Comment: Great service. Took our vehicle in for noise. Never used them before and they are 4 minutes away. They did road test and put car on lift, checked the car thoroughly, no issues. Might be body parts but no suspension issues. Great peace of mind. Very polite service people, including John. Would go back for necessary car care in a minute.P.S....10/30/23 ... just took car in for rear brake replacement....Munro did not disappoint ! Did a very thorough, professional job at a reasonable cost. These folks are good and can be trusted to do a good job on your vehicle. They are honest and fair with pricing as well.

Comment: Customer service was amazing - John and Brian. I had a break emergency with my 2018 Mini Countryman. Took my car in on Monday and they had everything done in 4 hours. I had a failed attempt at doing my brakes on Sunday becasue I could not get the caliper bolts out. Great they allowed me to use the parts I had already purched. Will be back for future service.

Thanks to him and his team, my current repair and future preventative repairs suggested were explained in full detail. My mind was placed at ease. I have been with Monro Auto for almost 8 years; and I have never had any repeated service issues from installation quality, except for routine maintenance and seleted preventative carrepairs due to unfortunate hazardous roads. Comment: Brian was awesome in assisting me with a tire change. I noticed at got a flat at some point going home so I immediately pulled into the first available lot. I called AAA thinking my spare tire would be replaced and Id be on my way, but the spare was no good as well (it had a leak) so AAA called me a tow. I called the first available tire shop that was still open and had good reviews. The tow didnt come through at a reasonable time and I was afraid the tire store would close before I got there so I very slowly drove on the flat tire to the tire shop and Brian was waiting there for me! He had planned on closing down earlier, but was gracious enough to wait for me and if I didnt call when I did I would have essentially been screwed with a flat tire and would have had to get my car towed home and retowed to a shop the next day spending extra time and possibly $$$. I trust this shop with my future car needs as a new citizen of Michigan as result of this positive experience.

I was told at Firestone last week that the thermostat was checked and working and they flushed the radiator and added fluids, charged me $159. Still had NO HEAT!Brian told me to come in, John checked and replaced the thermostat, filled the fluids and now I HAVE HEAT!Charged me $45 and Im all set! I wouldnt take my cars to any other place!

She’s well informed, and does her best to answer any questions or concerns a customer might have. Many women have legitimate concerns when seeking out a place to have their car taken care of. Comment: A week ago a ran into some issues with my car, it started out with a squeaking sound so I figured it was my breaks. I went to OReillys and they recommended me to Monro Auto Service that was a couple blocks down the street from them, the moment I walked in I felt like I was gonna get my car taken care of on the spot! The entire staff was welcoming and had great hospitality, I had my little one with me and they were nice enough to offer us a snack and something to drink! In the end they quoted me a fair price that no one else could beat and I was out of there in 2HRS! My car feels like new and Im thankful it feels a lot safer to drive now with my little one than it did before. Thanks to the manager and his staff, you guys will see me again for an Oil Change! :D

Found after a test drive that noises in the rear were prominent as well.so I had that done as well instead of waiting. I appreciate the amount of time spent diagnosing my cars noises. I really thought it would be something far worse than brakes. 2010 Ford Focus. Jordan made my visit very painless. Great food steps away next door at Leezas too. A bonus! I will be back for regular check ups and work.

Comment: I usually get my oil changed at those quick drive-thru locations, which has been fine, but I decided to try out these guys just because they’re close to my work, I could schedule an appointment online, and they had a coupon. I was super impressed by the heads-up the technician, Ryan, gave me about my vehicle needing a very specific type of oil and how it’s more expensive than the typical oil change. The price ended up being better than I expected, especially considering that the service for a full synthetic oil change includes a tire rotation. This is already more than what I’m used to, and for the same price. Service was quick, there’s free wifi in t he lobby and there was no pressure to add additional services.I’ll definitely be scheduling my oil changes here in the future.

