Comment: Got my exhaust done and I spent more time waiting for my car to get in than they did working on it and 10/10 it’s like brand new. I would’ve paid them $1,000 for how quick and efficient they were! It was under $300 and I couldn’t believe how fast they got the work done with how busy they were. The receptionist was a sweetheart and the welder was fine af, he definitely works just as good as he looks. Lol I had stopped trusting car places but this shop restored my faith. God bless them.

Comment: The staff at Mr. Muffler are awesome! They are respectful and trustworthy. I have a 1992 Buick Century that breaks down every 6 weeks. I take my car to them everytime. My bright light stick broke and got stuck on brights. I took it to Mr. Muffler to fix it and it was going to cost $1,100 to fix it. They told me it was up to me but they felt the car wasnt worth it. So they removed the bright light bulbs and didnt charge me anything. I was on my way! I love these guys!

Comment: Just brought my 2008 G6 up there because I knew I had at least one exhaust leak and the car was only getting louder and louder and bogging my engine down. Ended up needing a couple more parts fixed that I thought but It was definitely cheaper than it would have been most other places. My car was LOUD before, you couldn’t hear someone next to you while driving with windows down. Now, I can barely even hear it running it sounds SO GOOD! Thank you guys so much! Comment: Went in for exhaust issue, they had my car back and diagnosed within 15 minutes and gave me two options for correction. First quote was to fix the problem at hand. Second quote was for additional work for potential future problems. I went with first quote since it was more affordable and I didnt feel the second option was necessary at this time. Staff was very friendly. I do wish they took appointments but its first come only. However, I went shortly after they opened up so wait time was not long. My total time there from start to finish was about 45 minutes. Appreciate the quick turn around and my car sounds great. This was my first time there and I would recommend them.

Comment: We brought a older truck-1982 F150 with a pre-purchased dual exhaust kit for installation. Mitch explained how the kit would not work and he did not want to use any of the components because then I could not return it. After that he fabbed a great system at a very reasonable cost. The truck was finished and ready to pick up in only a couple of hours or so and it runs and sounds great! I cannot recommend this shop more highly. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable.

Comment: Had a wonderful overall experience with a great team of honest mechanics. Brought my car in because it had recently started making noise. Hans took down my info and collected my keys. He let me know that there was just an oil change ahead of me and they would be checking out my car within 20-30 minutes. My husband met me up at the store and we were both nervous that this repair would be costly and take some time. Shortly after his arrival we were informed that it was a simple repair requiring a little welding at a cost of around $90 and within a few minutes I was back on the road. Tbh they could have told us I needed a whole new exhaust and we would not have known the difference. As a woman I felt respected here and not infantilized in any way. I can also tell that they pride themselves on helping people out and not ripping them off. Will definitely return

This muffler man has a very well put together staff who are all very nice to their customers and are extremally consistent when it comes to getting a job done. even though they are named muffler man they spread much farther than just exhaust specialization, ive had exhaust, brakes, engine diagnostic, and suspension taken care of here at extremally good prices. Most other places charge ridiculous but they charge by far the best out of everyone else within the area.

Comment: Amazing experince that I wanted to share with you .. brought my H3 for some weird noise coming out of muffler ( not sure where ) so the Tech took my car in test drive and they figured out it was a heat shield issue that needed welding ( which they did )the final cost came out to 47$ which was dirt cheap compared to other shops charging you over 80$ just for to check whats going on !!Highly RecommendedNOTE: Waiting Room needs some cleaning and remodeling

