Comment: I have literally used them for auto repairs over 30 times. I have trusted them for yrs to handle mine and my families auto service needs. The absolute last thing these outstanding people should be considered is “con artist”. I am closely involved with the situation stated earlier and it is not accurate at allHere are the reasons I will advocate and completely recommend them for your service needs:1) I have seen them donate thousands of their hard earned profit dollars to various lical non-profits and charity causes2) Witnessed first hand them helping customers by doing repairs and allowing them to make payments, after the work was done and the customer driving safely away3) I have personally received absolute honesty and credibility. I had a specialty diesel service need. A “con artist” company would have done the work to secure a large payment, knowing they where not experienced/knowledgeable in the work that needed to be done. BUT. They told me to take it to another lical shop that specializes in diesel enginesIf you have any auto repair needs go see them. They are simply professional, friendly, honest and stand by their service.

Comment: After a great time at Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course I decided to hit the road back home to Grand Rapids early the next morning. Unfortunately my car had other plans. The engine was stalling out and the engine light was flashing which I know means stop driving immediately. I had my car towed to Parkdale Auto upon recommendation from a trusted source. I could not have ended up at a better place.Being so far from home with a car that was out of commission was incredibly stressful. On top of that, the unknown expense of getting it repaired was daunting. They were already hoppin with customers and Scott assured me hed fit me in somewhere, and he did! He was able to identify the problem and get the part ordered from Traverse City in enough time so it would be delivered that day. The crew ordered in lunch and invited me to eat since I clearly couldnt go anywhere. The atmosphere was so upbeat and friendly, and the people... Scott, Anna, Lane, John - THANK YOU for looking out for a complete stranger and getting me back on the road home. Without a doubt, this would be my service shop of choice if I lived in the area!

DT drove us to Parkdale and helped check us in. We received a tow from the amazing Dan and a service experience that is out of this world. We had no transportation back to Ludington but John graciously drove our family to our rental and then picked us up to take us back to Parkdale after the van was serviced. We live in Indianapolis and have received great service for our van but nothing like the exceptional experience at Parkdale Auto. The amazing reviews are the real deal here. Comment: We were vacationing in the area and there was a problem with my brakes. Parkdale took my car right in. It turned out it was a caliper issue. When I picked up the car, the owner, John, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. After providing him more information, he realized that my calipers were lifetime warrantied. He made several calls: to the person that did my brakes the last time and also to 2 separate parts places. He followed up on several leads to find out about the warranty. This resulted in my bill basically being cut in half. John didn’t have to do any of this, if anything it cost him time and money. For a stranded motorist that he knew nothing about, he generously took care of us in our time of need. Thanks, John!!

Comment: I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is I would definitely recommend it! They went above and beyond for my family and I! We were camping, from out of town. Stranded when my old used van broke down. AAA didn’t do anything except jump my car and tell me to head to the nearest auto shop. So we barely glided into town, to two different places that told us they couldn’t help us and at one of the places we went to “The Auto Service Center” in Manistee the customer service was terrible and the people were very rude to us, and they told me they were too busy to help, and were very unkind about it.I am a single mom, and had three hungry kids, and our two family dogs in the car and the air conditioning had broken. So I called Parkdale because it was the next closest auto service place, I asked them if they were busy, they said that they were full but asked me what was going on anyways. I explained my emergency and that we were from out of town and now had no reliable transportation, and they insisted I come straight there and that they would find a way to fit me in anyways. The guy on the phone was the man that runs the place he was very nice and told me that he completely understood, and that his mom was a single mom too. when I got there the customer service was exceptional. They took a look at my van right away. They let us take our dogs out into the field and get water for them, and got juice drinks for my kids. Then when I found out my old rust bucket van had finally kicked the bucket, I needed a new used minivan that was in better condition and more reliable. The staff actually helped me be able to get a new used mini van that same day. They went out of their way to help us, even stayed an hour and a half after their shift to make sure that we were not stranded with no vehicle and no ride.They helped me with my kids and my dogs while I filled out the paperwork. And they even offered to give us a ride to our campsite if the bank loan didn’t work out for the new van. It all worked out and we were able to get into our new van and get back to camping. I cannot say enough about how amazing they all are for taking us in even though they were slammed with customers, and for giving us such great customer service even when the other places we had been to in town wouldn’t help us. I was praying so hard all day, and God did a miracle and sent me to that place and helped us get in our new nice used van and back on the road! We love our new van it is amazing!!!!

I drove it out of the lot and within a quarter mile started having 4x4 issues. I got on the phone with them and they said to bring it straight back to check on it. They ended up replacing a couple of parts for me, including the transfer case, completely FREE of charge.I also took my other vehicle to Parkdale just this week. Not only did they fix everything I asked for, but it ended up being a couple bucks cheaper then I was quoted.Customer service is a priority here. I am very pleased with the service over all. Comment: Rented a uhaul from here twice. Last experience was awesome. I purchased the safe move with the 26 footer. I am use to driving big trucks like this on the fire department. Made two mistakes on the last rental. First I got the truck stuck in sand, second I backed into the flag staff on my porch and damaged the door in the back. I was honest and up front when returning it. Because of that and I purchased the insurance I had not out of pocket cost. The associate gave me zero hassle over it. He understood that this truck can be difficult. Get the insurance. This place is wonderful, I felt welcomed in every way. I will be returning thank you.

Comment: I contacted the crew here about getting a tow and some repairs. My vehicle was towed to their facility and the part ordered. Upon approval from my warranty company, the repairs were made quickly and I didnt have to worry about a thing! They even delivered my vehicle to my workplace afterwards, seeing as I had to work. I am blown away by their kindness and prompt service! Its great to have a place that cares about you and goes the extra mile! I will be suggesting them to anyone that is looking and if I ever need service again, they are my guys!

Comment: I went to Parkdale Auto Sales with the intention to purchase a vehicle. John and Tyler were there to help me do exactly that. I left with a purchase agreement and I pick up my 1999 Chrysler Concorde on Monday, May 23rd! I agree that it isnt the best looking vehicle they have on the lot, but it is affordable and is a perfect match to what I need in a vehicle. I did test drive the 2009 Ford Escape 4WD they have on the lot, it is outside my personal financial limitations, but the Escape is a very nice, solid, dependable vehicle. If my personal financials were better I would have left with a purchase agreement on the Escape versus the Concorde.Go in today, and you will be treated with respect, by kind and understanding people. Quality vehicles, and good prices. You wont regret it!
