Comment: Due to the recent heavy snow storm, the passengers side windshield wiper stopped working on my 2019 Dodge Ram Truck. I dropped off my truck Monday night after work, and by 9:30 Tuesday morning Lou called me and told me my truck was ready. The windshield wiper wasnt stripped, it needed some adjustment, some loctite and it was all set. I highly recommend Napa here on Orchard Lake and have brought my vehicles here numerous times for oil changes, general maintenance and repairs. Ive always received great service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Comment: Today, my husband and I took our 2018 Honda Accord EX-L in for an oil change and to get a new Napa Legend Premium battery installed. This was my first time there. (My husband has taken his 2005 and 2015 Prius there often for routine maintenance. They also repaired the front end of the 05 Prius for a good price, and did a great job.) With no appointment, as its first come, first served for an oil change, we had no problem getting right in, and the wait was not long. We used a coupon from the mail for the oil change, and the battery which is top rated, was a good deal, as well. We were very happy with the professional and helpful service, and the waiting room was immaculate. Covid protocol is being followed, with respectful signage, and we felt very comfortable there. Given the great service, good pricing, and friendly and polite help from everyone, including Lou and the nice mechanic, we highly recommend Orchard Lake Complete Car Care. Lou is very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice about the battery issue. (He helped us much more than the Honda dealers we called did.) We get the sense that they can handle very difficult repair jobs, as well, and can work on all makes and models. We look forward to going back there for our future car care needs. Thanks again for your help today at Napa Orchard Lake! We are grateful!

Comment: The staff are very friendly & take the time to not only explain what caused a problem, but how to prevent it from happening again. Prices are quite reasonable and you can often find coupons to get a few extra bucks off your maintenance.The first in - first served system means you dont need to book in, but expect to leave your vehicle in overnight.