Comment: This place has my vote. I walked in today and asked for a quote to fix the exhaust leak my dealership notified me of. I had went to another muffler shop locally and they stated it would be an $840 fix. I felt it was a bit high so I contacted my dealership who recommended Muffler Man. I literally walked in at 3pm on a Friday without calling, got quoted, and SHOWN my issue, and said issue was fixed for $600 less than what I was quoted previously......AND done in less than 30 minutes. They knew I was on my way to work so they got it done faster than the quoted 45 minutes. All of the guys in the shop were professional and super helpful and friendly. Never in a million years did I think my car would be done that day, I was just asking for an estimate. But so glad I did, you saved my pocket book and my day off tomorrow. Went there for a mid muffler delete and replace with some super 44s,come to find out I had magnaflows already on there from the previous owner, but the mids was choking the flows, thus making them like they was not even there. Instead of just doing what I told them the owner let me know a mid delete was sufficient enough to get optimal sound and he was absolutely correct! He couldve made $200 dollars more on the sale! Dumb mistake by me but great integrity by the owner Mitch! Honesty is not easy to find at all, customer for life!!! 😉👍🏾

They have super sweet and friendly staff that even showed me the underside of my car so I could see the problem myself! The amazing work they did on my car was fairly priced. I dont think my car has ever been this quiet! It sounds as quiet as an electric vehicle! Greg chatted with me while I waited along with a few other people who worked there and it was really nice to be able to get to know the people who were employed there. Another thing to note: I have a Grand Prix, for which I have had a few people tell me it is very difficult to change the muffler on. This team had it done in under an hour. Comment: Dont be fooled by the name. The mechanics have a wide variety of skills. Ive had an O2 sensor as well as a windshield wiper switch replaced. I trust the team at this location with all of my routine vehicle maintenance as well.

Comment: Went to Midas today and got horrible service. They couldnt tell me where my power steering fluid was leaking. They told me to take it to the car wash and power spray the engine to clean off the oil. My 2002 Grand Prix that is rusting all over probably wouldnt take to kindly to a power wash. Then they suggested dye that I had to pay extra for but came back and said the black light is broken and to come back the next day. They did add power steering fluid, charged me $30 for the inspection for the result of I dont know come back later.All that to say I went to Muffler Man after. They told me exactly where the leak was coming from and other repairs needed. I couldnt afford the repairs at this time. The gentlemen confirmed the repairs could wait and they werent a safety issue. No charge for the inspection and an honest opinion. No sales tactics trying to push the repairs to be fixed today. Very pleased today.

Comment: The repair cost was appropriate for the work that needed to be done. Needed a patch for my exhaust and they were very thorough in making sure it was patched completely. The job took about an hour and they had Pac-Man even in the lobby to keep people occupied. They told me about other things wrong with my van but didnt pressure me to get them fixed just wanted me to be informed.

Comment: Excellent service! I took my minivan there because I had a check engine light on. They fixed it before they even officially opened! They just had to replace a sensor. Not only is the check engine light off, now my temperature guage is showing the right temperature, and my a/c and remote starter, which hasnt worked in 2 years, works!! All for just over $100. These guys are professional, friendly and HONEST!! Highly recommend.

Comment: I experienced brake failure and decided to check this place out as the gentleman I talked to on the phone encouraged me to take it in on a Saturday even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I needed the car running by Monday. No other shop was able to commit to even trying to get this done .They took me to the shop floor and actually showed me the problem under my car and gave me a great price on fixing it. I was out the door in 40 minutes with a fully functioning car. Greg, Mike, and Adam are great guys who actually care about their customers.While they were doing the work, they also pointed out that the part from another shop failed early and should still be under warranty, and encouraged me to try and get my money back from them.You would be making a big mistake to go to any other shop in the area. The best automotive experience Ive ever had bar none. Oh and just as a bonus, they joked around with my wife and I the entire time and told us a bunch of cool car stories while we waited. They ended up staying 20 minutes after close to get the car fixed.

