Comment: As a girl Im usually iffy about my car when it comes time to fix something but walking in the store manager Greg seemed like a great guy talked to me with respect and tried to get a full understanding of what was going on with my vehicle so his tech could quickly diagnose the issue with my suspension, when Mike the tech figured out what was going on he took me in the back and shook the wheel in order to show me something was loose and explained to me in a way I could understand. They had me out the same day and within a couple hours my car was back on the road and I felt amazing about the service I got from Mike and Greg they are amazing!! Glad I found a mechanic I can trust for life! I will be back. Thanks guys!!!!!

Comment: I came here for a second opinion when I wasn’t satisfied with the condescending and vague explanation from the first place I went.These guys spoke to me with dignity and respect and were not condensing in the least. Immediately I could tell these guys knew their stuff and were very trustworthy. Rather than talk down, they actually took the time to explain what the issues with my vehicle were and all my options.They fully explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Even visually showed me underneath my vehicle what the problems were. They’re complete experts in what they do.Besides all this, they’re all very pleasant to deal with and were all down to earth which helped with all my stress over my vehicle. I had a very big job that needed to be done and I felt confident that they were the right guys to do it.I have a Honda and I dont doubt Ill get another 100k out of my vehicle now. Considering that, I got a great value. I’m highly satisfied with the work they did. My car drives beautifully and is safe again!I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Comment: I purchased a tire weeks earlier while traveling in Ohio. Noticed a bolt sticking out while 300+ miles from home. Found this sister location to where my tire was purchased. I wasnt sold road hazard coverage. Purchasing a new tire wasnt in the budget. They offered to repair it at no charge. Luckily, the bolt was just in the grooves and didnt puncture the tire. Great friendly customer service.

Comment: Good Evening,On Tuesday (February 28, 2023) I had an appointment to get an oil change, and alignment check. After the courtesy inspection to my surprise it was found that one of my tires had a nail in it, and needed to be fixed as well. If I understood correctly it was explained to me by KD (Assistant Manager) that my left front tire is what caused the vehicle to feel like it was pulling left. The tire was losing air because of the nail.Furthermore, he explained that he could attempt to do a wheel alignment to get everything as close as possible to the specs. He went over the details of the entire situation to ensure that I understood which I appreciated. In conclusion, I was informed that another appointment was needed because 2 camber bolts had to be ordered, and received for the back of my vehicle to finalize the wheel alignment. The items would not be received that day because of the time. So Moe (Manager) ordered the bolts, and scheduled me for another appointment at a time good for me. The service from their shop was great. I look forward to returning to finalize the wheel alignment.

Everyone I spoke with at Monro was kind, helpful, informative and patient. In addition, I was grateful for the specific information that was offered to support me in safely and affordably completing this repair elsewhere. I later found out that this diagnosis was incorrect and the repair was not nearly as serious. I was even able to look with the mechanic under the vehicle which showed a tie rod that was about to snap. Was able to get all the worked needed at a great price with the best warranties. Decided to come in last week because my tires were worn from the poor alignment. Even a year later Greg, the manager, honored the original quote and got my car fixed up in two days (It was a big job) since I needed to travel out of town.Greg would follow up with me periodically and gave me the low down on what was wrong and how it affects the car. Being in automotive industry, I know what he was saying was correct and made sense. The price was high due to the work needing to be done but was within my expectations for the type of work.Overall, I would highly recommend this place for their work and professionalism. Really great people and Greg is the nicest guy youll meet!

It was making a lot of noise and so I called Monro Muffler to see if they could look at it. The manager offered to get it in right away for a free inspection. I stopped by shortly after and they got the car in the shop immediately. After inspecting the issue they reviewed options with me and we selected a course of action. They even pointed out another small issue that they offered to correct as well and I was glad to let them do so. After the repairs were performed very quickly and for an extremely reasonable fee, I was back with my family enjoying our vacation. Thank you for all your help.
