Paul went out of his way to help me with the payment of my bill and Nathan did a great job explaining what was being done to fix the car, even showed me pictures of what was being done. Comment: I had an awesome experience! The details of my vehicle that were told to me were astounding. I was told I would need new tires soon and that my oil was very low when I brought it in. This place has an owner that is unlike any other, I never got the sense that I was being had. He even recommended to me all season tires that are on his vehicle and told me about name brand ones that I should avoid. Imagine my surprise when I found my brakes were just fine. The price was very reasonable too, even with the discount. Going to the dealership wouldve cost me much more. I asked about the maintenance reminder in my vehicle and he stated you cant always trust that and the manufacturer hopes that you drive your vehicle to the point where it will be too late. That really surprised me which is why I will always come back as a returning customer.

Comment: My second experience with Ode didnt disappoint. I was curious to know if it would be of a lower quality compared to the excellent service, I received the first time. I didnt recognize anyone from the previous visit when I had another tire repair done but everyone was just as polite and helpful as the first experience. I wanted to have air put in all the other tires and just to make sure it was done the gentleman behind the counter met me at the garage to personally check the tires himself after the repair was done and paid for. Highly recommended and they are AAA approved.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. In my early jobs in life, I used to work in auto parts stores to start out. ODES was an institution back then. When I bought my van new I went to dealership for service. After my extended warranty ended. I did not know ODES did warranty work at that time. I asked to have my tire pressure set at 50 pounds and he provided the service very quickly.. There was no grease on the steering wheel! They installed a floormat to protect my carpeting. Dropped off my car asking what time it would be done as I had an appt in a few hours. They quoted me 2 hours had it done in 1 and the tires they put on were absolutely phenomenal for the price.The workers were friendly and to the point in a professional matter, felt more like dropping it off to a friend than a place of business.5/5 stars definitely will be using for my car care needs in the future.

I not only found them to be MORE Than reasonable, expecially when compared to dealership and other auto repair services.Last week I scheduled to have tires and front alignment. put on my 2017 Buick for 1pm. They started the exchange and inspected my front end alignment and found it to be ok and NO Charge. As for the pricing on tires Darin had purchased my Cooper Tire on Amazon and he was given a $70.00 rebate. He could have said nothing and kept the rebate for the Co. He informed me of the rebate and gave ME the Rebate!I moved to Wixom Mi. and I travel 40 miles for their services. Ive have or had no problems. They are HONEST, Reliable and very Friendly.While I was waiting, I was offered coffee and they even offered me Christmas Cookies. Again, they could have said nothing. To me that was special.Kudos to Darin, Paul and their staff. That 70.00 will come in handy after all its Christmas Shopping Time...Regards, CVC.P.S. He said the job was under warranty and he took care of everything. When my car was ready as promised, Armando called and explained in detail what was done. If I did not understand he patiently explained until I understood.I was treated very kind, my car runs great, the cost to install warranted parts was reasonable price. I have found my forever auto repair shop .

Comment: It was time for a tune-up and they took care of everything in a few short hours. The original quote was reduced significantly to a fair amount and the work was completed satisfactory. The pricing was honest and from personal experience most shops charge you for things you dont need, Ode doesnt. They took care of everything that was needed. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to have my cars worked on at Ode. You can rent cars there also which I have.

During a service visit they found a small crack in one of my rims that had been causing a slow leak. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it could be welded and that a new wheel would not be necessary. They repaired and balanced the wheel at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ode Tire, the car rides great now and the leak is gone.
