Comment: These gentlemen are absolutely amazing!! They are welcoming, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, honest, & genuinely want to help!! Their customer service skills are exquisite!! I’ve came here many times for maintenance & repairs on my old van. They fixed my air conditioning when no one else could!! They did a phenomenal job on my breaks!! Every time I have came here has been a great experience!! The customer waiting area & the bathroom are clean, which is something I appreciate!! This is a place where I feel comfortable & safe while my van is being worked on!! (The lobby is handicapped friendly for people like me who need assistance to walk.) This is a high quality place with even higher quality staff!! Their prices are better than reasonable too!! For sure a place that I am extremely thankful for!! This is where I go for all of my auto needs, as well as a place that recommend to all of my family & friends!! This is a place I intend to send my children to when they have auto needs in the future!! I highly appreciate the staff & am proud to be a customer for life!!

Comment: When the check engine light went on my daughter’s Fiat, we had to go to Plymouth auto care because we got her car at Carvana. It was a really nice surprise. They went the extra mile, including driving all the way to Woodhaven, to get the parts and get her car fixed. They took great care of us!

Comment: Pleasing my mother with service and value and gaining her trust is no easy feat. She is a hard bargainer that expects the best in many ways. Jay was able to win her over, to the point that she said we will be back and refer others. Jay was able to service our car same day and did so with the best price in the area. My mom called shops as far as Dearborn and not only did Jay have the best offer with price, he had the best value with warranty and completion time, as well. Plus, he was genuinely polite and patient, which I greatly appreciate, as some mechanics may get frustrated with such demands and basic questions. You could tell he was honest and helping with as much as he could. Thank you Jay and team!

Comment: When those warning dash lights go on, you know not to ignore them, no matter how much you dread what it may cost you. J and the team at Plymouth Auto Care got me in same day, were reasonable, friendly, and honest. Got me in and out in less than a 24-hour turnaround for a pretty considerable repair. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and communicated with clearly. Time estimates were right on. Coming from a family of mechanics, its rare I need to rely on a shop for car repair, but the team at Plymouth Auto are true professionals, and I would definitely return and highly recommend them!

Comment: This is under new ownership. Jay is the absolute best. We have 3 cars across myself and daughters have come back for multiple services. He is HONEST, performs the work needed and has fair pricing. He tries to save you money and stands by his work. For critical issues he fit us in. His concern was our safety. We were leaving for a roadtrip and heard odd sounds in the car. Drove right to Jay, he fixed it, test drove it a few times to be sure and He EVEN called us after we left for the road trip to be sure the car was running well. He had offered to stay open on Sunday for us if the sound returned before we left the next day. He is incredible. I cannot say enough about him.

Comment: I recently went to Plymouth Auto Care in Plymouth Township to have my car looked at because of the loud noises my car was making. I received exceptional customer service the moment I walked through the door. The manager Al was so helpful and courteous. I was hoping that it was nothing too major that needed maintenance. Al let me know that it was the heating vent that needed to be fixed. My prayers was answered because I didn’t have too spend an arm and leg to get it fixed. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to get auto work done to their car to come to Plymouth Auto Care to get the job done. 👍

He correctly identified my problem and fixed it flawlessly. Compared to others he was much more accomodative, knowledgeable, and didnt attempt to oversell me. Great person and one of the only mechanics I will continue to do business in the future.

Al and his staff went above and beyond to help nurse that thing along! I finally got a new car and when I was in the shop one day they noticed of minor problem, and fixed it at no charge! Its tough to find trusted auto repair shops these days but Plymouth Auto Care is one of those places!

Comment: I was stuck far from home with an exhaust system that had become disconnected at one of its joints. A clamp had let go and the rear pipe was just hanging there, so I tied it up with zip-ties and limped over to Plymouth Auto Care in search of help. They took my car right in, put it up on the lift, and reconnected the pipe. Although they knew I was stuck and they could have overcharged for the work, they let me go free of charge. It was an easy fix, but the fact is they are running a business and providing a valuable service so I was fully expecting some kind of bill. Very kind! I am in the area often so I will keep their number handy.

Comment: When I first moved to Plymouth about 5 years ago I did not have any mechanic on this side of town that I knew or trusted. But one Saturday morning my car door would not close because my lock was stuck. I called the closest place I could find on a Saturday morning. That was Plymouth AutoCare and that is where I met Ron and Al!That Saturday Ron took the time to take the door apart and he repaired my lock and when I asked him how much I owed he said nothing! Since then I have taken all my cars back to Ron and Al. They do great work and they get the problem fixed. They do honor any work that is not done right the first time too.It difficult to find Mechanics you can trust! But the guys at Plymouth AutoCare are top notch!

Comment: Over a year ago, I found Plymouth Car Care by reading the google reviews as I was new to the area & wanted a place to bring my Jeep for routine oil changes & maintenance. Since the first oil change, Ive had to have a few pretty major repairs since my Jeep is about 10 years old. Al & Ron have been absolutely great ~ they were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose & fix the problems at very reasonable prices (including a great deal on Wrangler tires). My car now runs like brand new! They answer the phone right away, kept me informed about the progress and are just nice, friendly guys. The office & waiting area are clean and comfortable, too. I highly recommend Plymouth Car Care!

Comment: I drove my car up to Plymouth Auto Care because I needed some brake work done and some other maintenance. I described what was going on and Al said he would take care of me. My car has 80000 miles on it and after Al was done with it it felt like I it was day one! My car hasnt driven so well in a few years, they have gained a lifelong customer.
