Comment: The workers here are excessively kind, specifically Ali and Henry. Everything was quick, informative, and personable. They gave us a ride home while our car was being worked on and even offered to pick us back up if needed. They pointed out what was most important to keep the car safe and drivable with our limited budget and offered a payment plan so we could manage the costs. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location to fix some other underlying issues I wasn’t able to afford this time around.

Despite replacing a part they ran across for another unseen issue all together. They were professional and respectful. Very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule (I started before they opened and got off after they closed). All work was completed quickly and I couldnt be more pleased. I even sent my daughter there for her cars issue. I gave them 5 stars because I received 5 star treatment. Every employee I came in to contact with was great, from the person that answered the phone all the way through to the tow truck driver. Thank you Freddie and the crew at Motor City Auto Repair. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and explained clearly to us what needed repairs/replacement. When one of the new tires went flat shortly after due to a faulty valve stem, they replaced all the valve stems for the tire set at no charge. Have had nothing but a positive experience, and plan to go here from now on for any car maintenance.

Comment: They look at you vehicle very thoroughly and help you find problems before they become problems.I went in for an oil change and alignment and they discovered my rotors were warped and found metal shavings in my transmission casing. They were very informative about the problems associated with a CVT transmission and helped me catch a big problem before it required a full transmission repair.Additionally they discovered some fuel in the oil mixture which was caused by carbon build-up on the fourth injector which they were able to take care of as well.During the alignment, the discovered the camber kit needed to be replaced and offered and affordable, fast repair.All in all, they were thorough, professional, and fast. Unlike other shops they can get you in right away because the have a large team of very diverse employees. They keep a good amount of people employed for a small business.Their pricing was commensurate with other shops in the area and I highly recommend them.

Plus I am used to getting pressured as a female at oil change places to buy extra things/services. Not here. They were matter of fact about what they found with my vehicle, I didnt feel pressured. Comment: Right before heading to work, I realized I was nearly overdue for an oil change. Dominic and Mark (?) were so kind and got me right in. They were informative through the whole process (I had to ask my Dad what oil I needed because thats how limited my car knowledge is). The other guys there were also equally pleasant and kind - ran the codes to see why Ive been getting an error message these past few days (probably an oil reminder) and inflated my tires for free (not sure if thats typically done). Thanks again for your awesome service.
