they had me back on the road in a single day! All repairs are handled with utmost care and detail. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Larry, my sales dude was awesome, non-pushy and you could tell just wanted a happy customer by the end. These guys sell differently as they work with and for each other. These guys actually like the work the do. Im in sales myself and it makes all the difference the world to work for a company that appreciates you.And then theres the vehicles. All rust free and they really service their cars before they put them on the lot so you can buy with confidence. How many used car places have a dedicated service team and are willing to share the work they did on the vehicle?Finance was not pushy. They have their products to sell so I dont begrudge them the effort but if you say no, they wont make you feel like you did them a disservice. (I actually did buy a service contract that seems too good to be true and if it turns out it is I will update this review).Because Im in sales (RVs for twenty years), I rarely find a dealership that earns my trust from start to finish. Priced Right Auto is one of the rare finds.Edit/Update (5-21-21). Had the vehicle for 2 months and started to hear noises. Long story short, took it back to the Priced Right to see how the Service Contract that sounded too good to be true would hold up...Well, let me tell you, Ryan, the service manager, made it happen. Timing chain started rattling and he got the full repair COMPLETELY covered. The service contract I bought was a 5 year unlimited mileage and they came through!!There was also an issue with the front differential and Priced Right (and Ryan) came through on that and took care of it for me.It may have taken longer than all of us had hoped but Ryan and his team stepped up and got it done. Great communication and a very happy and satisfied customer.Bottom line: Buy from Priced Right (Larry was my guy). Get your service done at Priced Right (Ryan was my guy). And get the service contract. Definitely worth it in my case.

What you cant buy is the level of care, commitment and integrity that a dealership has if there is a problem. I am a firm believer that you will not find anyone like the team at Priced Right at any other dealership in the area.We purchased a vehicle from Priced Right almost a year ago. The sales staff were great. Once we got it home, it was te night mare you think about when you buy a used vehicle. The engine light came on within just a couple of days. They immediately took the vehicle in to their service department and did some work on the engine. Within a week the engine light was on again. This time there was a loud clunk and the whole vehicle was shaking. We had it towed back. This cycle went on for 11 months.Do you want to know what Priced Right did? Everything in their power to make it right! They didnt know there were issues with the vehicle when they sold it to us. Because of COVID, it hadnt even been cleaned up yet when we purchased it. They could have said, you purchased it as is and walked away. Instead, they stuck with it until every issue was resolved.Ryan in the service department is one of the best people that you will ever meet. His comapassion and integrity through all of this was perfect. It was obvious through this process that his goal was to give us the vehicle that we purchased and make us happy customers. He didnt care what it took.All of the issues with the engine were resolved a couple of weeks ago. The other day, the alternator died and we had to make a 7pm trip back to Priced Right to drop it off. Chris, the owner, walked out to greet us as we pulled in. He already knew the struggles that we had with our vehicle and was was very sincere in his conversation with us and frustrated that now we had a dead alternator. Before I got home, Chris had left me a voice mail letting me know that he had ordered our new alternator so that it was there first thing inthe morning, and that it was covered under the warranty that we purchased. Anthony was my sales person, his customer service was top notched. When my bank screwed me out of a loan for the vehicle, he was there to step in. In 15 minutes, he had me approved by a local credit union, at a low interest rate at the terms I wanted. Within a few hours, I had my car. Anthony was never pushy, he laid back, helpful and respectful. Other car lots should learn from him on what a salesman should be. Never any pressure and he was openly honest. So far the warranty /oil change program has been hassle free. The vehicle has been awesome. We recently drove it to Myrtle Beach with no problems and it was very comfortable. Holly was an easy going person to work with in finances and I really enjoyed doing that part of business with her . The whole process was relaxing. Comment: This was the most pleasant car buying experience weve ever had. Priced Right Auto is truly a no pressure, down to earth dealership with fantastic cars in every price range. Scott Williams was very accommodating and easy to work with. We bought an 06 Honda Odyssey a couple of months ago at a very fair price, and they made sure it was in great shape when we drove it off the lot. Months later, it is still the best car weve ever owned. We highly recommend this place!

I had to get ahold of Chris multiple times after we purchased my van- he always returned my calls quickly and helped me fix the small problem without charging us. Comment: I had never heard of Priced Right Auto before buying my truck there. Absolutely outstanding customer service and a wonderful experience for me. Chris and Holly did a great job with helping me get the truck I wanted at a fair price. I went to a few different big dealers and each one kept trying to sell me a vehical I didnt want. Not with Price Right; no pressure at all from them, their honesty, integrity and overall quality will keep me coming back for all my auto needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car/truck or any mechanical work!
