Comment: This shop is an amazing place. Hard-working people. Brett, the owner is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of internal combustion. He explains details of what is be wrong with your car., He details how he’s going to fix it and gives you updates on the process. His diagnosis and I plan to how to fix detail in writing, leaving no room for misunderstanding..Let me tell you ,I race cars at the Amateur level with SCCA, I have been racing for approximately 12 years and I’ve never found a mechanic more knowledgeable than Brett, my BMW E 92 went in with a blown engine, he discovered the messed up fix others did that lead to the fatal failure of that engine and he found me a great engine to make a swap with. Now my track car is faster than ever.He’s got very sophisticated equipment, multiple lifts and certified mechanics in his shop , most importantly ;he’s honest , accurate and transparent as Caribbean water.I definitely trust this shop with my life since they are working on my other race car and you can not afford car failures at 130 mph.My wife is also customer and she’s very satisfied.If you want, sophisticated, honest, reliable, prompt knowledgeable mechanics at a honest, fair price, this is the place to visit.

Comment: These guys saved me $17,000! I had taken my car to Suburban Infiniti in Novi for an oil change and to check on some issues I was experiencing. They told me I needed to replace my engine and it would cost $14-17,000! What?!We were freaking out. So we took it to Precise Auto for a second opinion. Brett asked a lot of questions and immediately said that it didnt sound like I needed a new engine. He and his team did a complete deep dive to uncover what was wrong - and found out the dealership didnt even change the oil or the oil filter, and I certainly didnt need a new engine. It cost me $750 to fix the issues I was experiencing - Precise Auto Repair saved me at least $12,800!! Its been 8 weeks and my car is still running like new. GO SEE PRECISE AUTO REPAIR!! They are honest, and they care about their customers. Do NOT go to Suburban Infinti - ever.

Comment: I just moved to Novi, Mi so I was very skeptical of going to any mechanic other than my mechanic in Columbus, Ohio (once my car overheated and started leaking antifreeze). I went to Precise auto repair and they were booked for some days out. But they squeezed me in. Giving me amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable of cars and was quick to diagnose my problem and fix all three of my car problems in a timely matter( saving me well over 700.00 in parts. Also, they went above and beyond. They picked me up from my home so I wouldn’t have to walk to the repair shop to pick up my vehicle. Comment: This place is great. I went in for a wheal alignment after being directed there by a local tire shop. Unfortunately, they found some other things that were wrong with the old car. I can’t say I was surprised, control arm bushings can’t last forever and those lasted longer than anyone could have reasonably expected.In any case, despite the quick job turning into a substantial repair, they stayed after-hours to complete all of the work that day, which was infinitely more convenient then being stranded without a car. As a result, I have to give them high marks for customer service and professionalism (they’re knowledgeable and their pricing is fair).

To my surprise, Brett offered me a next-day appointment with a reasonable price for Tie Rod replacement and wheel alignment. I was also given a tour of their garage and equipment, which using cutting-edge technology. I experienced no stroking while driving the vehicle. The work was also covered by a three-year warranty. It was a very good experience.

Needed a TIPM module for my 2008 Caravan and the dealers price was more than twice that of Precise and could not provide a timetable for when it would arrive. I saw Brett at 5pm on Thursday, part ordered, part arrived on Friday and job done Friday for quoted price. The comprehensive, FREE inspection of my vehicle revealed two leaks ; quoted a repair price and labor on the spot that is more than fair and I am returning next week for that job. Comment: I was having some issues with my car: door handles were sticking (wouldnt latch and the door would stay open), change oil light indicator came on (when I still had 5k miles to go) and I needed the keyless entry code reset. Within minutes Brett and Joe were working on my car. Joe jumped into the car, reset the change oil indicator, and then started on the reset of the keyless entry code. Meanwhile, Brett walked around the car lubricating the door handles and explaining to me why they were sticking.Thirty minutes later, Joe handed me a post-it with my 5-digit keyless code and I was ready to go. Thank you, Brett and Joe, for working on my car and getting everything done in a timely manner. Ill definitely be back and have recommended Precise Auto Repair to friends.

But this place is different. Brett is the owner of this shop. He is a very nice guy and apparently an experienced mechanic with many years in the field. Brett showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and laid out the costs for parts and labor of different options. The price was reasonable, and everything was on the table. Brett also showed me some extra steps they would do to maintain the quality of the job. The two mechanics on site were friendly and professional. The job was finished on time and well done. I called inquiring about pads and rotors for a 2013 Nissan Sentra that I bought from an auctions that is currently at another shop waiting to have a transmission installed . I called around inquiring about pricing deciding if this vehicle is even worth fixing considering I just purchased it for 45 hundred just to find out it needs a transmission thats going to cost me another 5 thousand. Im on the phone with Brett and I start venting about my whole experience with this vehicle and being that im illiterate when it come to cars im asking questions sharing whats been told to me about what I should and shouldnt do by the way has me even more confused and stressed. But after talking with Brett and him just taking the time to offer his professional opinion and being genuinely concerned really uplifted my spirit because this whole ordeal has really did a number on me with out of pocket unexpected expenses that I didnt expect or prepare for. So having someone who I havent done any business with at least not yet anyway😊 take time out and give suggestions/pointers on what I can do that would be the best interest for me and that didnt even include me doing business with him...did something to my spirit. Im thankful and I trust moving forward whatever I do now as far as with this vehicle will be the right decision on top of praying asking God to put the right people in my path. P.s I was so thankful for his time I even offered to send lunch on me to his shop but he wouldnt let me he said thats not necessary this is why he went into business for me like myself.

First, he got our van in right away to be fixed (we called about 10 places and he was the only one who could do the job quickly…one location suggested they could squeeze us in for an appointment in 2 months…ha). Second, he was kind, knowledgeable and reasonable. Third, and most importantly, he fixed the problem AND did so within 24 hours. Lastly, Brett even charged less than he originally quoted! I have already recommended him and will be back if needed.
