Comment: After using One Stop Collision once before, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it.Three weeks ago, my 2011 Ford Fusion rear-ended a car that hit another car on my way to work.I am so excited to have my car back and it looks like I never had a accident. Comment: I had a bad accident, and was taken to the hospital and got admitted there. My 2019 ACCORD HYBRID was towed away and had a big surgery! When I woke up I called One Stop Collision and explained what happened to them and I really did not have to do any other stop! They sent their tow truck and released my car and towed it to their shop, fixed all the body work, mechanical work, glass and electric. They also took care of the insurance claim and detailed my car and when I got discharged i got my car back like it was brand new! PERFECT JOB, PHENOMENAL SERVICE and TOP PROFESSIONALISM!Don’t ever go elsewhereThank you for everything

Comment: My car was vandalized as they were trying to steal it. The insurance claims called 10 or 11 shops and they all were saying it would be October or November before they would get me in. I gave one last effort and did a search collision shops near me and One Stop Collision Shop came up. Right away I could pickup on Joes professionalism. He said can you bring it in this week! I was like YES!!!! It took a month for me to get the car back but that was due to the field adjuster delays and parts on back order. Today I picked up my car and I could not be more pleased with the outcome (good as new) and the excellent service. give them a try!

Comment: This is my second time coming to this shop for work, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. From what i’ve seen, the entire staff is strong in communication, transparent with their work, and genuine in their thoughts. The price is always fair with market rate at the time, and they have never tried to get over on me, if anything they cut me a break. Used cars are being sold at a premium and are scarce as well. Therefore, we chose to get our Malibu LTZ fixed. After thorough review of collision shops, we selected One Stop Collision Shop in Garden City, MI. Adam the owner was so professional and kind. He looked over the car and provided a very reasonable estimate right away. I asked him to check the brakes as well and he did. Within 1.5 weeks we had our car back. He detailed the car as well.The car looks like new. He and his team did an exceptional job! I would definitely use his company again. I highly recommend his company to anyone needing top notch and reasonably priced auto collision work done. He is so kind and helpful. A family man too. The shop was clean and all the good reviews influenced my decision to look no further and just being my car in. The people here were professional and communicated changes/updates immediately. Comment: Great experience! I got in a car accident and my whole drivers side was damaged my drivers door wouldn’t even open. I came to get an estimate and they got my door open for me and let me know how long it would take. Once talking with my insurance agency I brought it back and got my car back in less than 3 weeks! They even detailed the inside. I recommended them to my boyfriend because his back light was broken, they fixed his light and got it back to him that same week. Only collision shop I would recommend!

Comment: This was my second time using One Stop Collision after I had an unfortunate run-in with my driveway gate and my side-mirror. I took it to One Stop and they were extremely professional. They provided a detailed quote with line-items for each service that was to be performed, and had the car back within the timeframe that they provided. When I got my car back, it looked as though nothing had ever happened. Oh, and as a bonus, they cleaned my car! It looked spotless inside and out! I wouldnt go anywhere but One Stop. I visited shops before going to one stop collision and they were not nearly as trustworthy. My Honda Accord needed new brakes, ball joints, and tires which they took care of and they even referred me to bell tire for an alignment at a discounted price. Most of all they had incredible customer service.

Went in with an issue with my driver side door being somewhat warped resulting in the top part of the door not meeting flush with the edge bordering the body roof. Adam, the owner, knew what to do right away and within less than 15 minutes or so and $25 later it was fixed and perfect. No more wind noise or dripping while in rain or car wash. I was totally amazed! In fact, Im not so sure it was this good when I took delivery of it brand-new.This place is top-notch as far as customer care and honesty. The owner, Adam, wanted me to drive it around first and then pay him later if satisfied with the quality of the work completed. However, I insisted on paying him then and there, especially given how fair and reasonable they were on the price. He insisted I at least call him back after driving it around and let him know all was well with the repair work, so they could undoubtedly make it right if I was not happy. I was totally impressed with how fairly and honestly they deal with their customers and how quality-oriented they are. This is the place Im going to from now on for all my auto body work!

