Comment: This was the only tire shop open in my area when I got an unexpected flat. The awesome spirited young man with locks fixed my flat in 15 minutes joking with me the entire time. He made the entire experience go from dreadful to lighthearted in seconds. They were ready to close and stayed open until I was all fixed up. They have my tire related business from now on.

Comment: The manager Chris went OUT OF HIS WAY to drive to ANOTHER STORE to get ME rotors because he knew it was UNSAFE for ME TO DRIVE! I am so grateful for his act of kindness to allow me to drive safely to my vacation. I have never felt like I was in such good hands with a mechanic until now. The brand doesn’t make the store successful It’s the people who work there! 10/10 I am coming here for any of my tire, brake, oil changes or any other needs going forward!

I called and the manager Shy was totally receptive to my situation. Offered tips and suggestions and finally when I had to be towed to their shop. They plugged the hole in the tire and got me going safely home!

Comment: I had a slow leak on a rear tire on my 2003 Corvette Z06. Nick, KD and Ethan did an excellent job fixing it. They knew the proper way to get a Corvette in the air (trust me, a lot of places do not), removed the tire and fixed it properly. I am very happy. Thanks guys!

Comment: Nice friendly service and trustworthy auto assessments. nothing but good things to say about these guys they fixed up my Honda Element twice, and alerted me to two big problems that I had. one being I need to learn more about automobiles (my opinion) and to being that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced and my brakes were locking up, which if they heat up too much could cause the brake lines to blow, not good. Probably too much detail for a review but was very thankful to get a fair price and get this work done at Monroe.

Anyways went in was greeted with a smile (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) I told him I just got a flat took a look at it but the hole was to big and found out my struts were bad too I knew that😉 He worked out a sweet deal took me to work picked me up 3hours later brought my car to me riding like a champ. Honest and fair thats all I ask of a car shop. These guys will have my business for now own.

Comment: KD assisted me at a previous location with figuring out how to put a headlight into a wrong harness and saved me an easy $1100 over what the dealer would have charged. I also called him up when my truck began to make a noise, he checked it out and knew exactly what it was, fixed the problem and my truck has been riding fine since. When I called, he told me hed switched locations. I didnt care, since he did such an excellent job with my car, I was definitely going back to see him when my truck was acting up. Jimmy and KD are fair and honest and offer great service! A lot of times its hard to find good, honest people in this world, but you will get all that and more with Jimmy and KD. Thanks fellas, I will be back whenever I have another issue with either of my vehicles.

Comment: Hands down, if youre in the area and need great advise and service regarding anything vehicle related, have the greatest peace of mind that the store manager Rachel and her team will work hard to quickly and accurately diagnose your vehicle and get you back on the road. The manager Rachel (and one of her technicians - I apologize for forgetting his name) are two of the brightest and caring car people Ive encountered. Ive had my car in a dealership and after 2 1/2 days, the dealership couldnt even get my car diagnosed. Stranded out of town and away from home, I left and took my car to Monro, this specific location, met Rachel the manager, and she got me in and out in under 3 hours, on a Saturday. I genuinely appreciate the work that everyone did to help me today, and for those of you reading this review, ask for Rachel. Trust me when I say youll be in good hands with her. Rachel and her team are very knowledgeable, care, and as result, they have earned my highest praise and recommendation!!

Comment: I visited today because I could not put my new license plate on my car. The old one was stripped. Rachel came out to help me, and before you know it Josh was there helping as well. Turned out it had to be welded off. They would not take any money for their time. This saved me a lot of grief with the police. I asked for an estimate because my good was up on one side.....they looked it over and in 10 minutes it was foxed!!!! I am never taking my car needs anywhere else. I mean from oil changes to tune ups to brakes, I am their very happy customer! I love them, I love the fact that my needs mattered to them. If you are looking for repairs and dont want to be ripped off. GO THERE!!!!!!
