Comment: This is Frank Loria.Jeff and Frank went above and beyond to get me in for an oil change, just before closing. I needed the vehicle for a road trip to Missouri and Kentucky the next day, and they stayed late to make sure it was prepared for the trip.They also pointed out some fluid leaks I should look into in the near future.They were professional and courteous, and with the oil change GroupOn, they were the best deal in town.This was my first visit, but I grabbed a business card on my way out and will certainly keep them in mind for the future.Thanks again guys!

Comment: I have a 2017 Ford Escape that the spark plug broke off into the cylinder (apparently its a common issue with these models). Note that the issue was NOT caused by One Stop Auto Repair. But they offered to fix it because they are well versed with this type of repair. Adam walked me through the issue and was very transparent about the labor hours, potential stumbling blocks, and the cheaper alternative. He communicated with the off-site specialist for me, and took care of the towing details. The issue is ending up being taken care of at the dealership I bought it from because its still hopefully under warranty, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Adam at One Stop Auto Repair. He made this very stressful situation more bearable for me, and for that, I am truly grateful. I appreciate them and will certainly return if ever I have car issues. Thank you, Adam.

Comment: Great experience! I brought my 06 Lexus SUV in for a rattle diagnosis. It recently started having some rattling noises coming from the dashboard and drivers side door. The owner took it for a test drive, told me the issues, and gave me his suggestion (cheapest option was to buy a dash cover to weigh down the sun-bent dash to keep it from rattling). He even waived the standard $89-95 diagnosis fee!This mechanic seems to be very reliable and will give you honest opinions on your repair options.

I was able to wait (a little over an hour) for a complete diagnosis and estimate. The blower motor and resistor were replaced before the close of business, the same day. This was great, as I use my vehicle for work.The pricing was fair and transparent; and the service was amazing. I even received a follow up call the next day, to make sure that the repair work was done to my satisfaction.After repeated frustration with dealership service (Cueter/Champion) I decided to try One Stop Auto Repair. They told me that there was a bad cable and I thought it was the started but they replaced the cable they treat me very well they did it in a very reasonable time frame and they charged me a very reasonable price. I just told the manager (his name is A) that a screw on the plate of my car had rusted and could not be removed, then he kindly said, Lets give it a shot.” But, the screw was so hard and rusty that he could not remove it by himself. Then, with the help of another mechanic, they finally removed the screw. Thanks!They did it very casually for free even after I paid for the oil change. This tiny episode shows their great attitude to customers, doesnt it? I hope that their attitude of taking care of their customers will make this store a good place to visit.Update: I visited here again to change the O2 sensors of my car. A mechanic, J, gave me a precise quote $$$ and the estimated time of labor and explained fairly about the risk (i.e., the replacement of the O2 sensors might not necessarily resolve the engine issue, so it is a risk-taking), to decide if I ask him to replace them. I said yes and asked him to go on. J ordered the parts which arrived on time in one or two hours and the replacement was done on time. Great service. (I have run over 1000 miles since then, my car runs good. Luckyly, I believe that the problem was resolved. )