Comment: I visited three body shops before One Stop Collision. I got estimates of more than $5000 (they did not give me a written estimate), $2600 and $2000. One Stop Collision gave me a more affordable estimate in just couple of minutes after checking my car without an appointment. They fixed my car before their estimated time. My car looks great now. They did a really good job. The painted part looks exactly same shade as others. There was quite a bit of damage on the back of the car, the trunk lid did not close before fixing. It closes like before the accident now. I do not even know how they can fix it this precise. There were other little things with my car which happened before the accident, he fixed those too. Do not waste your time searching through body shops. These guys do a great job at a very competitive/affordable rate.

We went to a previous collision shop that wanted to add all these extra charges and work we didnt need, but luckily we decided to go here for a second opinion. The first shop said we needed our inner wheel fenders modified, shaved down and welded, which totaled to $551. Going with our instincts, that didnt sound right, so we went to One Stop Collision and got the accurate estimate of work needed. All we need is 2 new inner wheel panels and with parts and labor, itll cost under $100. This shop is honest and doesnt try ripping you off. They actually work with you and are understanding about being cost effective and doing whats best and needed for your vehicle... Compared to some shops that like to add on extra costs and fixes that you dont even need. Today was my first time going there and I was impressed. I will definitely be back, if I happen to need anymore work done.

They asked when it was convenient for me to bring it in, (which was immediately for me) and they got down to business.First of all, very friendly and did not make me feel like a dumb girl going to get her car fixed. A definite plus in my book.Second, very helpful in dealing with my insurance. They will pay part of your deductible or get you a loaner!Third, the car was fixed in the time period that they quoted. Not only that but they had noticed the beginnings of a crack in my windshield and asked if I wanted to repair that. The price they quoted was very reasonable so I had them fix that as well. Turns out that when I went to pick up the car, the windshield was actually more expensive than they had quoted but they only charged me for the quoted price.Third, they detailed my car for me. Nice touch.I like this shop a lot. I hope that I dont have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I will come back here. They are friendly, professional and do a great job.

With all the headaches and frustration with my insurance claim, they finally got to work on my car. Comment: These people hooked me up. Brought our smashed 2010 Corolla in to get an estimate, they worked with my insurance, handled the details, and did a beautiful flawless repair. The arabic guy is the main guy, super nice fella, he even repaired a small unrelated damage for free while he was at it. One week turnaround and its 6 months later the repair is still as good as new. We were VERY satisfied. And they waived a portion of our deductible. Believe the Google reviews and take it to these guys. I drove from Troy to Garden City twice for this and it was completely worth it.

Our vehicle was severely damaged, and it took over 3 weeks to repair because some of the OEM parts were on back order. One Stop Collision not only paid for our rental car for this entire duration, but they put in the extra effort to make sure that our car looked and drove like brand new again. Comment: I met with an accident two times and fortunately I came across One Stop Collision and was not only happy with their professional service in terms of getting job done but also found them very courteous and punctual to deliver my car on the day and time promised to me. Even the quote given to me compared to other auto body shop I found very reasonable and competitive. Comment: My experience here was amazing. Erin and Adam were friendly and happy. They both tried to help my husband and I out with the expense of fixing the fender and mirror on my 2014 Ford Fusion. Brought the car in on a Saturday and it was done on Wednesday like they promised. I was shocked and pleased by the turn around time and upholding their promise after they had a power outage on Monday morning. They are also military friendly, which we were pleased with. Comment: I would love to give this company 5 stars, but I cannot. The service was excellent from the beginning, great customer service I have to say! My car looks amazing and you cant even tell that it ever had that horrible dent. However, I am disappointed and am only giving 4 stars because my car needed an alignment and for some reason, I was told that wasnt possible because I needed new tires. He then told me that I had to pay $120/pop for the tires and then he could do the alignment. I honestly never knew that you needed to have new tires to get an alignment, but not knowing any better, I said okay and left with my bald tires. The next day, I went to Belle Tire to purchase new tires and......he told me that you do not need new tires to get an alignment. So, I am not disappointed and I have a bad taste in my mouth about this collision shop. I could have got the alignment there, but.....now I am paying an additional $80 to get it done somewhere else. Like I said before, other than this, theyre great.

