Comment: Took my Nissan Rogue there 2 weeks ago for a second opinion to see if I needed a new control arm like the dealer said. They were right. The dealer quoted me around 1700 for the control arm and left cv axle. Gary- the manager said let me see if I can do better then the dealer price.I had just bought all new tires back in late 2022, because of the control arm being bad, it ruined my 2 front tires with premature tread ware. My tires were still under basic warranty for another 45,000 miles. For nail damage or stuff like that. Technically, they shouldnt have been covered for this bad control arm. They gave me 2 new tires at no charge.When all was said and done, Monro auto replaced the control arm, left cv axle, did a wheel alignment, and the tires for 1172 out the door. Gary the manager went out of his way to help me out, and saved me tons of money. My car only took a few hours. It drives so smooth now. I am so happy I had them do the work instead of the Nissan Dealer. I usually get all my work done at the dealer, this time, Im glad I got a second opinion. So far so good.I would recommend this place, because I will always remember how Gary the shop manager helped me with the price. With inflation and how expensive everything is, that goes a long way. Not only did he not try to talk me into things I didnt need, he helped me on the price for the repairs. I highly recommend this place!

Comment: I brought my 2014 Ford Expedition here to have a lot of work done to it brakes tune up oil change wipers over $2,000 worth of work I left it over the weekend and had it Monday these guys do great work and I was very pleased at the professionalism and price the tune-up was exceptionally hard and I was told by a few other mechanics it was not easy at all to do but these guys tackled it I got it done at a reasonable price and now my truck runs better than it did when I bought it thank you will be doing business again

They were more than understanding and patient as I had to wait a while for some money to move around, and theyre friendly, experienced, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this shop. They even worked with the parts suppliers to make sure my parts were warrantied with no extra cost to myself. The staff at this location were phenomenal. They educated me respectfully on my vehicles health and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Hands down best price I’ve ever paid for this service. I’m so glad I found a shop to trust my vehicle with for future repairs and maintenance! Thank you Bill, Gary and staff! Gary showed me the broken piece and they ordered the part. Within an hour and half the work was done. Thank you to Bill and Gary for doing a great job! My 2009 Edge and 2005 Suzuki are still running great and probably will be for a long time. Unlike a lot of other shops, their hours work well with my weekly schedule. I was desperate to get my car going and tried have a friend install a new starter in my car after they diagnosed it. Well the car didnt work after he installed it ,turned out the new starter was bad and my friend didnt install it correctly. Without any hesitation first thing in the morning Bill was able to get a brand new upgraded starter delivered, and they went to work and helped me out. I will NEVER go anywhere else to get my car fixed. If you need people you can trust THIS Speedy is the place for you. Incredible service... incredible people.

They confirmed the problem, replaced the bearing and hub assembly and worn stabilizer links in a couple of hours and at a great price. Wheel bearing noise is gone and the vehicle holds the road better now. Speedy is a great place to have repairs done on your car.

Last time I was in, my heat cover (?) was falling off and almost dragging on the ground. Bills crew fixed for free while they were doing an oil change. When I complained to Phil, the manager, he acted as if it wasnt a big deal saying the car was 22 years old. I do not accept that: 1. They should have told me of the accident. 2. They should have restored it to the same condition they received it by offering to re-paint it. The way it was done, the message is clear: We dont care about your car, just your money.UPDATE: I received a call from Speedys Manager and they re-painted my cars valve cover. Not like new, but much better. I also received two tickets for free oil changes.

Comment: GREAT staff!! My car broke down in the middle of the street and the mechanics came out and pushed it into their parking lot so it woudnt get hit, and then diagnosed it for free. When I told them it was under warranty at the dealer, they told me to wait in their air conditioned waiting room until the tow truck showed up. They were super nice even though I wasnt having work done there. The next time I need a mechanic I will definitely take my car here.
