They replaced the steering rack on my wifes Chevy Cruze with a salvage part that was OEM quality and significantly newer than the car. It works perfectly now, and cost about half of what a dealership would have charged. Im impressed by their professionalism and grateful for their efficiency.

Comment: They turned a nightmare into a beautiful Dream...Long story shot : 1st mechanic(just up the road) wanted 1000$ for radiator fan, then couldnt tell me if anything else would be wrong also suggested Id need a whole motor 5k$. Also owner was very hot headed. Came down to Pauls Auto Service.I explained to Pauls crew what happened what I experienced... They promised me a way better experience. They delivered!! 200$ for battery connections.I will be back theyve gained a new customer.

Comment: I cant even begin to explain how wonderful these guys are. Bought a used 16 escape that had HVAC problems and they had it fixed very quickly after having issues with another mechanic shop. Have called twice since then for wear and tear repairs for both of our cars and they get them in no problem, and fixed the same day. They really understand customer service and its what will keep me coming back.

Comment: The guys at this place are fantastic, Tom Kyle and all the guys are so polite and they know their craft well, I will never take my car to anyone else, great prices and quotes, they replaced both lower control arms, all the rubber bushings,ball joints and wheel bearings then topped it off with a front end alignment. They had it finished in one day (that’s a lot of work) and my Mustang GT drives like it’s a new car, I love my car again, I will tell everyone I know to bring their vehicles to Paul’s Auto Service. 👍🏽

Comment: I did an online search for car repair in my area because I didnt know who I could trust to service my car. My search took me to Pauls Auto Service and I read many of the reviews. It seemed like everyone had positive things to say about these guys and all the reviews were 5 star. So I had my car towed to them to try them out. My experience was just as everyone else had said. Bob and Kyle were both very friendly, courteous, professional, and very gracious that I brought them my car. They had my car up and running the very next day. While it was there I asked them to check my brakes which I new needed replacing. They did a complete brake job and had it finished later that day. Im very pleased with the work they did on my car and how well I was treated by them. I highly recommend Pauls Auto Service and will definitely be a repeat customer.

For A/C you may have to wait a few days for an open appointment but its worth it. They also are ASE certified which in my experience makes all the difference.

Comment: Absolutely awesome experience! Kyle was AMAZING! I called and set up to bring in my vehicle for a repair through GWC Warranty. Kyle had me prepared and I had all paperwork together BEFORE even bringing my vehicle in. He called me after assessing the damage, after he talked to the warranty company, once the warranty company approved the work to be done, and finally when my vehicle was ready for pick up! I had engine work done and I got my car back the VERY NEXT DAY. I was SHOCKED and expected my vehicle to be here for at least a week. Soooooo happy with the quality of these people and their work!

I am a very mechanical person and had a few ideas of what was wrong. I spoke with both the owner and the owners son. The were very nice. Listened to what I had to say and I was extremely impressed that they were not rude at all. The part I thought I needed was what they were thinking originally as well. After looking they found it was something much simpler. They EASILY could have told me to replace the part we were both thinking and charged me considerably more. I was in and out quickly and for a very fair price. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Obviously a very classy, knowledgeable, and honest shop! Thats not easy to find!!!!!

Comment: I called Paul’s Auto Service just to get a quote on my front wheel bearings and Bob far exceeded my expectations just being over the phone. I’m a ‘DIY’ guy but bearing pressing isn’t up my alley. So I asked Bob how much it would be. After having me on a brief hold he came back on the line and asked if I needed the whole hub assembly or just the bearings. I paused because I myself have ordered 2 hub assembly the week prior and I noticed they were the wrong ones. After not saying anything for a few seconds Bob then said wait, I don’t think they make the whole assembly for your model. Which I knew and thus returning the parts I ordered the week earlier. This told me that Bob knows what he’s talking about. So he then proceeded to tell me how much it would be and ask me when did I need it finished by. He was very genuine. I have an appointment on the 14th so hopefully all goes well.

Concerned about possible damage, I took my car to Pauls Auto Service. Im from out of town and I have an 1100 mile drive home! I wanted to make sure Id have no issues on my trip. The great guys at Pails took my car right in and checked it out. Fortunately, they saw no issues. They took care of me quickly and didnt charge me for the inspection. Their service is truly appreciated!

They were busy (Im guessing this is always the case, considering how they conduct such an honest business.), but got to my car before noon and followed up with a quick phone call with status. The noise was caused by a heat shield which they quickly removed and they didnt even charge me! They also checked out another problem I had reported and gave me great advice on how to remedy it. This will be my new auto repair shop. Cant say enough about these guys...thanks!
