Comment: I felt like I got exactly the service that I requested and paid for, at a very reasonable price (Oil change ). What was weird was that the invoice I received showed that other services, free services, were provided at my visit. Those services were not actually provided free or otherwise, so why would you claim they were provided? This is something you need to fix right away.

Today I went in and it was a completely different manager, and I had an even better experience.Austen Szymanski went above and beyond to help me out of a tough situation and get me into a new set of tires and other repairs so I could drive safely again. Comment: Amazing service!!! I came in last minute needing my brakes fixed, turned out to be the brakes, calibers and rotors.. before work at 7pm.. Austin and the crew were able to help me out and got my car fixed in a 4 hour time span!!!!! Friendly, welcoming, attentive, and my car sounds better than ever. Was offered water in the comfortable lobby area if I was waiting… i could go on and on about the spectacular service I received. I will 100% be coming back for all my brake/tire/etc needs!!!! Comment: My name is Alvin Davis and I have a Chrysler Town and Country that had loud noises as a result of issues with the muffler. I took my vehicle to 3 different shops for estimates and was given quotes from nearly $700 -$1200. I arrived at Monro Auto Service Centers on Plymouth Road in Livonia, MI. There were 3 gentlemen working named Austin, Cage, and Tim who were not only professional and welcoming, but told me that my vehicle was having an issue that a minor repair would fix after hoisting it on their hydraulic lift. I was floored that it took them less than 10 minutes to resolve and the fee was little to nothing. I recommend this business not only because of their professionalism, personable energy, and my vehicle sounds as it was before I needed the repair…but equally if not more importantly, the integrity and honesty of these gentleman. Again, thank you gentlemen and keep up the amazing work as I know you will.

Comment: This used to be my only go to for SEVERAL years dating back to when it was Speedy. I stopped going when the mechanics quit & there was a change in management who wouldn’t get me in WITH an appointment. I decided to stop in one day after spending a ton of money at Midas down the street. Long story shortened Monro was able to complete the job for A LOT less money. Austin is the manager here & he’s very knowledgeable & professional! He’s saved me alot of stress & money & for that I’m grateful. It’s hard to find trustworthy auto shops these days & I’m happy I’ve rediscovered one. Give Austin a call for any of your auto care needs. I will definitely be back!

Comment: I love this place. I have had a flat happen at the worst time. I had 2 kids in the car and called frantically everywhere to get it fixed. Monroe is the only place that made me feel like family like they understood what I was going through, within 24 hours they had us back to normal. Just my luck today I have a nail in my tire. Alfadhul is a great addition to this location. Hes also very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish Monro would keep good help at 1 location for longer than you do. He verified my alignment was fine and recommended a mechanic to check out my tire rods after he inspected them. He did not charge me for the inspection or wheel alignment feedback. Comment: I cant thank this center enough for finally putting an end to my tire shopping experience miseries. I ordered tires from Amazon on 6/23/2020, had them delivered to another Monro shop in Ann Arbor. This was an absolute nightmare with that shop and that shop doesnt really follow their posted hours. Without going into too much detail, I ended up contacting the Livonia Plymouth Rd location to see if they could install those tires for me. They agreed. I ended up picking up those tires, and it proved to have been a nightmare picking up the tires from the Ann Arbor shop. Anyway, the Livonia crew installed them for me today 7/2/2020. Very professional crew. I cannot thank the team enough. Great customer service. Professional service. Courteous service. Excellent service. I definitely recommend this Monro shop. I have sent a written lettert to both Amazon and Monro corporate offices to express my sincere dissatisfaction.

Comment: I am so grateful for the moment I decided to stop into Monroe last week! I had constant shaking in the front end of my Cadillac ATS, and I took it to three mechanic prior to stopping in at Monroe, in which they could not determine the problem. I got there at 5p.m. and by 7p.m., my car was as new. My front strut was replaced, and they determined that the caliber was rusted. After 2 weeks of searching for a solution, Sam was able to determine what the issue was. Sam was very hospitable, as he offered great coffee and carried a great conversation! Thanks Sam!

I not only actually needed my pads but the expected rotors as well, additionally my rear calipers had gone bad. I had entered just as they were closing and they still looked at my car yet told me they wouldn’t be able to complete all the jobs tonight. That was fine, we scheduled everything for the next day and I had my car back before noon the next day. For all the work I had done, I got a great deal and the customer service was on point.