Comment: I have truly come across the best customer service Ive ever experienced. First, One Stop Collision was recommended to me from my step-father who also had collision work done by Adam and his crew. My son was struck by another vehicle which caused major damage to my car, at the time of dealing with the police and having my car towed, I had to make a quick decision to where I wanted my car to go. However, as I mentioned above, my step-father recommended this shop, I didnt really know what I was getting into, so I immediately went to the website, actually I went to look up the location and started reading the reviews. After reading the first 10 reviews, I was astonished and knew then Ive made the right decision. Three days after the accident, I was scheduled to go into the hospital for surgery, everything went as planned, that same day my insurance company delivered my car. Erin called to let me know they received my car, not only was she concerned about receiving my business but of my health as well. Erin called and checked on me several times. I thought that was the most heartfelt thing any stranger could go. (Thank you Erin, that really meant a lot to me). Adam and Erin kept me updated on the progress of the car, which was a plus. Adam helped with my deductible. (Thank you so much Adam). I was kept in the loop with everything regarding my car. Today October 7, 2014, Adam called to let me know my car was ready, when I arrived, I couldnt believe my eyes, my car looked brand new. I cant express enough gratitude and appreciation I have for such a job well done. Im so grateful to have come across such loving and caring people that are actually a lot of help to you then you are to them. ONE STOP COLLISION COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...... Comment: Amazing! I took my 2001 Ford Mustang up there to be straighten out, after the Mustang and a wall tried becoming one. Every thing one the Mustang front end had gotten shifted over about 1-1/2 inches. Took my car to One Stop, they had called me the vary next day to let me know my car was done. I was shocked to hear that. Got my car back and its looks like it never even seen a wall before. =] Thank you so much! I would 100% recommend any one to come this shop to have your car fixed. Comment: After my terrible accident I took my car to One Stop. They communicated more with me than my insurance company. They were always friendly on the phone, and when it came time to repair my car they put new parts rather than the recycled parts my insurance company provided. They completed my repairs in record time even after my insurance company took forever to inspect my car. In the end One Stop made my car look better than it did before the accident. It brought me to to tears the kindness they showed me. Its rare to find a honest auto shop. I highly recommend One Stop!

Comment: My car was hit two days before christmas , so i had to get it fixed somehow. Went searching around a few collison shops for estimates and the first one to come up on google was one stop. I went in on 1/3/14 and got an estimate ,no later than monday 1/6/14 i was called in for repairs. I like one stop, adam was very courteous and helpful. My Fusion was hit in a parking lot and suffered severe front end and some back bumper damage. It was such a mess! You name it (Luxury, Economy, compact, full size….etc.; they do what make you happy and satisfied. They work for you and not for any other party. Simply amazing and above expectations. Make sure to see Adam and he will take care of you. Just give them the insurance claim # and they gonna take it form there. Also, they will help you getting a rental car with an amazing rate for any period of time you want it. Comment: I had never been in an accident. I had spent a week arguing with the insurance company before I was referred to One Stop Collision by my friend. The first time I spoke to Erin I was completely flusterred rambling on about my insurance company, rental car, not to mention my $150.00 ticket for the accident, etc. Erin could tell I was almost in tears and simply said bring your vehicle in and we will take care of everything. That is exactly what One Stop Collision did. I have not had to contact the insurance company, adjusters, the car rental, nobody. They really did take care of everything. Between Erin and Adam I have had the best service and would recommend taking your vehicle to One Stop Collision.

Comment: I had One Stop do some major body repair on my van about a year ago, they did a great job on it, while I was there Adam explained to me that they also do all automotive repair not just body work. So close to a year later I called with a break line problem and sure to his word they fixed it in less than 24 hrs and at a very fair price, I have and will continue to recommend One Stop Collision for all your automotive needs.