Ive been to the Ann Arbor location and now the one in Farmington Hills and both times the employees have gone above and beyond to help me with any car troubles I may have. In Farmington Hills, each employee in the shop is knowledgeable, kind, and honest. They did their best to order the parts for my repair quickly and offered to help finance me when it turned out to be an extensive repair. Even though I just decided to get a new car (the one I had was too old to justify the expense) Monro employees went the extra mile to make sure that my new car was detailed correctly and let me store my old car in their parking lot for the weekend until I could take care of it the following business days. I highly recommend their excellent service!

I initially went to the Dearborn store, who after starting my brake work, realized I needed additional parts that they didn’t have, and weren’t able to get immediately unfortunately. AND, it was a Sunday, AND, I needed to get to work the next morning. Nonetheless, they did what they could, got me drivable albeit just to get to work, then they called this Farmington Hills location, which was closest to my work, made sure they had the parts, and called and told them to expect me.When I called to schedule an appointment with Farmington Hills, the manager came on the phone, already knew who I was, and told me to come in first thing—she didn’t want me waiting. I explained I had to get to work, and she said she’d arrange it so someone from her shop would drop me add at work after I dropped off my vehicle—and pick me back up if necessary! I was so amazed and happy. I got my vehicle in, got dropped off at work, and by lunchtime my vehicle was ready!Best shop and service ever! Manager Julie: thank you and your team for a superb job! I will definitely visit this location again, and I highly recommend Monro. The treatment I got at this particular shop made me feel so respected. Would definitely trust them again and again.

Comment: I currently have a project down in the Farmington Hills area, so I decided to parlay that with getting a new key fob for my daughters car. While going to the battery and bulb store to get the replacement key fob (this one on Orchard Lake is one of the few that can do that for the 2008 Grand Prix other than a dealer or locksmith btw), the car started shifting sluggishly, and then would barely move. I live in the Port Huron area, so I took a quick peek under the hood and saw one of the Transmission Cooling Lines was leaking badly. Im getting too old to lay in a parking lot on a cold day to fix anything, so I called around to some of the repair facilities in the area. This was the one place I called where I got a friendly We will definitely look at it and see if we can get you back on the road today. I poured a couple of quarts of transmission fluid in it, and limped it to their shop. After all of the long winded back story, all I can tell you is this is a very professional shop. I wish I would have gotten all of their names to thank them properly. They stayed late to get me back on the road as the parts werent as readily available as I had hoped, and the old lines werent being very cooperative coming off. I had them replace both lines because I figured if one failed, the second wasnt far from failing. The price was more than fair (of course I looked up the part costs online while I waited), and watching them tend to the many customers that came and went as I waited. They treated everyone with the same courtesy and professionalism. I just wish they were local to where I live so I had a reliable shop I could have my daughters take their cars (3 of them) as they need service.

Bill was so helpful and polite when we talked. It turned out i needed new calipers, pads, and rotors on my truck (close to 200k in miles). He let me know what needed to be done, how much it was going to cost and why it would cost that much. I respect all mechanics and mechanic shops because a lot of times people accuse them of ripping people off. This has been my best mechanic experience in years. I will definitely be coming back. I came in at 12pm, Bill drove me back to my work place and let me know when he would call me with more information. We discussed what needed to be done and his shop exceeded my expectations. I got out of work at 5pm and my truck was already out of the shop when i called him at 3:30pm to let him know to go ahead and perform the work. Outstanding service, people, and pricing. The prices are a little high but when it comes to your car, you get what you pay for. The manager Hardy, and the mechanic George were great and very helpful and down to earth. I will definitely will come back to this shop for any future repairs!

If a problem does slip through it gets fixed pronto. This is my go to place for pretty much any car repair. No one paid me to say this and it is all true.

Comment: I go to Speedy whenever something is wrong with my car (which is fortunately not a lot). Ive had my serpentine belt and transmission flushed there. Both times they were the cheapest price and fastest service.