Comment: Had my muffler start to sound like their was a hole in it or something came loose on my long drive home today. Thought I might try to see if these guys could look at it quick (a shot in the dark now a days when everyone needs an appointment with most shops). They took my truck in right away and told me it was just a factory clamp that came loose. Honest, quick and they even told me no charge because it was so simple. Thank you! -Phill

Comment: We use these guys for certain exhaust repairs that are a little out of our league, they always do a great job, and have awesome turn around times. I recently decided to have some exhaust work done on my Silverado there because I just did not have the time to fix it myself. They got my truck fixed up for a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. I had an issue when it was done ( which really had nothing to do with their work) and the mechanic Jay took care of it without whining about having to do it. So thanks again for fixing my truck! So much nicer to drive now!

Comment: I had custom exhaust work done on my late model Dodge truck and Ford Mustang at this location. The mechanics are highly skilled and they are gentlemen. They asked the right questions and took the time to understand the type of sound I wanted. The quality of the work performed was excellent, and they achieved the exact sound performance I was looking for. Based on my experience, I found their prices to be competitive and fair. I look forward to returning to this shop for future modifications.

Comment: I came here to have my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland checked out and get a custom exhaust put on to really unleash my 5.7 Hemi V8. Mitch provided me with the best customer service I could ever possibly ask for. He brought me in to ask what I wanted to have done, how I wanted it to sound, and what my budget was. He helped me pick out a muffler and exhaust tips that would best suit my ride. He talked to me about what the possibilities were and what experience he has had with other customers with the same make and motor. I ended up going a little bit over my initial budget, but for the service, quality, and expertise they provide it is definitely worth it. They even provide a 1 year warranty. I cant say enough about how perfect my exhaust sounds. At idle from the rear it has a clean beautiful rumble. At idle from the inside it is dead silent, you almost cant tell that it is even running. Once you step on the gas it lets out a nice throaty aggressive growl. And when pedal meets floor, it roars like a beast. I am extremely pleased with the service and customer care that Mitch provided. He treated my vehicle like it were his own and made sure everything about it looked just right. Any exhaust work that I get done will definitely be done here in the future.

Comment: Tailpipe rusted away from resonator on my f250. Another shop nearby wanted $190 and couldnt get me in for 4 days. Stopped by this shop and was quoted $90 for a custom repair. Tech said he could be done in 15 minutes. True to his word, my truck was back on the road 15 minutes later! Awesome service and great value. Thank you, Muffler Man #50. Great experience!

Comment: I was wearing a flowy skirt and a white sweater, but they still asked if I wanted to see the problem. They didnt treat me like a dumb girl. They showed me the culprit. It ended up being an inexpensive and quick fix. Very honest!

Comment: They were great and very affordable! I came in with my 2007 Ford escape, it was so loud and annoying and it would shake and vibrate my whole car. I brought it in they right away took it in the garage and came back with the result. They offered to show me before a decision was made and explained everything to me so that I understood it ( 23 yr old female). It was done within 40 min the price was very affordable and honest. I got in and drove away with a smile on my face from how smooth and perfect my car was running ! Greg is a very nice guy and talked with my boyfriend and I and made good conversation. The man who was working on my car (which I missed his name) was very nice and showed us the car and made sure we fully understood the issues. I definitely recommend muffler man!

Comment: I have had much work done to numerous vehicles at Mufflerman on Dixie Hwy in Waterford. Knowledgeable crew, great work, courtious, and Honest people, Not easy to find somebody you can trust. For sometime now, Ive been going here, and I would not spend my money at any other repair shop. I personally have recommended this particular shop to many family members and friends, which have recommended others, who have ALL been very satisfied with their experience. Comment: Ive found this business to be professional and honest. Tuffy muffler gave me a $740.00 estimate to fix my car. Brought it here and they said they put two peices if the muffler back together, no charge! I am pleased with other work they have done on my car and with their kind and professional manner. My friend sent me here and I will recommend them to my friends.

Comment: I was impressed, they looked fairly busy, but I figured I had time to get a quick estimate. They got me right in, showed me what the issues were, quoted me a price and did the work, all in about an hour! It cost less than I expected, and was fast. I couldnt be happier.
