Comment: Had an issue. They fixed the problem immediately. Thankful for honest shops. I grew up watching my dad support people who worked out of their homes. People he trusted. Great we have right on main street a local family treating people like I watched my dad get treated growing up. With respect honesty and best bang for your buck.Update. 7/13/21. Had some more work done. They did the job. Installed a new shifter cable. Found issues on top of that issue. Resolved it and got me on my way. Kept running into bobby and Tiffany around town. Now I know why. Great people to work with. And their head mechanic is great to. Knowledgeable and gets things done.3/15/22Changed my front wheel bearing running a ton better. Anton for the win like usual. I love the whole damn place. Saves me time money and headache.5/15/22Had a all the sudden noise show up in my front end. I haul a trailer. Anton let me know the tie rod is shot. So we decided to change the whole assembly.6/1/22Changed my serpentine belt in and out. 30 minutes. Great work.10/25/22Rear brake work. Pads calipers and rotors. Where else am I gonna go but muffler man port Huron !1/5/23Swapped out my old rims for some new rims. Fair price great service. We love Tiffany Bobby and the team2/1/23-Had new rear shocks put on.-Fixed wiring in my rear tail light-Changed my oil.Muffler man is the best.6/1/23-new rotors-new pads-new calipers.Solid work as usual in and out. 🙌💪🫶🙏8/1/23New tires from muffler man. They saved me hundreds! Dont sleep on the small business thinking youre gonna save with the big tire store.9/12/23Had an electrical issue. Anton identified the issue within ten minutes, I noticed my fuel tank brackets needed a swap all set.12/26/23My voltage regulator was going nuts. Needed a new alternator. They saved the day again!!!

Get ready for people to talk to you like you know nothing and swindle you into purchasing $1,000 of things you don’t need. Muffler Man is the exception to this! We’ve used them twice now for simple and more complex car trouble. We’ve also used them for basic upkeep. Each and every time is a breeze. I am treated respectfully, given honest options and feedback. When I ask if anything else needs done they are upfront and honest. I’ve actually been told no, she’s good to go! Timely as well and they beat every quote I have had!

I have always been leery about going to auto repair shops due to me being a female. But I came here, met the owners Bobby and Tiffany. I felt right at ease, its so refreshing seeing a woman running an auto repair business. The service was top notch and faster than I expected! I felt like family coming into this place and the technicians are so welcoming and helpful. I would advise everyone to come to this shop! They do everything here! Thank you for everything guys!5/11/23: Muffler man blows it out of the park again! I had my boyfriend drop off his truck with hearing a ticking noise coming from under the hood. Tech found the timing chains were bad and recommended all timing stuff. They were so polite from start to finish. The price was so much lower than we were expecting. Thank god for these people. They are crazy fast too. They really value their customers and I cant even describe how much i appreciate their help especially since we were in a pinch. I went to a 15 min oil change and when I was there they messed up my car and told me I had to leave so when I called muffler man they were very nice and help me right away all while I was panic and on the verge of tears. When I arrived they explained everyone me bring out the man who looked at my car and he even explained what was happening. I’m a young female and I’m use to places being rude and dismissive or trying to get one over on me. Not here they are wonderful. Honestly I would recommend here to everyone.

Comment: Last week I had the dealer find two cracks in the flex pipes on my Jeep (also needed F and R rotors and pads) the dealer recommended muffler man to fix the exact point instead of doing my whole exhaust system at the dealer. The woman on the phone was so pleasant that it made it my first place I was going to go, and I wasn’t disappointed, I dropped my car off at 1, they called me by 3pm with a quote on the 2 flex pipes as well as a quote on my F and R rotors and pads which also needed to be done, and I was picking up when they closed at 6pm! Friendly, fast, great service! Will be back 100%.

Comment: All I can say is Wow. I took my 2013 Camaro in with very little cold air coming out of the vents. They found a tiny leak in a line. They repaired it, recharged the system. The price was incredible, a lot less than expected. Timing of the repair was super fast. I wont take my cars anywhere else from here on out. Plus the customer service was awesome. Most of the time you will have at least 1 stud break off. In this case ALL of them broke off on both sides. A lot of extra work but they did a GREAT job. Thank You

Comment: Today I attended an appointment at the Muffler Man in Port Huron, MI to have a new exhaust system installed on my Dodge Charger. While I am not from the area, I decided to give them an opportunity and must say that I am glad that I did. Right from the beginning, I was very pleased, as the staff were able to accommodate me on very short notice. Upon arriving at the shop, each staff member was very courteous and I found it to be a very welcoming atmosphere. The technicians confirmed the plan with me and agreed to keep me informed should they be required to deviate from the initial plan. As a bonus, I was blown away when I mentioned I would be travelling into town in the interim and was offered direct transportation. The work was completed on schedule and prior to paying my bill, the technicians conferred with me in order to demonstrate the modifications made and ensured my complete satisfaction. The icing on the cake for me was the final price which proved to be much more cost effective than competitors in the area. While this was my first experience at the Muffler Man I must say that I was blown away by their overall professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. It is my understanding that this is the new management of the shop so I would urge those who have had a less than satisfactory experience under the previous owners to give the new owners a chance to earn your business. Comment: My name is Jole and I just visited here today to get my flex pipe replaced. I am a mechanic myself and in tech for automotive so I normally work on my own vehicles. This was the first time I have ever taking any of my cars to a shop and I am very well satisfied with the work and price. I called and asked for a quote and sure enough after the project was done Bobby stuck to his word and didnt over charge me or change the price. Comment: About two years ago, my wife and I had just brought her Canadian car across the border to officially import it into the US. We also visited a friend I hadnt seen in several years. About two miles from the border the factory weld after the catalytic converter broke and ol Betsy immediately sounded like an old bi-plane. I figured thered be no way to get the heat-bag back across the border sounding like that, and I was prepared to get raked over the coals. The gentleman popped it up on the lift and looked it over. He told me that he would be able to fix it. We sat there for about half an hour with my stomach in knots. He brought it down and took a quick test run. He did a great job on the weld and only charged us about $40 US. I was blown away. Not only that, but the weld has held for two years. Poor ol road-salted Betsy has had many other under-body parts fail, but the weld is holding strong. We even got a Muffler Man air freshener to hang from the rear view mirror! 5 Stars PLUS!

Honestly it was my last resort, my usual mechanic wasnt available. But I came in and was pleasantly surprised that they are under new management. Cap was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to get my muffler fixed and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was a lady. The price was fair, he showed me the issue and got me out of there quickly. Comment: The factory weld on our cat output broke while we were on the highway back to Canada. This place was close to where we were so we noisily made our way to this shop. The man who helped us (man with a well trimmed beard) was extremely helpful, and pleasant. He finished his oil job and started on our car next. We were basically in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great prices as well. Seeing as we were on a road trip, this shop made our crappy situation turn around fast. I highly recommend this place.
